Sent pictures of what is in my kitchen match a new pantry added on. Was told it was a particular color, and they found a slab to match. When the measure guy came out, he called to ask about the slab. Guys just came to install, and it doesn’t match at all. Although I went to see it, it was in a dusty yard and covered in dust. They represented it as the same, and I took them at their word. I sent back what they tried to deliver, paying for the slab anyway. I live less than 2 miles from them and invited them to come and look. She said it had sun faded in a few months. When you start lying, I can’t believe anything you say.

I'm very impressed with this place. I've driven by it for years but never had occasion to stop in.i was working on a kitchen island for my house and wanted some marble for it. ALL of the employees were very friendly and helpful so I got some marble that my wife absolutely loves. They have a good selection of granite and marble to choose from. A great bunch of people.

I called and they had someone measure my house the next day. Later that day I went to get a price. The lady's kids were there and they shared cookies with my 4 year old daughter while we looked at granite. They priced top grade granite much cheaper than expected. 1 week later they installed the granite at my house. The men were nice. Every time they made a cut they would close my garage door to keep the dust off a sports car in the garage. They held a wet/dry vac to the saw as they did finish cuts in the kitchen. They cleaned everything very well. The counters and grout look great.

I meant to write a review when the work was completed in February but better late than never. I have only good things to say about Wholesale Granite. From beginning of the process to granite being installed everything went really well - only one little hiccup with the granite I originally picked out having to be used for another project so I had to go find another slab but it worked out just fine. Everyone from office staff to installers was professional and polite. Highly recommend WholeSale Granite for your upcoming projects.

Wholesale Granite was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were quick, efficient, well priced, and did great quality work. They even went to extra mile and fixed a problem in my kitchen from a different installer for no extra charge. The installation team was very personable and respectful, which was even more impressive to me because our house was the third job they had done that day. We were referred here by our builder during construction. We toured their yard with a salesman and settled on what we were told to be "Quartz" countertops. Fast forward through the construction and to moving in and we have all kinds of issues with the countertops having water spots and chips. We were told that these were hard and durable but had the look of marble. Even to go so far as saying that we could cut on them or place hot items. (We've never attempted this) Nothing could be further from the truth. We contacted the company to deal with situation and to sum it up their explanation is that their salesman told us when we bought it that it was marble and that we knew we were purchasing marble (I guess my fiance and I are making this up). This was after almost 8 months of them and the builder pushing blame off on each other. The install and craftsmanship looks really good and in fact the countertops themselves are very nice. We just were led to believe that we were purchasing quartz that was durable, and that isn't the case. We basically have a kitchen where the countertops have to be covered all the time so that they have no direct contact with anything, and still there are issues. My advice it probably wouldn't hurt to have a recorder because they either don't know their product and won't own their mistake or they have no issue lying to cover themselves.

I asked for an estimate for countertops in my rental to be exactly as they are laid now. They over measured by 5 sq feet and charged $750 more than two other estimates. I would use Cabinet Outlet over this company again because they are honest people with great prices. Do not let them try to over charge and belittle you when you ask questions.
