From locating the perfect stone options all the way to install, he held our hands throughout the process and made sure we knew all the steps involved. He was very responsive to any questions we had and his entire team was friendly and professional. Charles, the installer, even went as far as bringing us a custom hot plate he made from scrap pieces. We decided to replace our kitchen counters and fireplace with 5 slabs of quartzite. Tyler came to the house, walked us through the process and gave us a bid. Excellent process from start to finish for quartz counters and tile backsplash. Tyler was timely with his estimate and the crews were professional and efficient. We had a limited amount of time to work with and Tyler made sure we met the deadline.
