Leo and his team were great through the entire process. The process was simple. We picked a package from the website, went to the warehouse and selected the option we liked from the items available in the chosen package. The W/H people were awesome as well. Leo's team came to measure and we discussed the layout for the slab we chose. They showed up as scheduled, did an excellent job and additionally we got a stainless steel sink with the package which looked great. The finished result was stunning. Leo also helped me pick out a remnant for our master bath vanity which ended up being a perfect match for the very unique vanity we chose. He gave us a fair price on it and the install went as smoothly as the kitchen. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using 704 Granite on our next project.

This company is awesome! They gave me the best price out of about eight appraisals. I am a very particular person with a very sharp eye and I demand the best from anyone I hire. I already knew which stone I wanted and from where. I contacted the owner and his name is Leo. He was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. He actually looked at all my measurements that I sent him over the phone and even found a calculation error that no one else noticed out of all the other companies. I decided to go with him due to the easy communication, accuracy and pricing and I'm glad I did because the results in the end are beautiful! He cut my stone perfectly and he was very patient with me when I had to shove the job back a few times due to other contractors not having my kitchen ready in time for the countertops. They spent lots time making sure everything fit right and was properly completed before they left. I have a few more needs for more granite in my house, bathrooms etc. I will be using them again. Worked with Octavio on finding a piece of quartz that was just the right shade of grey. He was super helpful and and we finally found the perfect piece of stone. 704 Granite & Marble didn't cut corners when cutting the slab, and as a result, I have no seams anywhere in my kitchen or wine bar. It's a beautiful installation job. I'd definitely use them in the future.

Theft? Extortion? Bad business practices? Called them and sent drawing and received a quote. I had granite for them to pick up and incorporate into my design and order from a third party site. After they picked up my granite, they claimed they left tools at the pickup site. They no longer answer my calls to start the work. They have my granite and will not respond unless I have their "tools" they alleged left or lost at a third party site. Maybe if they see my documented truthful reviews on every platform I can find, they may attempt to contact me and give me my property.

June 22, 2017 a team of workers came and installed quartz. After installation it was discovered that the quartz had been installed too low. My old dishwasher was stuck underneath. Someone did come out and help us with that, however when the new standard (same size) oven was installed the seam in the quartz behind the oven came apart. The installers did not leave any space for sliding appliances in or out. As if when you get new countertops you're stuck with the same appliances FOREVER. UH NO! And what about repair? What if my dishwasher or oven needed to be repaired? We couldn't move it! It was initially promised that they would come and fix it, but were busy. After the first couple contacts trying to schedule someone to come out, no one ever would respond back. Between my husband and I we have called and emailed and even texted at least 15 times and have waited 6 MONTHS. We have been completely ignored. DO NOT USE 704 Granite. I am sorry I did.
