DO NOT HIRE THEM! After seeing their ad for a quartz countertop special that included a free sink AND plumbing included, I hired 3D Countertops to replace my countertops in my small kitchen. The work started nearly three weeks ago. It took them only a few hours to install the new countertops. However, the project is incomplete and I have not heard from them despite repeated attempts to get them to finish the job. #1. They did NOT do the plumbing as advertised. I had to hire someone to reinstall my plumbing and garbage disposal because after three days, I needed my sink. #2. They left a big hole in my wall which apparently was not planned for despite the plan to cut down my counter. You can see right through to the outer wall and studs. Now I need to hire someone to drywall and repaint the area, possibly the entire wall. #3 When they came to measure and cut a template for the new countertops, they did not plan for my electrical outlet and garbage disposal switch near my sink. The switch for my garbage disposal is now hanging UNDER and BEHIND my kitchen sink making my garbage disposal unusable because I cannot even reach the switch without trying to bend my wrist in a very uncomfortable, awkward way. The plumber who I hired to reinstall my garbage disposal and connect by sink said he'd never seen anything like it. The switch and outlet are both just hanging under the counters. I followed up many times with John who said they would send an electrician to fix my electrical outlet and someone to patch up the hole. An electrician came by to assess the work but he later told me that 3D has not approved the work as it will require extensions and cutting into the drywall. All possible but will take work. #4 They did not bring the 4-inch backsplash from the countertops. I asked several times if someone would be dropping off the pieces. No response. Save yourself the trouble and hire a company that will actually complete the work and do it as advertised.

If you want a really nice countertop go see Carlos. He was very helpful for us with the selection and design of our Kitchen and Bathrooms.The installation was done professionally. Great quality & superb craftsmanship. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had an amazing experience getting my granite countertops even had a hiccup on my part and they were there to help me. Definitely would recommend they were thorough courteous and fair priced compared to all the others.

I would recommend 3D countertops to anyone. Not only are the counters beautiful but their customer service is excellent. They are very quick to respond and their technicians are kind and clean up after themselves when the job is done.

Our 3D Quartz countertops look amazing! Ely,Mark, and the 3D team were great to work with on the project. They handled all the details and coordination of removal and installation of the backsplash as well as our countertops. Would us 3D again without hesitation!

Very frustrating experience with 3D Countertops and their subcontractors. We had new quartz countertops installed and paid 3D $450 for “plumbing services” to hook back up our plumbing with our new sink and counters. The plumbing they did has the disposal lower than the outlet pipe, which isn’t up to code and will cause water to travel “uphill”, which will result in standing water in the disposal. I’m now having to pay my own plumber to come out and fix this sloppy work. Their plumber stood by this work (I urge you to send this picture to your own plumber and ask if this is good work). I tried for days to get a solution with 3D. They keep telling me they will call me but still wont. Will not be doing business with them again. Edit: They are standing by this work. You can judge for yourself.

The team at 3D Countertops went above and beyond to deliver everything we wanted with our counters. I stopped in their shop expecting to look around at multiple places, but after talking with their team, we purchased on the spot. Their prices were competitive, but what sold us was the quality of their work. We got a waterfall edge and the craftsmanship is perfect. They matched the veining and the seam isn't visible. Very happy we went with 3D Countertops. I highly recommend them.
