Customer service is horrible here Saqib was so rude we ask to order a vanity and picked out what we wanted and ask him to check to make sure they have instock anyway as soon as we walk up to the counter to pay we waited For 15 minutes and he is on the phone on and on and didn’t even look at us or tell us to wait act like we are invisible. Horrible service ,rude. … we have asked someone else to help they said Saturday pick up. we called they not ready until Monday this the worst experience we ever have i still have another bathroom to do i don’t think i am coming back here

I had superb customer service from Saqib at Granite Expo and wanted to recognize how much he went out of his way to help with my kitchen and bathroom project. From the start, Saqib was punctual and professional. He took the time to walk me through all the product options and was incredibly descriptive about each one, explaining the pros, cons, finishes, and what would work best for my space and budget. He answered every question patiently and never made me feel rushed. What stood out most was how far he went to help. He helped me coordinate details for both my kitchen and bathroom, made sure I understood timelines, and followed up to ensure everything was on track. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right for the customer. If you’re heading to Granite Expo, ask for Saqib. His knowledge, reliability, and dedication made a complex project feel easy. I highly recommend him.

We are overjoyed with our new cambria montgomery quartz countertop. Jimmy and his crew who did the installation did a magnificent job. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Their craftsmanship was superb. Definitely doing business with them in the future.

The staff were nice to deal with in store, the stone we had installed is very pretty, BUT, now a few weeks out after install, we had our backsplash done and our tile guys discovered the countertops were installed Extremely unleveled which created alot more work for them to get our patterned tile right. Like the counters were unleveled by almost a centimeter. That's crazy. Wish I'd known to look for that on day of install! These guys should have known better though. AND the quartz is chipped. The chip is very, very tiny but now I need to figure out how to seal it so food stains don't get in the chip and stain it permanently. I paid 4k for my tiny corner kitchen, the install was literally the same price as the stone and this is my end result.

Place is nice a lot of options but it’s so crowded and they have only 2 desks to serve kitchen design so the staff sitting there doing nothing because there is only two desks and each customer takes over an hour , no places to wait no places to sit no organizing chaos even with you guys know you have that many customers invest into improving customer service instead of letting the people pile up waiting and end up leaving like us without getting anything done

Great service, polite customer service, professional installation. Worth the money! Ensure you measure everything ahead of time and take pictures and videos. Then pick out your material on site in the show room. You pay for material upfront and labor after installation. I had to wait about 2 weeks for the installation. Would use them again for next project!

Went on a Saturday; they were really busy but I didn't see anyone around to help. Not even employees helping other customers. Just the cashier's behind the plexi glass and they were nice, but not very helpful, they just referred me to their website which is not user friendly. No take home samples at all, only one product catalog (for Kraftmaid cabinets). Lots of products on display, most of the fixtures and sinks had a price, but it would be nice to know what sizes the Milzen cabinets come in...

I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent any of my hard-earned money here. But, unfortunately, the other reviews were right about the customer service, and they deserve 0 stars! I would suggest going to "Sincere Home Decor," only about 15 minutes away from here, and they actually do granite installations! And no, I don't work for them. However, I wish I knew about this place much soon, and they know how to treat their customers. Tuesday June 28th at the emeryville location I went to return an item and make a new purchase. It was a hectic day. Therefore it was a very long line, which was fine. I stood in it patiently waiting and watch the customer service reps pass me several times. The sales reps watched me stand in that line for about an hour with a very long T-molding that you couldn't miss just for me to get to the front counter and immediately say, "oh, if you're returning that, it needs to be returned to the same place you picked it up from." Nowhere under their term and conditions does it say that! It is also confusing because I paid for this item at this exact location, so I would only assume I can return it where I paid for it! Especially since it doesn't say anything about that on the receipt. So you can take my money and send me somewhere else to pick up the item, but you can't return my money? (or in this case, just store credit because I did buy something else) The worst part about this entire situation is I asked to speak to the manager named Emma, and she seemed like she didn't want to come to talk to me. She didn't even have enough respect to even acknowledge me. When she finally acknowledged me, she put her palm up to me, telling me that I needed to wait in line again if I wanted to speak to her. Again I already waited in line for about an hour, and the line was still long! So I did, and it was clear she had made up her mind about it and didn't even try to assist and was very disrespectful. No one deserves to be treated like that. I truly hope the owner reads these reviews because I must say that it seems like you are not because these bad customer service reviews should not continue. Emma should not be a manager and needs to be demoted. Your staff needs customer service training because respect is common sense. Still, it looks like they don't know that, especially Emma. This store deserves to go out of business if they are going to continue to operate like this. Again go to Sincere Home Decor instead. Forget this place!

Just spent 2 hours today working with an extremely knowledgeable sales representative, Saqibl Khan. He was able to answer all of our questions, put together in a very short period of time our kitchen cabinets design and gave us invaluable expertise as to the cabinetry layout. My wife and I would highly recommend Saqib to anyone looking for top quality customer service and Granite Expo's prices are very competitive.

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops, etc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

Granite Expo cabinets are very poor quality. What was portrayed and what they delivered was horrible. The Veneer was peeling when the installation crew came to install. I found out the cabinets were not made by them but from Vietnam. The installation crew couldn't speak English and hard to understand. I am very disappointed and won't have an operational kitchen for weeks because of their incompetence. Their showroom looks great but their cabinets delivered were terrible. Don't do business with them. Larry

OK, first of all let me say this is our second time using this place for our cabinets and countertops. Everything here came out beautiful on both our projects. Denise helped us both times and did a great job with all our needs. Prices were great quality of the product was excellent. We will be back with more of our projects coming up. If you need these type of items don't hesitate come check this place out you won't be disappointed. I will put up a few pictures of before and after on a few projects.

The place has decent prices and selection of products but it's very inconvenient dealing with them. First, the employees are generally all on their phones and not interested in dealing with customers. Not welcoming, trying to get rid of you and just giving answers to get you out of the door. This used to be different years ago. Can't place over the phone and can't make exchanges/returns between granite expo locations. Apparently each location has different owners like a franchise. Imagine my surprise after traveling an hour to exchange something. The hours just dont make sense. Most contractors these days just dont have time to deal with orders/returns/exchanges so homeowners are forced to go there. Butttt they close at 5..... and pickups end at 4:30...So if you have a job then good luck making it here before they close. I renovated my home and bought about 50k worth of items but I couldn't get it done here due to the reasons above. So I had to find other vendors or just go back to home depot and deal with whatever they had. It's as if the entire Granite expo business is designed around the convenience of the employees vs the customer. Lowes and home depot offer discounted delivery with business membership. Piggy back on your contractors account and order from there. It'll save you a lot of headache.

This is a follow up of the poor review I gave to Granite Expo nine days ago. Kudos to Brian, manager, who contacted me yesterday to tell the good news that as promised he is giving me a "31% discount" for the shower stall/door that got broken and delayed for installation. I got the refund today! The shower stall was delivered yesterday after a week and ready for installation now. Thank you again Brian for dealing with this issue in a very professional way! Happy 4th!!!
