I can't say enough great things about Countertops 101! From the consultation to the installation, they made our kitchen remodel a breeze. After dealing with some disappointing contractors, these guys really impressed us. We chose quartz, and our layout was tricky with some awkward dead space behind the sink. We were worried it wouldn’t work, but the team handled it perfectly and the final result is gorgeous. The service was professional, the installation flawless, and we couldn't be happier. Wonderful is not a good enough word! The finished granite kitchen countertop is so beautiful and it is a jewel in our home. See our pictures. The staff was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and we especially got to know Brenda, Rueben, and Hannah. Really nice people. It was done much sooner than anyone else would bid, and at a much lower price. They went out of their way to accommodate our unusual shape requirement and in other ways. They were careful and precise and thorough as well as being a pleasure to work with. Thank you 101 Countertops for increasing the useability and pleasure in our kitchen and the value of our house.

We had a positive experience with 101 Countertops throughout every step of the design and installation process. Jhoan and his team were terrific. The install was fast and professional; the prices were fair (maybe even too low); and the service was exceptional. We called on a Friday afternoon with a concern over the backsplash, and they responded with an on-site visit on Saturday. While we did not expect a weekend house-call, we appreciated it nonetheless. We cannot recommend 101 Countertops enough. We will use 101 Countertops again if the need arises. No hesitation whatsoever.

We bought a house and wanted to replace the kitchen counters. 101 Countertops had great reviews, so we checked it out! They gave us reasonable prices so we ended up replacing all of the counters in the house. They were very good at communicating with us about measuring and installing. The whole process from beginning to end took less than a month and I now have 6 rooms with new countertops in my home!

My spouse and I had been wanting to upgrade our laminate countertops since we moved to our home 10 years ago. We did some research, decided on quartz, and then contacted several companies to get estimates. 101 Countertops was responsive right away and Brenda came out within the week to do some preliminary measurements, see the kitchen space, and answer questions. We were impressed and made arrangements to visit the physical store location where we selected our countertops, sink and tile for the backsplash from the samples available. The faucet we purchased ourselves at Lowe's. They work closely with another business (Balmori's Remodeling) for the actual tile work so we received a separate estimate for that. There were a couple unavoidable delays getting started but it was well worth the wait. They communicated with my spouse (since he works at home) via text, email and phone. The work took a couple days for the countertops and a couple days the following week for the tile. We are so pleased with the result! I included some pictures and would recommend them to someone wanting to do a similar project.
