We used Acer Granite to upgrade our kitchen counters. They were quick to come out and give a free estimate. They took the time to answer all my questions. I love how they give you a small sample to take home and see what the colors would look like in your home. They were on time, professional, and did a beautiful job. I will definitely use them in the future!

I worked with Tom in the shop. Fantastic. I checked with a different place and they wanted $1200 plus tax and they were just up the road off Veterans. I then ended up walking through the Acer lot and found a perfect remnant for $500 installed. Everything was done by the time they promised. Now if you are from up in the NY metro area where you can get an entire house in 3 days this is the wrong place for you. But they do a fabulous job nonetheless. Highly recommended. From the old white to the lovely new granite.

We got two estimates on our project and Acer was marginally less expensive. More importantly, however, is that Acer was very professional, took the time to answer our many questions and educate us, and really took a customer centered approach with us. We are delighted with both the product and the installers were efficient, meticulous, experienced and really fussed over project to make sure it was perfect. It was if they were installing counters in their own hands! One of our neighbors liked the counters so much they are using Acer to install theirs!

We just had an entertainment center built in our great room and needed a couple of hard surfaces cut for the top of the cabinets. The people at acer granite were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. We did not use them as our contractor but after this brief experience I would definitely use them in the future.

Acer Granite does great work! I used them 8 years ago for a granite kitchen tops in my old house and they were great then. I didn't get any other quotes for the new kitchen granite just completed. I knew I would use Acer again. I purchased my own under mount sink this time. They take the sink back to the shop after template and install it for you. The whole process from template to install took about 4 weeks, a little longer than I would have liked, but it was worth the wait. Btw - The company does not do plumbing or electrical work - it states so on the quote.

Simply a absolutely awesome experience I'm a very cautious shopper for my home from the moment I went in there shop in Port Charlotte it felt right I've been to a bunch of other places where The people were full of it arrogant or incompetent Acer haddock a positive vibe I worked with Fernando and then Angela on getting scheduled, the template guy and the installers came when they were scheduled to come , they were just here when they were supposed to be And did a great job I highly recommend them no bullshit a class act

We chose Acer Granite for our countertop restoration project for our kitchen and baths for our house in North Port and the entire experience from the estimate, granite selection process, to the installation, was excellent. The employees all did a fantastic job and they were all very professional and experienced and were each fantastic at their job. The price that we received for the granite was also competitive with other quotes that we received from other competitors.We are extremely pleased with the final product and we highly recommend them! They are a friendly and helpful business. Just installed granite throughout our house in Punta Gorda. Although due to an accident, one piece was broken. They bent over backwards to fix the problem and a new piece of granite was installed two days later. Excellent service.

I first want to say that the end result is good and installer Justin is great people. The communication with the office is where there are major issues. My sister was having a new kitchen countertop installed and a custom table built for her back porch. She called Tom a couple times a week and he never returned her calls. We had to show up at the shop in order to get answers to our questions. It took months for us to get a project complete. Would look elsewhere if you are wanting any type of countertops done in the area.

We had kitchen countertops installed by Acer Granite. The original bar top was 20 inches wide and fit into a notch of the door frame. The one they installed is 19 inches and does not fit into the door frame leaving a very visible notched out area. The calking along the wall is uneven and showing holes. There is also damage to the wall. The installers told us we had to go buy 3 new electrical outlet boxes and showed us an example of what to get. We purchased them and they removed the existing metal ones and put the new plastic ones in their place. Two of the outlets do not work and are hanging out of the backsplash. We were told repeatedly by the lady we talked to that their guys would not do any electrical and they did not do this basically calling us liars. We still have the outlets they removed that they left here. She gave no explanation as to why the bar top is not the correct size and offered to give us $75 to have the door frame replaced by a contractor saying they had done research and that is what it would cost. $75 would not cover the cost of any contractor to do the labor least of all the replace the wood door frame. We asked to speak to the manager but were told that she was calling us for the manager. She finally told us they would talk to the installers on Monday and call us back. I have called several times asking for the manager but she is either not there or with a customer. The message I left was not returned. It has now been over 3 weeks and nothing has been resolved. My advice for anyone using this company is to take photos and videos before and while they are installing your granite so you have proof of what they are doing. We are now left we the only option of spending even more money to have their poor quality workmanship repaired.

I had a problem with the installers job installing my granite. After many calls, the company cant seem to get anyone out here to fix the problem. This company will never return a phone call when they tell you they will, you will just have to keep calling and calling. They wont return most voicemails either. They have horrible customer service. Trust me, its not worth the headache, just find another granite company. Im going to pay another company to come fix their installers mistake at this point, just to be done with it.

They installed the granite in my new custom home. From day one granite had a gritty feel and just plain felt dirty. Two service calls later I am told this is the natural property of the stone and there is nothing wrong with it and nothing can fit it. At this point, the builder becomes involved and suddenly they are interested if I'm happy or not. Only sign of professionalism in Acer is Justin, management not service oriented, if not downright rude.
