What I loved about Leo was his no BS approach. He was transparent about pricing, showed us samples on professional software (not hand drawn), of how each slab would work for our kitchen.
He was patient with our decision making and honest about recommending material.
His install team, lead by Frankie, were courteous, professional and extremely considerate.
After having some hairy experiences with vendors lately, we felt so reassured and happy with 704.
Not to mention they installed it one week after we ordered it.

Leo was a pleasure to work with! We have had many professionals in various homes and he was top notch. He responded quickly, we knew the price up front and were aware in advance of any possible complications. I had read his reviews beforehand and they, and he, did not disappoint. If you need countertops- 704 Granite should be on your list!

I researched into fabricators and distributers. All the distributors liked 704granite and knew Leo by name. This company was able to cut and install the granite of our choice at the best price. We chose Vision White. It looks awesome. It was very easy to talk with Leo and he worked with me when I was looking for the best price. He was able to come to measure our space right away and we got our countertops within 5 days. It's nice to have a sink again. We are doing our kitchen ourselves. I will add more photos once we finish our renovations.

From the beginning, Leo was very responsive, fairly priced, and arrived promptly. The fabrication took less than a week, demolition (2 slabs w/ sink & cooktop) and install all in the same day. We're completely happy with the experience, and even used his recommended tile guy and plumber.

After striking out with a couple of different vendors to find someone to put in a new hearth around our fireplace, I stumbled upon 704 Granite and Marble Fabricators and I’m so glad I did. Leo worked with me to find just the piece we were looking for and installed it for a very reasonable price with a very tight deadline. It looks absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend going with them.

AMAZING FROM START TO FINISH…and follow up. I have dealt with a lot of fabricators and many different trades and honestly these this was such a worry free experience. My stone was amazingly beautiful and the finish product was so pretty. The commutation we received was great the entire time and Leo was so accommodating to our needs and timeline. 704 has gained a loyal customer.
