Less than an hour after my wife and I visited the Indiantown Road branch, I received a call from the owner, Raphael Gonzalez and made an appointment to meet him at his main office and fabrication facility the following day. He treated us like royalty from the minute we walked into his office. He showed us his wide inventory and gave us one of his suppliers for more selection. The following day, he and his crew came to make templates for the four counter areas. Once we made our selection and finalized his proposal, our granite Was installed just four days later. Everything fit perfectly we couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure dealing with Raphael and his crew men were very efficient and knowledgeable. If you have any questions, call his office for my phone number. A-1 Plus is a perfect name for this business. Note: We haven't chosen backsplash yet.

I worked with this company for my outdoor barbecue and they used the wrong grout that yellowed immediately in the sun and would not respond when I wrote to them to ask them to help me with yellowing and glue stains all over my countertops. The guy is a macho guy, full of attitude and insecurity, who doesn’t want to listen to anyone who questions the quality of his job. The pictures speak for themselves. He would not respond for help once the job was paid for. Buyer beware!

We're extremely happy we chose A1 Plus for our quartz countertops. We shopped around a few other local companies but the customer service we received from Claudia and Raphael was top-notch and their pricing was among the most competitive. Our house is older and not very square, but Raphael and his team were able to precision-cut the countertops to make it work and they look fantastic. The joints are incredible, they blend in perfectly. I will no doubt be using them again in the future.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Personal attention and fantastic selection was our first impression...and it just got better from there! We stumbled into A1 while cabinet shopping and liked their stone options so much, we bought our quartz before getting cabinets! Raphael walked us through his warehouse filled with exotic slabs of stone and gave us all the information we needed to select the best for us. Once cabinets were installed, his craftsmen were at our home to make their template and the countertops were delivered 4 days later. Spotless installation made this final step a pleasure. GORGEOUS & CLASSY! Attention to detail added some style we couldn't have imagined! THANKS A1! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My apologies to Raphael and A1 Plus Stone Design for a long overdue review! I started my kitchen reno just as COVID descended upon the world and made it very difficult to visit showrooms for ideas. I did however visit two showrooms and the big box stores. I was not impressed with the customer care, selection, or pricing at either showroom. I eventually found a sample liked at Home Depot, but because of COVID no one was installing it. On top of that, I read some poor reviews about the stone chipping. That is when I went searching for company that carried the sample and thankfully found Raphael. Upon entering his showroom I was greeted with a presentation on various stone types, allowed to tour his stone shop to better understood the installation process, and was convinced of his absolute commitment to matching the best stone to my needs. When I showed him the sample I was interested in he immediately responded "It's very expensive and it is garbage. I will show you something much nicer and more affordable". He then proceeded to tell me why that sample was no good and, after agreeing with his assessment, found me the perfect quartz at a fantastic price. The next hurdle was to decide whether I wanted one slab with a small seam, or two slabs with no seams (leaving 3/4 of the slab leftover and adding substantially to the cost). Raphael assured me he could match the veins on the quartz to the point I would hardly notice the seam. After much back and forth in my mind (and patience on his part), I decided to trust him. On installation day I held my breath and was simply amazed at how perfect he was able to match the quartz pieces. It takes a true professional who is an expert in his field to be able to render such precise and perfect work! My counter is gorgeous! I could not be happier with the entire experience and would and will HIGHLY recommend A1 Plus Stone Design to anyone who wants beautiful counters done right and at a great price!

My Wife and I decided to replace our current counter tops. We found slaps we liked, but the seller did not do in house cutting. We found A1 Plus on a blind chance without referral. Very Happy we did, Raphael from the moment we walked in was attentive, professional and more then accommodating. He had no issues working with material purchased from another vender. A1 was prompt with an estimate and fair. A1 was on time for "measuring" appointment as well as the delivery date. We made no changes to the original work order, A1 stood by their original estimate. Installation day, Raphael and crew did a clean and through job. We are very satisfied with our experience working with A1 Plus Stone We plan on using them again for bathroom projects!

I had kitchen counters installed and they were very helpful. The quartzite looks beautiful, however after a while the seams seem to have settled and the countertops now are uneven. They fixed the problem and I am delighted with the results. The people at Al Plus were very helpful and took a lot of time with us. I would definitely use them again. Marsha D
