Huge selection of remnants for if you just need a small countertop for a bathroom, etc. Friendly staff, good prices, speedy service. They have a huge number of smaller left over pieces from full slabs in almost every style of quartz and granite, so when we needed a 5' wine bar countertop, this was the perfect place to go. We also recently built an outdoor bar and kitchen, so we went back to A Plus and found the perfect slab we were looking for. They did a great job measuring and installing, and we got a really good price on it as well. We are very happy and would highly recommend A Plus. We will be back again when we redo our guest bathroom.

I would not use this place again. Home Depot used them for countertops and they should reconsider. Best bet would be to buy your material at a warehouse and have someone else cut and install for you, much cheaper and better results. I paid over $4K for a small kitchen and thinscape countertops, not even solid surface. The ladies on the phone were always not pleasant especially when I told them I was not happy with the seam that went right through the middle of my backsplash. The installers themselves agreed that the seam was unnecessary and ugly. The manager gave me some excuse about the pattern having to flow but in reality I think they wanted to use all their scraps to save money. They told me if I wanted it redone without the seam that I would have to pay for a whole new piece. Insanity. The installers were great gentleman and tried to help me as best as they could but the managers in the office were not customer service friendly at all. Never using or recommending in the future.

They did a beautiful job with my new quartz countertops! I knew my 70’s home would be a challenge, but the installers were very careful and cautious removing the old counters and protecting my existing wood cabinets!

Sorry but my review is not going to be favorable. First person who came to my house to measure was rude and condensending. I asked to have a second person come and remeasure. He was more polite and did his job. However the installers broke my walls and scraped up the paint job. I am not happy at all just glad it is over.

A PLUS Signature design installed two different countertops in my kitchen. Laura the sale woman promised to replaced the countertops but when we call the next day she will not return our calls. Warming! Warming! BE AWARE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO CHEAT YOU!

We used A Plus Design for the countertops and backsplash for our kitchen renovation project. We had a great experience. First, they have a large warehouse with a broad selection of different styles and composition of stone including quartzite and granite. We selected and reserved our three large slabs for four months while the rest of the kitchen renovation was being done. When it was time, they came out and measured our counters and backsplash and before the installation, they sent us a graphic of how the three slabs would be cut, and laid out on our island, countertops, and backsplash areas. We then met with a designer, and went over the details of the plan for the stone. Then the installers came out on time as promised, and first installed the countertops. And then a week later came out and installed the backsplash. Our kitchen looks amazing!

First, I will give the installers 4 stars, they did a great job! Second, I will give the office staff 2 1/2 stars....She did not return emails, phone calls or texts. When she finally did return a email she asked what color granite I wanted to go with....even though I wrote what I wanted in the first email that she didn't respond to. Also, sent an email stating that I gave my final check payment to the installers, no response with a Thank you, we appreciate your business, nope, nothing! The lack of communication is rude and reflects on the business.

They installed granite countertops in kitchen and it looks great! However two areas need back splashes. During installation they realized the mistake and measured the area. I was told repeatedly the two sections would be provided. its really too bad because the rest of the job turned out great. I want to give them a top rating but need resolution. Please, lets work this out.

Did you three bathroom, kitchen counters, banquet counter and kitchen island. Excellent sales, service and customer service. Highly recommend!!!
