Our place needed some serious remodeling and after reading various reviews, we decided to visit ABS showroom for the first visit in July 2021. We are greeted by Vinson and the rest is pretty much on auto drive. We told him our needs, things include reconstruct the kitchen peninsula to new island, new kitchen cabinets, rebuild the shower, tile floor and hardwood flooring... Vinson is able to provide honest and accurate suggestions and we end up with various plans on how to proceed with the remodeling. He is upfront about everything even include the markup and schedule. He acts as the project manager for my remodeling project. As a stakeholder, timeline is everything and he is able to provide almost daily update on the construction which is totally awesome. Fast forward 3 months, the remodeling is complete and yet he is excellent on communication and follow up I don't usually get in my previous remodeling project. One thing that ABS stands out from the rest is they have their own team on all the hands on tasks. I see Donald and his team almost everyday and this is the same team from beginning to end. This is very different from others when they hire random guys from CL or Home Depot parking lot. Donald and his team did a fantastic job from demo to measurement to actual hands on work. They are very detailed oriented and I'm happy to know them during the remodeling project. I hope Donald can take some serious rest when the crazy remodeling season is over. Overall I can't be happier to hire ABS for remodeling. Ask for Vinson and you will not be disappointed!

We recently worked with ABS Cabinets & Counters, and the experience was fantastic. Vinson and Mica were super helpful in designing our custom kitchen from start to finish. The final result turned out amazing, and we've been getting tons of compliments on it. We went back and forth on the design a few times, and they were always patient, really listening to what we wanted. They made sure we got a kitchen that suits our needs rather than pushing us into a standard, cookie-cutter setup. The price was great for what we chose, and the craftsmanship during the installation was impressive. Communication throughout the process was professional, quick, and full of energy. We were so happy with the kitchen that we also had them do our bathroom cabinets and countertops. Highly recommend ABS Cabinets & Counters!

I have been searching for a kitchen remodeler for past 3 years and interviewed almost 6-7 contractors and kitchen remodelers since then. Kitchen remodeling is a huge project that requires pricing transparency and trustworthy supplier/ vendor for me to feel at ease to go ahead with the project. After receiving a referral from a friend, I contacted ABS bellevue. I was pretty impressed from the designing stage, Mica was extremely professional, not pushy, kind and patient person to work with. I changed my mind several times and she was so professional in every step and answered all my questions along the way. Their contract was clear and transparent with everything laid out including labor, materials cost. Once the project started, I was very impressed with each of their teams including demo team, cabinet team and countertop team. Vinson managed each step and was available for any questions or concerns. I must say this was the smoothest experience you can ask for in Kitchen remodeling project. The best part was, the entire kithen project was completed within 2 weeks. wow! other contractors quoted me 2-3months for the project. Vinson and Mica, thanks again for our beautiful kitchen.

The quality of the cabinet is poor. Disregard the experience of replacing cabinet and wrong measure the counter top, couple deficits we found just 6 months after using it. First of all, the side board is not fully covering the cabinet. I can see the gap under countertop. Secondly, the vertical edge just came off with normal usage. We didn’t try to knock it down but it just separated.

I would highly recommend ABS Cabinets for your kitchen or bathroom projects. We recently did a complete renovation of our kitchen it was needed to be done on a tight timeframe. I did all the work myself but needed cabinets quickly. I had worked with Vinson on a previous project so I didn’t hesitate to call him in for this one. He consulted on and provided a couple of complete designs and quotes. After some fine tuning, we selected one and placed the order. Vinson was able to pull the order together and deliver it within a week! He provided excellent advice and support during my installation and even delivered a few bits I needed during installation within a day or so. Vinson and his team were there for me every step of the way! Their pricing is also very competitive. I highly recommend them!

The entire staff and workers are so accommodating! The choices that are available made it very easy to decide which kitchen we wanted. And my husband and I were able to agree quickly. The process took three days with a very organized workforce. Then the install of the backsplash took two days. Total was 5 days in and out, and they kept everything so clean. Amazing kitchen results. Mica and Vinson are competent, kind, PATIENT and, just plain amazing! My neighbors used ABS for the cabinets and quartz countertops for both of there houses and referred me to them for my kitchen. I am so thankful. I came in with a design and Mica's attention to detail caught a couple of dimension errors that would have caused me problems at the install. I was so thankful she found them before we got too far along to fix it. Unfortunately, I was already signed up with a different contractor to install the cabinets as part of a larger project so, I was not able to have ABS install the cabinets. I regret this. My contractors were not as skilled as Vinson. Thankfully, he was kind enough to make himself available, on a number of occasions, to give input to ensure that the cabinets could be installed correctly and look their best. I really appreciate his professional attitude. The cabinets are well made and beautiful. ABS's quartz fabricator, Kenny, was very skilled. I was concerned about the placement of the faucet centering on my kitchen window and he was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Also, the countertops were installed so well you can barely see the seam in the quartz. It would have to be pointed out to you. I can't say enough good things about this place. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We'd worked with Mica and Vinson to remodel our kitchen and change entire home flooring and it has been a great experience from start to finish. Me and my wife were nervous about the remodeling project and spent more than 6 months finalizing the materials for our kitchen/flooring along with layout. Mica was very patient with us and encouraged us to look at as many designs/layouts, helping us rendering them out for us to get make a decision. Overall, we would have changed the colors, materials and design multiple times and she did not hesitate to do so. When it came to scheduling installations along with demolition, Vinson was great at planning it out and coordinating with the installers to make sure everything is seamless. When some unforeseen issues arose, he was quick to communicate with us. All the installers were great to work with, were meticulous in their installation process without cutting corners and did a great jobs. When we pointed out some extra stuff or small fixes they didn't hesitate to do so and made sure that everything looks great. Vinson also came to our home every few days to make sure everything is going great and if there is any change needed. Overall, it was a great experience with ABS and would highly recommend anyone to go with them for remodeling job.

Rarely would anyone deserve a 5 star rating for cumbersome kitchen and bathroom upgrades. But, ABS does deserve it for the complete kitchen and 2 bathroom renovation. They were cheaper, completed work in promised time and workmanship was top notch. All of their crew were pros and never compromised on quality.

After shopping around a bit we found ABS Cabinets. Vinson helped us design a large pantry with a central undercounter minifridge space. He designed it specifically for us, provided an in home assessment to ensure feasibility of the project, and gave us a detailed estimate. We upgraded to sliding shelves which added a lot of functionality. The installers were professional and did great work. We needed a quick turnaround time (less than 2 weeks) and Vinson made that happen.

I couldn't be happier with ABS. I worked with Johnny the whole time and was very pleased with the customer service I received. He is knowledgeable and kind and prompt in his responses. I had gotten quotes from three other places and only one of them was slightly cheaper but the customer service was well worth the extra dollars. The delivery guys were kind and thorough. They opened up each cabinet to make sure that there was no damage before taking them inside for me. I couldn't be more happy with the service all around. This is our second time using ABS Cabinets in Bellevue. We did our kitchen in June 2014 and were extremely happy. We just had both of our bathrooms done with new cabinetry and an enlarged shower with tiling and shower doors. We could not be more pleased! We feel like we have a hotel spa bathroom! Eva does an excellent job of measuring and making suggestions. I love working with Johnny. He is also very knowledgeable and helpful in selections. I appreciate so much that he is not a high pressure sales person! Jason, did an excellent job of tiling and cabinet installation in addition to some woodwork trim! They were able to work within our budget and that was also very much appreciated!

I could not be happier with how our cabinets and countertops turned out. Initially we did not know where to start. Called around to a few places that we got the coupon for in the mail and had quotes starting at $40,000. A little taken aback we asked some people in the insurance business and they recommended ABS. We went to the showroom and liked the cabinets they had available. They came out that same day to measure. We made an appointment for demo of the old kitchen, install new cabinets, quartz countertops cut on site, and backsplash. The whole process from demo to done was four days. Again, could not be happier how this all turned out for much less than half of the quotes we were given.

I got kitchen cabinets from ABS in Bellevue after a exhaustive search. How exhaustive? I got quotes from five local companies and four online. I thought online would have the killer deal, but they all cost more than ABS. I also read too many complaints about damaged cabinets and slow replacement shipping. Of the local places one was a fair bit cheaper, two about the same, and one more expensive. The more expensive one was CARB complaint, but it was hard to pony up another $1000+ for that. The others frankly felt a bit cheap - doors felt flimsy and many had cracks in the doors at the showrooms. The ABS doors feel a bit more substantial and I liked the guy I worked with a lot - very personable and good advice. On the matter of good advice I asked them about countertops and they recommended a fabricator rather than prefab given my countertop size. I always love a vendor honest enough to tell me to spend money elsewhere. The cabinets were ready on time with a few minor inconveniences. One was damaged, they replaced the side panel quickly. Not all the doors were mounted because the warehouse as they said they weren't sure which side to mount them...but they had the diagram. I wish the 40" cabinets had another shelf in them but I'll go back and try to buy extra shelves. So not perfect but I'd still recommend ABS and use them again.

Pros People Customer Service- Excellent People in the store and crew- Excellent Quality of work - Excellent The people in the store and their entire installation crew is customer focused and does a great job. Cons Quality of cabinets Cabinet Quality- Okay Disappointing The cabinets are not real wood. They are made out of particle board that are fragile and has less durability. The cabinet surface gets easily damaged. We started noticing damage within few months of installation. After spending money and time, it's heartbreaking to run into quality issues. Kitchen replacement is expensive and every owner expects them to last 10 + years at the minimum. Considering the ease at which these get damaged, likely will wear out within 2-3 years. If you want something quick and quality is not that of a priority or concern then these cabinets will serve the purpose. If quality is top in the list, do your due diligence.

We went in to get a quote for new kitchen cabinets installed for our new home. The gentleman was quick at drafting our ideas onto his computer. We were happy, just finalizing our prices was the last step. The lady that appears to be the boss was busy using her computer to book a plane ticket for her trip so we couldn't get a quote right away. Fine. We waited patiently. Called 3 times. It's been over a week and no response. I guess they don't want my business.
