I had a marble table made for my kitchen. I am in love with the table. It came out gorgeous !! Susana & Estephany were so patient and kind with me. These girls are so sweet and wonderful to work with. I must say this experience has been fabulous. Overall I rate this company A+ Also, the men that delivered my table were very professional and even came to my home a second time to lift the table so I could place a rug under the table. Got counter tops from Worcester Marble & Granite in two different occasions, once for kitchen counter and another for bathroom vanity top. They have great selection and prices are very competitive. Service is great from selection, measuring to installation. Definitely will recommend this place for any counter top project.

We had been searching to replace our existing peninsula granite to match our existing granite backsplash and counter. We found granite we loved at Worcester Marble & Granite. The slab was large enough to cut the slab to accommodate our 10 foot peninsula without a seam. Our peninsula has an angular shape. The granite was cut perfectly with a beautiful ogee edge, sink, and faucet placed perfectly! The granite was sealed and are thrilled with our new countertop. Thank you. Great find. On the way to a local college daughter drives by on a regular basis and mentioned them. I went on a Saturday, without an appointment. Great, friendly service. Found the granite I wanted. They came in a week to measure and within 2 weeks to install. Very professional, fast, efficient. And pricing was better than any other store. Highly recommend.

So we did not purchase our counter tops from Jose, but I called because our the anchor in our counter came out, and our sink was dangling. When I spoke to Jose, he wasn't sure if he had the parts for us, but he would do his best to help... I went to his place the next day with my broken pieces, and he was able to match them!!! He spoke to my husband briefly and I was on my way home. My husband repaired the sink and viola- no more dangling sink! THANK YOU SO MUCH Worcester Marble & Granite!!!

Super great job at an even better price. The same granite at home depot was double the price and didn't include the sink. Worcester M+G includes the sink and installation at half HD. No brainier here. The men who installed were very professional and meticulous. The counter tops look great.

We purchased our vanity top for our 24" bathroom vanity through Worcester Marble & Granite, and it was a great experience. I stopped in one morning to take a look at what they had for granite and marble. We opted for the Carrera marble top, and I placed my down payment right then. Our contractor supplied the layout/dimensions for the top, and we picked the finish/sink/faucet layout through WM&G. We opted for pencil finish, rectangle sink and one faucet hole. They had several options for all. The turnaround time from purchase to pickup was only 1 week and 1 day. All other companies we looked at were 2-3 weeks out. Jose was very nice to work with, and very helpful. The top fit perfect on our vanity. Nice to support a small, family run business!

These guys are incredible. I've used them twice and been extremely impressed both times. Fair Pricing, great customer service, and quick turnaround. Most importantly, the quality of the installation is amazing. My cabinet installer commented that the seam on my granite was the best he'd ever seen. I recommend them 100%.

Have used them on multiple occasions. Great value if you are not an absolute perfectionist. If you are at all anal retentive, skip this business. It's a small family business that tries very hard. Selection is good (not bad, not great). Prices are very good. Good people overall.

I found a quartz/marble slab I really liked for a new bathroom vanity top, so I called a couple of days after going to the store. I was told there are two materials with the same name, and was asked to text a photo of it (we took a sample), which I did. The sales person texted back asking for the dimensions, which I gave, and then I never heard anything back via text, phone or email. When I realized a week later (shame on me for not realizing sooner) that I hadn't received a confirmation, I called the store. I was told that material is no longer available, and someone put a deposit on it before last Monday. I was not happy, to say the least, and asked why this wasn't communicated to me right away the previous week so I could have continued my search. I wasn't given any answers, and when I said this is unprofessional and I'm going to use another company the only reply was "ok". Everyone makes mistakes, but being unprofessional and unresponsive is not acceptable.

I chose Wocester Marble & Granite Middleton because of the great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Jose was great in helping us pick out granite in our budget. I did explain that we were painting walls and cabinets ourself and had called him to let him know that it was taking us longer than we thought. The problems occurred @ installation. Another kitchen using the same granite was being made and errors occurred delaying the install to next day. The crew asked my husband for shims and a 2x4 .My husband gave them a 2x4, and they eventually found a shim .They forgot a backslash. Scrapes on painted walls and hammer marks on cabinets. When they came back with the backsplash,he did not have a caulking gun or caulk..my husband supplied that. I complained and Jose came out. His response was that it could have been worse..it is difficult removing custom formica and we should have done painting after install. I wish he told us that before. I asked for him to take some money off ,and the max he would take off for 100 dollars. I was so disappointed in this company. Advice to consumer using this company..remove the old counters yourself and be prepared to do repair after.
