After visiting 7 different local vendors, we decided to purchase our quartz countertops through Wisconsin Granite. their pricing couldn’t be beat, and they have an amazing warranty. I was able to see a variety of full slabs they had in stock, take samples home to compare against my cabinets and flooring, and customer service was flexible and extremely easy to get a hold of and get questions answered. Turnaround time for measurement and install was quick! our quartz was installed today, and I couldn’t be happier! the installers were clean and professional, and my kitchen looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend Wisconsin Granite to anyone looking to build or remodel!

We were extremely pleased with the overall service. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and cooperative. Despite needing to alter our countertop selection at the last minute, they promptly accommodated our request without causing any delays. The installers were highly professional and executed their work with precision, resulting in a high-quality countertop.

My counter tops are beautiful. Wisconsin Granite did a great job and made the tops just the way I wanted them with some custom fitting of a backsplash. The crews were friendly and took extra effort to make sure they cleaned up after they were finished. The seam between two cuts is practically invisible! they took extra time and effort to make sure the epoxy was just the right color to blend with the tops so it can not readily be seen. I knew where it was supposed to be and it took me a while to actually see it. That's how good of a job they did. I highly recommend them!!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service and product provided by Wisconsin Granite. Their pricing can't be beat. Todd was extremely helpful with the purchasing process. The Installation team took great care in removing old granite countertops and the new quartz countertops are perfect. We needed help moving our stove for backsplash install and Matt quickly made a trip to move the stove so as not to damage the new countertops. Top notch service even after the job was complete. Would highly recommend.

Wisconsin Granite provided an excellent customer experience from time in their showroom working with Matt in selecting countertops and sink to the installation process with Bo and Bajrush. Thoughtful artistic attention was given to the layout and design of our kitchen project, questions answered and timely installation provided. We couldn’t be more pleased with not only the end result, but also the process surrounding it. Thanks Wisconsin Granite!

We recently completed two small projects with Wisconsin Granite and they did a truly fantastic job. This first was our powder room and the second was the laundry room. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in the show room. We landed on two remnants and even though we didn’t have a big project they were still very professional and were committed to giving us outstanding results! We can’t wait for our next granite project!

Wisconsin Granite was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Our sales Rep. Logan, took the time to explain all of the details and choices involved with picking the stone type that would work best for us. He helped us to find just the right granite slabs. When it came time to do the installation granite cut pieces were excellent and really showed of the patterns, we let Wisconsin Granite decide the best cut pattern. The installation crew was very professional and too the time to be sure the all the pieces fit and were joined well. Most impressive is a small flaw became apparent in granite and the Wisconsin Granite team took the time and brought in additional team members, including the company owner, to make sure that the fix was perfect! Thank you Wisconsin Granite, we love our new Silver Waves granite countertops!

I’ve had wonderful experiences with Wisconsin Granite. They did my kitchen countertops earlier this year and they were so nice to work with, I’m having them do my bathrooms this fall. Everyone I’ve spoken to and worked with has been kind, knowledgeable and responsive. I absolutely love my countertops and the fact they were so lovely to work with made it even better. Highly recommend.

Our builder, The Gardner Company used Wisconsin Granite for all of the granite in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. We love the look, the high quality and the installation throughout our new home. We are very pleased with the polished look and the excellent value the granite has added our home. I haven't had granite before and so I called and was given a friendly, well explained crash course on how to care for granite by their sales rep, I believe her name was Brittany. She was wonderful.

I recently had Wisconsin Granite in McFarland install new Granite in my kitchen, laundry room, and guest bath. From start to finish it was a great experience! For one thing, I was very nervous about choosing the right granite for my home as I've never done it before. I worked with Logan and he was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable answered questions explained things, and throughout the entire process was very helpful and accommodating. There selection was huge and their prices were very reasonable! My installers were awesome! They arrived 15 minutes early, which for me if you're not 15 minutes early, you're late. They were professional, friendly, very careful, worked great together as a team and very clean!!! (bonus points for clean and taking everything with them when they were done). I even got a cutting board made from my sink cutout. I'm hoping to do my master bath soon and will most definitely be using Wisconsin Granite.

We just had our new countertops installed last week. Wisconsin Granite was superb to work with. Starting from the large selection of granite and quartz available - all the way through installation. We had a special request and it was very important to keep our existing backsplash and guess what, we were able to! Everyone was very professional and the workmanship excellent. I am so pleased with the countertops and would go back to Wisconsin Granite for our next project. I highly recommend!!!

Great job!! Pricing was very competitive, stone selection was excellent and the install crew did a great job! It was not an easy access to get the pieces in and the crew found innovative ways to get the pieces in. They took their time and paid attention to detail. As a contractor myself, quality install is a HUGE deal to me on a daily basis. We are very appreciative and excited to use our new kitchen!!

Choosing a new countertop for your kitchen can easily get overwhelming and confusing. We were referred here by our friends and so glad we came as Behar made the process so much easier and smoother than we were imagining. He went above and beyond to help us and was open and fair and extremely helpful. He kept his word throughout the entire process and went out of his way to make sure we were fully satisfied with each step. Cannot recommend him and Wisconsin Granite enough! We are so impressed with Wisconsin Granite. Not only did we get beautiful new granite in our kitchen, but the customer service we have received is second to none. About a month after our install, we noticed a stain in the counter. At no cost to us they attempted multiple times to remove the stain. Normally they succeed, but this one would not come out. Again, at no cost to us, an entire section of our counter was replaced by them. They have truly gone above and beyond in our eyes and would strongly recommend them for anyone looking to improve their home. Thank you Wisconsin Granite!

We are so pleased with our granite from Wisconsin Granite. The sales people and office personnel were very helpful and extremely patient with us. Their selection is the best we found in the area. They even have a large selection of remnants at discounted prices for smaller areas. The installation went smoothly and we are delighted with the craftsmanship.

We did (3) areas in our house that we had Wisconsin Granite in McFarland install new countertops. Cost was over $7K. Kitchen, Master Bath and Guest Bath. The kitchen looks very nice and have no complaint there. Guest Bath is pretty good however the back splash is not square at the corner on the right side. This looks terrible. Either the countertop isn't level or the pieces are not square. In the master bath there was a problem during the initial install. They took the counter back to the shop and told us there was a problem that they didn't like and wanted to make it right. They were not upfront with what the problem was. The owner said they would either fix it or give us a new countertop. This happened on a Monday. They returned the following Thursday afternoon. This meant we had no running water in the kitchen or any of the bathrooms for (4) days. When they returned they zipped in and installed the countertop. As they were leaving I asked what was the problem that they fixed. The installer said he didn't know as he was not the original installer. After they left we looked at the countertop and found a large crack on the right side from the edge to the sink. This was filled with some kind of epoxy. Not only does this look terrible, I'm very concerned about how well this will hold up over time. The countertop really should have been replaced as they stated since I was told they were taking it back to make it right. We like doing business locally but in this case I would definitely not recommend these guys.

We recently got our granite from here. We initially walked in and met with a sales person. We got the quote and found the tier/style. Everything go a little messy after they came to template our house. They forgot a whole section from the quote even though we gave them the dimensions of everything. The told us the quote would be more than double the original. Once my wife met with them, they did cut us a deal increasing from the quote an additional $500, roughly 12%. The day the installers came, they were late even though we were the first and only job for the day. I called and asked why and I was told "traffic." Apparently there was traffic at 9:00 in the morning on the Beltine to that takes 1.5 hours to get through. When I called to voice my disappointment, I didn't receive a call until two days later. The install went well but there was some damage to the dry wall. It would have been nice to know this in advance. Also, the grooves they cut to support the breakfast bar were also too wide. There was no precision work so it looks sloppy when you look underneath the breakfast bar. If you're just looking to put in granite to sell your house or don't care about the quality of the work, go here. Otherwise, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

I was very excited to begin my business with Wisconsin Granite. I was impressed with their show room and the initial meeting with the Project Manager, Todd. Todd told us they were able to meet our design needs and we scheduled an install date. The installer arrived as expected and was professional and polite. I had no issues up until this point. The day of install arrived and the installers arrived early instead of the agreed upon afternoon time, which this wasn't a big deal but would have been nice if there was communication regarding early arrival. The installers proceeded to "try" and install the counters. The first disappointment was to see them chip away an entire channel hole out of the plaster walls to make the counter "fit" which was the first indication this was not going to end well. Next the granite was not cut to agreed upon design which ended up giving us an additional seam that was not discussed. The installers worked for over 2 hours before they decided they would not be able to install due to the cabinets being "out of plane" and the granite being fabricated incorrectly. In their quest to determine this project was not going to work they scratched and gouged the side of my pantry cabinet, moved an antique butcher block island by sliding it across my pine floors leaving scratches and almost broke the leg completely off the island. They then indicated they needed to take my farm sink back to the shop for additional fabrication. This did not sit well with me but at this point I wasn't sure what to do, so away went the sink. Mind you I explained this to Todd at the start of the project because we were going to go with another company that wanted the sink and he seemed a bit appalled when I stated this so that left me with a false sense of security that they would not be requesting to take my sink. When they left they did not move the island back so it sat in front of my oven close enough that I could not open the oven door and they did not even clean up behind themselves leaving my kitchen area a complete mess. I called the project manager immediately after the team left, and I had to leave voicemails on Friday, Saturday and Monday that all went unanswered until I called back to speak to another agent who happened to be the owner. Super unimpressed with his lack of concern regarding my disappointments. Install date #2, different install team, one piece was re-cut (out of a different slab so now the colors in the stone don't match well), sink was damaged (installer spent over an hour trying to buff out several black marks and scratches) and low and behold our cabinets were not "out of plane" after all so they were able to complete the install. This team of installers were great and even cleaned up after themselves. One of the installers called the owner while they were onsite to discuss the issues with the sink. I was disappointed not one person reached out to me to discuss this and I had to call because I refused to settle the bill at time of install. When I called the project manager, Todd, he asked what it was that I wanted to talk about. Like really....you should know this project has not went well from the start. He even stated again that he didn't understand why they had to take the sink. Anyway, poor customer service and experience and I would not recommend Wisconsin Granite to anyone! Super unimpressed with their lack of expertise, lack of communication and overall professionalism. Do not waste your time with this company you will be sadly disappointed after you spend a great deal of money for your desired projects! They offered one discount and requested a second but I still now have to live with stone that doesn't quite match and a damaged farm sink. A project I was super exited for ended so poorly!

I wish I would have done more research and read previous reviews prior to using this poor inexcusable and unprofessional business. I appreciated that they were part of NARI and MABA associations so knew I would receive the highest quality craftsmanship. Only to find out they are not members of either! Left NARI membership in 2017 & only members of MABA for 1 year in 2015. Clearly to use logo and claim falsely. Initially I had a hard time getting a hold of them for details & pricing but with my persistence I was able to get some measurements & granite installation dates scheduled. All the details and documents to be signed were with poor communication and me being the follow up person. I'm not sure if this is standard or they truly don't need my business. With no prior discussions nor really much communication I revive a call the morning of - guys are heading out soon, any questions? Guys come, I was told they would arrive @ 9 am, I had a 9:20 appointment they arrived at 9:20. I was asked if I wanted a dishwasher air gap? I was told only Madison requires it. I don't love the look of it so was leaning towards no but said I would like to discuss it with my husband and get back to him. Glad I did, ITS CODE! Yes indeed I want a dishwasher air vent. Last thing I want is to sell our home and than have to put one in... I return from my appointment to see a slit in the sink area. So I questioned the cut in that spot. I was told it was standard and every household gets it, very common. I probably wouldn't have noticed it but the cut was jagged, like the blade was dull and nicked the stone. The lines don't connect and the filler is extremely obvious.( thick) I was pointed out that I had no choice. I again said I wish this was discussed. Where the faucet goes it would be mostly covered. The window above this area shines over it. IF this was discussed prior that a cut would be made in that spot I would have chosen a farm house sink so you couldn't see it. Again, poor communication. The guys decide to call the manager. He comes in and also confirms this is common but also tells me he told me. Let me reassure you, he did not. I would full note and remember this. My husband I sat outside 99% of his measuring time. The solution was to let the guys smooth the area and see if they can do it better. After almost an hour on this one spot, no. Not to mention a few pieces had to be recut along with the entire 4" backing... job is not even complete yet. The owners come out to our home. They welcomed themselves in with no introduction but immediately waking around complimenting the men's work. Scratching his finger nails into every cut. Words of the owners mouth were this is acceptable. We followed standards and code, "It is what it is" we shared our displeasure over the job and he said we would go to court if we didn't pay. We were going no where. This was rude and completely unprofessional behavior. I'm not sure what we would of ended up with because I had pointed out that the sink that we gave them brand new in the box at some point had glue drips in it ( men accidentally dropped while working) now they were gone but scratches in the Stainless were present. I want to be the one to scratch my sink, not workers when we haven't even used it yet. No one felt they did it but thankfully I had a photo so they agreed to fix it. We were told we would get a call later that day( Friday) Friday is here and gone as is Saturday. Saturday afternoon we get an email stating the sink can't be repaired so a new one was ordered and they will be in touch with the arrival date. Irritating but they did at least replace it. More appropriate if they called with a conversation maybe even an apology. We are without plumbing . Monday now 4 days later I get a call to find out where we purchased the sink. What? I thought they ordered one per the email Saturday? I send them the link, no call or email so I follow up Tuesday to be told that they ordered it and it arrives Saturday. We can come monday. Again, no apologies not even a thank you for the link or patience in this disaster. Saturday? 8 days later than the project started.. It could arrive anytime which ultimately means Monday and than plumbing on Tuesday. 12 days with no running water, that means no washing hands, rinsing anything, no dishwasher & all meals eaten out. Oh, and half a kitchen completed. We will see if this even happens in this time frame?! I also failed to mention the stone has nicks, notches , & glue spots threw out. ( owners said stone is not perfect) If you like the review and think this is the company for you. Please call Wisconsin Granite... be prepared to be amazed!

I am just flabbergasted by the horrible customer service WI Granite provided and how they choose to run their business. Please use this as a warning when choosing to work with them. When it was the day the countertops came to be installed, several pieces had been mis-measured and they came with all rounded corners, which I was not consulted about beforehand (I was expecting straight, pencil edges to match the modern look of our remodel). I expressed how unhappy I was to the installers, so they got the manager to come on-site to talk to me. Instead of apologizing, he acted annoyed that I was unhappy and like it was my fault for not getting what I expected. He then said it was their standard (which again, was never told to me, so how would I have known) and tried to convince me to keep them saying that their safer and that's what most people choose. It was definitely not the look I wanted, so he said they would have to go back and shave off the edges. One side of the kitchen would have had to be left as-is due to measurements, but then everything would've been mismatched in the end and I was not ok with paying over $5k for countertops that did not match. I also have to note here that not one of the three men who came into our home wore masks. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and businesses who are currently open need to follow the CDC guidelines for safe operations. When there is a business that involves constantly going in and out of multiple peoples' homes, these precautions are necessary. The manager also knew we have a two-week old baby at home, so to not wear masks when doing their job in close proximity to us is unsafe, unprofessional, and shows that they lack basic judgement in how to put their customers first. The next morning I asked the manager to call me. I expressed how I was not ok with having mismatched countertops due to an omission in what should be part of their standard installation process - consulting the customer about what finishing edges the countertops should have. I told him I looked through all the photos they have on their website, and while most have the rounded corners, some do show beveled edges and square corners, so why I was not presented with different options before they cut the countertops is beyond me. He then denied that there were different edges in these photos and said they all show rounded corners, which is yet another way he tried to lie and not take any responsibility for anything. As we went on, he continued to try to pull excuses out of thin air to deny any wrongdoing on their part, and instead, tried to put the fault on us by using false accusations and information. One example was he said the measurer was given the incorrect dimensions of a cabinet that wasn't in its place, but these dimensions were not only written in the original layout I sent them in the beginning, I personally consulted the measurer on this cabinet before he started the job. The guy just measured incorrectly. In fact, I went through every area of our kitchen to consult him about all the cabinets and what to do/pay attention to before he started and my contractor also came over to do the same. The kicker to this whole thing was that then the manager said the measurer told him that the cabinets were not ready to be measured in the first place. I told him, "that right there explains it all. If our cabinets weren't ready for measurements, according to the measurer, he should have stopped right there and said we needed to make some adjustments to get them how he needed it before he left and before you all made any cuts to the countertops." When I walked through each area that needed countertops with him before he started the job, never once did he mention that a certain area was not able to be measured because the cabinets weren't ready. The manager's response to all this was that he said the measurer was pressured by our contractor to get the job done, which was why they moved forward with everything. Really?! So a business would rather do a sloppy job because someone felt "pressured?" I talked to my contractor about this and he just laughed and said, "all I talked to him about were the cabinets in the alcove, not once did I ever pressure him to get the job done." Obviously, it's their word against his, but in the end, the measurer should have consulted me before he left (which he didn't do) to let me know he needed us to do more before he could properly do his job. Instead, he took his measurements and left without saying anything. By the end of the phone call, the manager refused to recut the job because everything was our fault and said we could either go with mismatched countertops after they shave down one area or part ways and they would refund our money. At this point it was an easy decision for me not to continue to work with them. What a terrible way to run a business and provide customer service. Not ever will I recommend this company to anyone.

I waited several months before deciding to write a review. I had WI Granite change the counter tops in my kitchen. The office people were for the most part fine but the installers were unprofessional, rude and I ended up having to tell them to leave my home mid-job. It seemed like the right thing to do since every time I asked a question I was told it was not his job in increasingly hostile tones and no effort to contact someone at the company who could change outlet covers. Yes, the man was going to leave my kitchen outlets dangling and call the job finished. I will be going elsewhere for my two bathroom counters and I suggest you do too!

Super friendly sales people. Ordered granite and once the installation people showed up, there were issues. I had 100 sq. ft. installed...on a regular basis I am noticing chips and blemishes in the granite and was arrogantly told by the owner that this was part of the stone...I don't buy it...They claimed to stand by their product but when push comes to shove, they obviously don't.
