I had a positive experience with AAA countertops. My sales person Belle worked miracles to get my countertops installed within a 2 week period. I had an emergency remodel job and Belle ensured that all the pieces came together so that the install could happen quickly. The only kinks were not getting a window of arrival from the measuring tech and the installers. The installers also did not text me when they were on the way. Fortunately I was able to hang around and wait. From past experience I think the price was a bit higher than I anticipated but the level of service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience with AAA countertops! Our project was quite unique and big (we needed 3 slabs of Taj Mahal quartzite slabs with custom miters). Gordan was incredibly patient & helpful during the initial design process. Ruben & the installation team did such an amazing job. Alex was additionally so helpful to overlook the project towards the end and make sure everything was done to perfection! We would definitely look forward to using them again for future projects in our home.

Within minutes of speaking with Charlie on the phone I knew this was the place. I called AAA to get some information on options and pricing and he was super kind, helpful, patient and thorough in explaining the world of countertops to me. It was like I was talking to a friend. A few days later I stopped by and looked at samples and took a few home. After the cabinets were installed his crew came out and measured and gave me an estimate. I had also gotten a quote from one other place and it was about double the price. Once I Charlie the the go-ahead, he had the countertops and tub deck fabricated and installed within a week. Everyone in the chain - the guy that measured, to the guys that installed - were great. We even got our sinks there at a super reasonable price. They delivered everything they said they were going to on time... no put-offs or delays. Save yourself some time, money and hassle by going straight to AAA. They are A+ in my book.

We recently purchased our first home and started a complete kitchen remodel before we moved in. As you can imagine, coordinating such an effort for the first time was no easy feat. Our general contractor recommended AAA Countertops, telling us they were the only company worth working with. I couldn't agree more. Dawn might be the single best company representative I have ever worked with in my life - certainly the best on our home project. She was easy to schedule time with to pick our materials, made great recommendations for our price point and style preferences, and was always available. She followed up with me regularly to check in and took a LOT of calls from me to explain the installation process and their financing partners, which were also great. We had a lot of starts and stops in our project, but AAA never balked. They were easy to schedule time with, showed up exactly on time, and even made a few extra trips to make adjustments and repairs once our appliances went in with no hesitation. I am sure there are other great companies out there, but I can’t recommend working with AAA and Dawn highly enough!

I just completed a bathroom remodel and AAA Countertops was the highlight of the experience. I went to pick out my slab in the fall of 2021 and Andrea helped me to find an amazing remnant option that was not only gorgeous but incredibly affordable. AAA stored the slab for months while we dealt with ongoing contractor delays. When it came time to install, they had someone out the same week to measure and despite getting backed up on installation day, the team called to give me the option of a late install or coming over the weekend to ensure I had my countertops as promised. I chose the evening option and they arrived at 7 pm, walking out with a perfectly placed countertop by 730. Honestly, it's some of the best workmanship and work ethic I've seen in ages and it looks great. We certainly didn't suffer quality for speed. I can't recommend enough!

Could not be happier with our new bathroom counters and sinks. Dawn made the process so easy. You pick a type of granite from the many samples in the showroom, then walk out to the yard to see a full slab in person. You don't need to look at every slab in the yard because they have every one in a true-color digital image to see and compare online. They come out and do a laser measurement. Then you get to see your counters in several possible layouts on the slab you selected so that you can pick the pattern you like the most. From there it was no time before the counters were cut and installed. Fast, excellent work, and everyone was really nice to work with.

We are highly satistied with Jerry and his installation crew, they are absolutely best in town. We recently had our kitechen counterop upgrated to modern quartz slabs with AAA countertops. Jerry is extremely patient and came to our house 5 different times over a period of a year before finally having it installed last weekend. He will always show up with a smile on his face and address all your questions and concerns with 100% honestly. Just like Jerry his installers were very sincere as well. They showed up on time and during installation checked with us numerous times regarding faucent and stove cutouts as well as the island countertop before doing final placement. We will recommand AAA countertops and will be using them again for all our bathroom countops upgrade next.
