The company was founded in 1980 and since then has brought to life hundreds of projects not only in Shreveport, but also in nearby Louisiana towns. Waters' Specialty Countertops fabricates custom-made countertops from high-quality natural and artificial materials. The slabs of engineered quartz offered contain up to 95% of a natural component, and resistance to temperatures and damage is achieved through polymer components. The company fabricates granite countertops in its own shipyard, and also has a huge choice of marble, quartzite and other natural stones. The countertops are fabricated and installed by qualified specialists.

I had a kitchen remodel to complete and was refered to waters countertops. I can't rave enough on the way cody and his group took care of our needs. We paid about half of what a major company wanted to charge us for the same merchandise. Cody was the best person to work with. You will not be disappointed in what he can do for your needs. I will recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an upgrade

I searched all of Shreveport/Bossier checking pricing and granite selections. This is by far the best place to buy granite. Best pricing and greatest selection by far! Cody was very busy but took time to talk to me and my husband, went over everything in detail. He pulled granite for us to look at and we weren't rushed and shoved out the door like some places might do. This is a family owned business and they take pride in their work. The installation crew were great and very detailed. We appreciate them so much. If we ever need granite in the future - this will be our go to place!

From the initial consultation to the guys cleaning up after the install it was a pleasure doing buissness with such a well ran company. Cody pointed my wife in the direction of material that fit her design idea and was extremely patient ( my wife went back for about 6 samples over a month period). When his guys showed up to do the install they showed the same professionalism and customer service that Cody showed us when we first walked in the door. The level of care his employees treated my house is second to none. The install was perfect and the exsperience was even better.

Not a friendly shop. I hope they are very good at the job, because their customer service is poor. I called to ask for help and a tour and the Cody was rude. If taking time to listen to a customer that needs help is to much for the people that work there, then I will not be using them for any of my work or recommending them to other contractors.

This is a family run business. Cody and his uncle did an awesome job from start to finish. I love that they do the entire process, from cutting and shaping the granite to final install. Couldn’t of been happier with The Waters family experience. Great communication and stand behind their products. Thanks again Cody! Will def do business again in the future sir!
