THE WORST. Please save yourself the headaches. I wish I would’ve gone with a more professional quality business. This one is none of the above. We got our granite installed in our Kitchen and both restrooms along with new sinks. A few months later, there’s a slow leak in one restroom and now we just discovered another leak in the other restroom. With mold!! Sloppy. Now all our cabinets need to be replaced. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER. Please look elsewhere!

Acme granite did it again!! He did our kitchen counters with perfection in 2014. Then, did an amazing job on all our bathroom counters. Because Jose is very honest, reliable and meticulous to details, we called him again to do our outside kitchen counter. As expected, it’s beautiful. I love it!! So if you want somebody who will do a perfect job for counters and tiling, Jose will not disappoint you.

Jose was easy to work with, and very reasonable! Very happy with his work and will use again! I decided to add granite around my bath tub instead of tile, so I called the owner (Jose) back and he gave me a great price and did an awesome job! I will be using again when we do our other bath!!

I had the misfortune of working with Jose and ACME granite. From the beginning customer service was terrible from the beginning of negotiations. It was incredibly difficult to ask questions as he assumed I would just take his word for everything and seemed always annoyed in speaking to me. After telling him I would personally complete the demo I would just need installation, he kept speaking to me as if I didn't understand anything. Felt incredibly sexist and rude as I witnessed him speaking to other male customers with completely different attitude. I didn't want to jump to conclusions thus I let it go, big mistake. His crew came to the house and began installing however once beginning, it didn't look right that the wood was still exposed. Spoke to Jose about it in which he became incredibly disrespectful stating I should have been the one to ask for the edging to be completed. It's a counter top! It's supposed to be completed which I confirmed with other companies, its standard practice. Eventually Jose wouldn't hear of my displeasure and eventually said to forget it and had his guys take the slabs back. Incredibly disappointed in the whole process and have lost a valuable customer. Would not recommend at all!

Awful awful awful! Went in spent almost 2 hrs talking with Jose, picking out granite, and going over estimates. He was ver respectful we liked how he knew what he was talking about and he was very informational. We were happy to find someone that seemed honest and proud of his work. This gave us the impression that he would execute the job to our liking! Well, took us calling on multiple occasions for them to come out and do measurements. Finally after the measurements were done we never heard back. We called 2 times first time we were told someone should have called by now that they were going to look into it and call us back with quotes, again no call. Called again and nothing. If it’s this difficult to get started I can’t imagine how long it takes them to finish a job! Not a good way to do business at all! Very disappointed....

I highly recommend Acme Granite for your countertops! They did a wonderful job on mine. They were professional, prompt, and had lots of communication. 5 star rating!!

This is the second time I’ve used ACME Granite and will be the only place I use in the future. Jose and his team are professional and answers all your questions. Price was great. Jobs were completed fast and looks awesome!
