We love Wholesale Granite Direct and have used them multiple times now. Our first experience was in our kitchen where they replaced our dated counter tops and back splash but this review is based on our master bathroom remodel. I could let the photos speak for themselves but...wow. Hope was our amazing salesperson though she was far more than that as she coordinated everything and did an amazing job helping us pick out great options for our old brown bathroom. We decided to not use a subcontractor and instead managed the project ourselves, primarily because our subcontractor wanted to use their own person for tiling. Good move on our part. We saved a ton of money and got the amazing tile, floor and counter work (with sinks) you see here. Wholesale Granite installed the floor, all quartz you see and all tile you see in the photos including the shower and window ledge. This is not a paid ad nor was I compensated in any way. Use this company - you will be impressed and happy you did so while saving serious money on costs and finishing exactly on time.

Each time we were at Hilton’s we impressed with all the products available to view & select from. The staff was courteous and available to help with our needs & even stayed late if necessary. The staff who made visits to our home were always on time and completed their chores in a timely manner.

I love this place and I was so happy that I found it! I started out having them do new counters and backsplash is in my kitchen. They did such an excellent job that I had them redo all four of my bathrooms next. Everything came out beautiful and very elegant! I was especially pleased with the support that my designer Bailee Harvey gave me. Let me make my own choices but guided me to beautiful examples of my taste. For one of the bathrooms I looked and looked for the right tile and then Bailey came across it and it was absolutely perfect. I also liked the way the rest of the team supported me and Bailee. If Bailee was out then Lauren and Sammy were there to help me and they were wonderful. Simon and the work Crews were also extremely courteous. They tried really hard to do an excellent job and succeeded. My home is now absolutely lovely thanks to this company

Hiltons if by far the best company to handle your kitchen and bathroom counter tops. I have used them for numerous projects and they are by far the most organized and punctual company in the DFW. I have dealt with numerous granite companies and when i tell you they are on top of their game there is no other better in the business than them. From the owner to one of the best sales rep (Lauren K) are the gold standard in the industry. I have numerous customers compliment Lauren on her eye for design and color matching. Thank you very much for your assistance on my projects, and making my customers feel important!!

I actually cold called this company off of Google among others and got lucky. The man that I talked to turned out to be the owner and I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my project needs in just talking with him. When I came in to the store I was greeted by friendly staff and was referred to Kateri (the other owner) who took care of every aspect about my project. I have done granite projects before and they exceeded my expectations in both pricing and quality of craftsmanship by far. They will be doing my future projects and I have already referred one friend who asked if I knew a good granite person. Now you do too!

Not a good experience. According to my salesperson, Workers were misinformed and not told they needed to remove the backsplash. They had already begun to install the countertop before i called it to their attention. They had no tools to remove the backsplash and asked to borrow a hammer and literally tore up the walls including spaces above the area where the new backsplash was installed. Unfortunately, this was an additional cost for me as I had to call in another contractor to repair the wall. The entire experience was one large dust fest. They did nothing to control the dust, unprepared, just walked in to work without tools. A friend had to count out the remainder of the countertop because they didn’t have proper tools to do it. They could not communicate with me to answer my questions or address my concerns. After complaining to my salesperson, their workers made two additional trips; one to correct errors to the backsplash and a second to re-cut the countertop which was cut too wide and did not allow my stove to fit in place. The grout in my backsplash has crooked lines. They took no quality in their work. I would not recommend this company.

These folks are wonderful! I so enjoyed working with them. Thedesigners are so supportive and helpful. They guide you towards beautiful choices but they never push you into anything so you always feel like it's your home done your way. I worked with Bailee Harvey and she was excellent. I also enjoyed input from the entire design team. They work together very comfortably which made my experience very comfortable. Simon and the crew who did the installations were super courteous. They did excellent and careful work. If there was a problem they came back and fixed it. They took a lot of pride in their craftsmanship. Their work was beautiful. I was so happy with the kitchen counters they put in that I had them come back and do all four of my bathrooms. Now my house looks really lovely. It has a relaxing elegant feel that I was looking for. I am incredibly happy. I am very grateful to this company for the terrific work they did in my home

This is a great company to do business with from start to finish. Our sales professional (Bailie) took the time to show us material and samples until we found what we wanted. She explained the differences between Granite and Quartz and the properties of each and helped us pick out the right basin to make it all match. The installation team was equally as skilled. They removed the old counter and installed the new one in a few hours. We will definitely use them again for all of our counter top and flooring needs.

Pros: The granite countertops look great - Almost worth the high price paid Great sales and customer service, 3 out of the 4 guys who did the fabrication installation were very professional, courteous and skilled -Kurt, Israel and 3rd person with beard whose name I did not get... Great job done The cooktop was left unconnected and the breaker switch broken- promptly fixed after calling jewels Punctual: work was started on the time agreed upon Cons: Three of the edges did not look good/finished because of the original metal edging in the wall in 2 of 3 edges - hence making the said 3 edges look unfinished and not per expectation as discussed- *The Owner Chris personally came over to look at it and promised to have them fixed asap at his expense and committed to refunding $171 to compensate for some of the labor cost incurred with plumbing for the faucet installation and reconnecting sink to supply and drainage I really appreciate Chris for taking the time and effort to ensure our satisfaction and certainly hope to do business with him again soon when we decide to refloor our kitchen etc.

Me and my wife went to this location close to closing and talk to Chris. He was really helpful, walked us though the design process. Was very transparent about prices (which where the very reasonable) and limitation with the material. One of the other places we went to told us something things where possible and then later we found out otherwise. We would have probably gone with them even if they where not the cheapest because they where honest and knowledgeable. Install went fine, the guys finished in a reasonable amount of time and have not had any issues. All and all we would recommend them.

Lauren was a pleasure to work with, and very accommodating. The installers, however, did not measure my existing faucets, so I had to purchase new faucets with a base covering that I don't like because the holes were drilled too large. I had other remodeling projects I was looking forward to using WGD for, but as of now I will not be using them again.

Owners are nice but the installers are not the best. They put a bull nose on the side that goes up against the wall, didn't center the stove with the cabinets so we can't add a center piece in our back splash. They broke the piece behind the stove, the piece in the hall way bath is cut small so the trim hangs out past the granite. Overall a bad experience and it cost $6200.

They left me with an end countertop that's not even attached or level. Simon blamed me, the floors, the ceiling, the walls, the cabinet installer everyone but themselves. It was a 2 day job, day 1 countertops all level and beautiful, day 2 backsplash. The backsplash was clearly cut too short so they lifted the countertop up to meet it. I can slide my hand under the counter between the cabinet. This was over $21k and they just ran my card, didn't even check to make sure I was happy with the job. Their response is for me to call cambria. Also seams everywhere, Simon told me to use barkeepers friend to buff out, cambria said NOOOOO, never use an abrasive..... good going Simon, way to know your product lines!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. As a customer, customer service and the way I am treated trumps all. The owner is unprofessional and unwilling to correct mistakes. Granite Installation was not done to industry standard. Gap left between granite and sink due to poor installation resulted in water leaking under bathroom sink and created mold under my cabinet. Called to see what help we could receive for his mistake. Unreliable was very hard to get a hold of and did not keep his word to repair what he agreed to. I never expected or asked for anything specific in this matter I was willing to accept any help this company would provide. Sent incompetent individuals to aide in fixing the issue which resulted in more damage- Removed granite with sinks still attached. Goggle could tell you that doing this will result in a broken slab. Bottom line, if the job would've been done correctly in the first place none of this would've ever happened. It was one mistake after another on Wholesale Granites ends and as their customer I am the one who has to pay 100% for their mistakes.

Very disappointing experience. First of all,the granite offered is not "wholesale". Their prices are consistent with other locally owned businesses. If it wasn't bad enough for the sales person to not show up for our first appointment to have our kitchen measured, we received multiple quotes, with various different measurements. Then we were offered to pay $75.00 to have a laser measurement done. Then the owner, who also sent over a bid that was full of errors, offered to wave the fee. They use terms like " We want to earn your business", then the owners call and have no clue how to keep a customer. I will never recommend this business.

Poor customer service and even worse job of cutting and installing our granite. They cut the pieces uneven and not straight. It left gaps between granite and backsplash. They also damaged our oven pulling it out and damaged our sheet rock really bad when installing. The workers that installed granite very not friendly. Would very highly NOT recommend this company.

Just went in here to look at quartz and get a quote. The place stunk terribly (sorry, that smell is still hurting my nostrils). The first associate that greeted me must have been new because she looked clueless. The "salespro" came out and answered the few questions I had. When I asked about instillation prices ($26.99/sq ft) she got offended when I said she was way higher than the other quotes I had received. She said she wasn't going to argue with me and knows they are 30% cheaper than competitors. No ones arguing, just stating facts lady. If it offends you then lower your prices!
