We walked into Walker Zanger (15 minutes before they were to close on a Friday night) distraught because we had learned we could not get the slab we originally wanted (from a different place). We had been to countless other places to find a new slab and couldn't find anything. We told Audry our story and she immediately hugged me, told me it was her job to find us something we liked better than our original choice and made me feel completely at ease. Audry did just as she promised. We found a stunningly beautiful stone that we loved so much more than our original. Our contractor even said she was great to work with!

Amazing selection for high end tile Not for cheap tile

I walked into the Port Chester Showroom yesterday and was ignored. No one said hello, offered to help me or even looked my way. I will be ordering my Walker Zanger tile from another location.

Ordered a few hundred 3x3 tiles spec’d as base. Order took a while so we went ahead and did the floor and the wall from 3 ⅛” AFF. The tiles I received were 3 ½ x 3 ½. When I asked them about this they told me to pound salt. I will not be using these guys again and I would recommend that you do the same. The specs on their website are wrong and if you bring it to their attention they will tell you that your SOL. 0/5 stars from my team.
