We got recommended about Acue Marmonite from a close friend as we wanted to get our bathroom tiling done. Raj has been super responsive from day 1 and has always been available to take our calls and discuss our needs in detail. He and his team provided some very valuable suggestions and we are very very pleased with the outcome of the quality of their work. The guys who came to install the tiles were very professional and got the job done with utmost care and quality. I even requested to make some changes in between and they obliged without making any fuss. I would recommend anyone looking to get their kitchen or bathroom or any tiling work to be done here. Thanks Raj and team, we love our new bathrooms!

Worst experience. I quote worst experience that any customer or individual can have with this company. Raj who is the owner is this company is a typical cheap Indian guy who is basically a big fraud . Yes, it's coming from another Indian. His aim is to cheat customers to the core. He charges you more than any other store all over the Dallas, which I can guarantee and prove 💯on that. Do your self a favor and save your money and don't buy from a cheap guy like him. I can say he built his life by cheating and minting others hard earned money. My experience with Raj: I took a slab called Laza Grey from him and I paid him the money upfront in cash and later while picking up the slab, he changed my material from Laza Grey to Acue Laza and he is saying it's the material that I have selected, when my quote and invoice clearly says it's Laza Grey, when I confronted him with the evidence he started twisting his words saying it's just a different name and the invoice genrated is wrong. Infact he is trying to get contact details of my fabrication guy who came to pick up my material, so that he can hire him for a cheaper price and charge customers more on the labor and pocket the extra money. Please see the video proof where it shows worst attitude of Raj. Raj I'm proceeding legally on you buddy. Good luck with all the lawsuits that's coming your way. My humble request to all my fellow customers is to STAY AWAY from this store and you can reach out to me, so that I can help you and route you to much better options where you can save half of your money for much better price and material. I have a stove top to install, and as it turned out, the opening was not big enough. I called Acue Marmonite and spoke to Paola on a Saturday afternoon, requesting someone come to my home and re-cut the stove opening. At 6 o’clock at night a technician arrived, prepped the kitchen and cut the new opening in the granite with perfection. Fantastic service! Quality of work, perfect!

We recently completed our Kitchen remodeling through Acue Marmonite ( Raj , Neha and team) . We found out about them through close friends and couldn’t be more glad we went with them for our remodeling project. Raj and team have been excellent right form our first meeting at their Acue Marmonite location where Raj and his wife helped us visualize and pick the right quartz countertops for our kitchen. They offered excellent pointers and inputs to help select from multiple beautiful options they carry in their store. Soon after, Raj and JP helped schedule and plan every detail of the project and were super responsive throughout the entire process.. From patiently answering every question to providing a heads up on what to be ready with every step through the project ( cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical etc) they held our hand through the project and our kitchen was completed inside 2 weeks. Their team is also excellent showed up everyday on time , took every precaution to cause as little disruption to us and left a clean work area every day. Their finish and attention to detail while installing the countertops was visible as they also matched the quartz veining on the countertops and backsplash to perfection. Our kitchen looks stunning and We are so glad we chose Acue Marmonite and highly recommend them for any kitchen remodeling needs . Working with Acue has been nothing short of a delight. Starting with having conversations about picking the right material for our custom home, procuring, scheduling / pacing deliverables and installation, it was just very smooth. My entire house flooring, baths, countertops all were done by Acue. We secured close to 15000 SFT of Porcelian tile towards the flooring, accent walls and countertops . I must admit, it was the easiest part of our entire home building process and the least time taking given how things were executed in a structured and a methodical manner . Raj and Neha, I cant thank you and your team enough for being an integral part of my new home. You and your people live upto your values on customer care.
