This is one of the worst companies in my opinion. Few months back I ordered bathroom sink from them. when I ordered with Ashley (she was really nice) with helping my order. Any way, after 3 weeks later when they came to my house for installation they put the granite top and for the back plush they tried to put broken pieces without telling me. When I found out they were installing broken pieces I told them not to do it. Then I spoke with Ashley and she said they will replace with another piece and they told me to choose another one. Week later another lady called and she said they will not make another one or I have to take old broken pieces. That’s how they are doing business.Any way I got money back and bought same countertops almost 1/2 price. I wouldn’t recommend this company for your business.

Jessica was very helpful and fast to response whenever I have question! Their communication was great. Love the piece I picked out, and the finishes on the countertop was nicely done! Wish I had find this place sooner for my other jobs, defiantly will use them again and highly recommend this place!

ATTENTION for those of you who LOVE stellar customer service, exact measurements/templating, and gorgeous, quality countertop installation! A&R Countertops is the place for you!!! We were recommended by a family friend who builds custom homes and remodels and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. Customer service with Ashley was simple and FUN, and she was very willing to work with our schedules; templating with Matt was quick and easy, and he answered all of our questions during the process; and installation and clean up from Raul and his crew was amazing. We are remodeling an older home and Raul was careful to ensure our installation went very smoothly. The team at A&R is highly skilled and can take care of all your countertop needs! We look forward to our next project with them (bathrooms!)! Thank you A&R for being so easy to work with, your forthrightness, and fun and professionalism!!! You guys ROCK!

The customer service was excellent, Jessica was very patient and helpful while I was trying to decide on the countertop, she showed me several samples and her suggestions were very good. The installation team did an excellent job of putting the countertops in place. They had to do a slight adjustment to openings for the electrical outlets but everything turned out perfectly. I upgraded my kitchen with new granite. After shopping 3 estimates I decided to work with A&R after Miss Jessica helped me with my estimate. Every question was answered and every dought was satisfied. It is very hard to find someone these days that's worth hiring. Save yourself sum time and effort; go to A&R; ask for Jessica and you will have an awesome experience with your kitchen or bath remodel or new construction. Jessica took care of everything; Jessica chose my slab of granite; looked over the install; and made sure I was satisfied with all work completed. Highly recommend A&R; Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. Jessica was wonderful in helping pick out or granite and quartz for our new build. The installers did a beautiful job, when I got home I was more than pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it all looked. Sorry I don’t have pics of the master bath or guest bath.

The selection process, the instillation, and the billing process were extremely easy and I was kept in the loop for every process and decision that needed to be made for my remodel. Chanda was very informative and helpful during the financial process of the job. The material and quality of work are above other companies that I have worked with. This crew is phenomenal! The people in the office are friendly and extremely helpful. They were so easy to work with. We even made a few changes late on and they were so understanding and kind. Our kitchen piece was large and requires a seam and they did amazing. I would highly recommend this local company.

This is my go to spot for counters. I have completed easily 50-60 projects with them. As a contractor that works with many different countertop fabricators A&R's finished product is one of the best. They always do what they say they're going to do. For anyone posting a negative review I just don't believe it. The owner himself cares more about what he does than any other business that I've been around. They measure with lasers, they cut with computers, and the owner himself usually templates and oversees the entire process. Their prices are always fair. If you shop around you might pay a couple bucks extra, but you're paying for expertise, quality, and a guarantee that it will be right. This is not an item in your construction project to skimp on. You can't redo countertops. Do yourself a favor and choose A&R.

Update. They sent Luis and he magically fixed my counter tops so they look like what I was dreaming of when the quartz was ordered. Luis gets 5 stars for sure. So you know - this defect should have been caught when the counters were being shaped. Ultimately it was my bad for allowing them to be installed. Stop your installers and look over every square inch before you let them in the house. It's a pain in the neck because they are all strapped to dollies with padding but it really sucks to have the kitchen you've been waiting for look like you settled.

Another reviewer has said that my review is negative and unbelievable. I'm not a liar and I believe my review was pretty fair for having spent thousands of dollars and NOT getting what I ordered. I see comments about the owner, if you notice in the original review he isn't mentioned. That's because I never heard from him, obviously this business is not interested in taking ownership or even acknowledging their mistake.

Sales people are knowledgeable and selection is good. The installation was a mess. Be prepare to repaint because they leave the walls a mess(smeared calking, gouges in the wall and chipped paint). They said, "It is industry standard to leave the job paint ready". We were not planning on painting again. They do not care. So I guess we are repainting now. Disappointed.
