I shopped around and kept coming back to Visalia Ceramic Tile. Their selection of everything was great, and their prices were very good. As you know, picking out tile, the right grout color and the quartz is hard and a bit stressful. I was extremely impressed with the sales staff, especially working with Fernando. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the different products in the store. I want to also point out, he was so patient with me, which I really appreciated. If I remodel another room, I will definitely be back.

I called to get a quote on laying tile down in our master bathroom. We set up the appointment, and met with Fernando. What a professional. Being that I was at work at the time, we talked over the phone via my wife. He answered questions that we both had and after taking measurements informed us he would have a quote for us early the next week. As promised, he did. I had a snafu in the date to perform the work and had to push the original date out another week to which Fernando said was not a problem. Steve came and his assistant came out on time and finished the job that same day (Thanks Steve). Again what great professionals. The wife and I couldn't be happier with the floor. Its beautiful Thank you again to the whole Visalia Ceramic Team. You made the whole process easy and pain free. You will have my future business as well as my wife and giving your team high praise and referring the Visalia Ceramic team in maintaining professionalism and producing quality work!

We will never be using them again, we made some purchases and they refused to give us a refund on an open package. I called the Manager Marla in hopes that maybe she had some customer service skills but unfortunately she didn't care to lose customers.. BEWARE...... NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY OPEN THE WRONG PACKAGE.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. Not only was the old lady with long gray hair, not helpful to me, she wasn't very friendly. But when another couple came in, she went straight to them while she was still "working" with me! Not a wise thing to do when someone is in the midst of a huge home renovation and materials are needed. Not only will I NEVER step foot in that store again, I'll never refer any one there either, which I've done in the past which resulted in a purchase.

After searching and browsing many tile stores and showrooms. I found Visalia Tile online. I am so glad I made the hour drive. I loved their showroom. Diego provided the best customer service. He was very patient as I am a terrible decision maker. Once I picked the tile for the shower, I had a hard time deciding on the tile for the shower floor and bathroom floor. Diego ended up showing me a sample mosaic for the shower floor that was perfect! I found a couple of options for the bathroom floor that I couldn't decide between. He suggested one of them and explained why. I brought both samples home and he was right on the one he suggested. He also helped me coordinate the grout color. Diego was very helpful, patient and relieved me of being too stressed. He basically coordinated my color scheme and we love it!!!! Thank you, Diego!!!

Visalia Ceramic Tile fabricated my granite kitchen counter tops. Francisco was great. He answered all my questions and even called me when the were cutting the granite to ensure the seams were okay. I was able to go and take a look before the cut it. I went into Visalia Ceramic Tile on several occasions for backsplash material. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My house was built in the 70's and was very dated when I bought it. I had Visalia Ceramic Tile out before I moved in to demo & replace my flooring throughout, and more recently had them demo my countertops and install quartz, as well as tile my master bathroom shower. They are incredibly easy to work with, the customer service is top-notch, and the finished product is better than I expected. I don't trust anyone else with my projects, they are the best! I am a very picky person and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are prompt, honest, and thorough with the cleanup. The whole process is always seamless, and all the employees are great! They've got a beautiful showroom with a huge selection of flooring and countertops....from every angle, they're truly exceptional. Thank you!

The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that we haven't decided whether to use them or not because we haven't finished getting estimates. When we walked into their spacious showroom, we were greeted promptly and courteously by Fernando. He gave us time to look a little, and then listened carefully to our needs. He instantly visualized our needs, and sketched out our ideas. He demonstrated a strong sense of balancing aesthetics while adhering to a budget. He helped us think through a couple of plans and gave us lots of options. If there were more employees like Fernando out there, we would have finished our project already!

I love the quartz counters we got installed. However I only gave them 3 stars is because they broke my dish washer's mounting as well as scratched the top of it. There was also a lot of miscommunication when installation was. We went without a kitchen sink for 3 weeks.

I was not happy with the service received. Thebyoung lady who helped me was very harsh and came across as rude. She didnt explain the difference of what i was ordering and what i had...she kept saying the die cast was diferent, so then dont tell me the tile is the same, or explain what will be different. It just wasnt a great experience.

Terrible customer service. My daughters and I need tile in each of our homes. Although the showroom is impressive, had zero help from the sales clerk. The ONLY information she offered was that the tile on one wall was in stock the rest had to be ordered. She didn't even ask what we were looking for. Don't shop here if you need assistance with selection.

I went in on my lunch to see if they could drill two holes in a 6X6 tile that we had our granddaughter's footprints on. I go in and there's not a soul around, then after about two minutes, two workers walk in from the hall, stop at the front desk with me to read a paper. Didn't ask if I need help, so ask if there's anyone around, they smiled and pointed to the bell on the desk that has a sign next to it that reads "ring for service". Little did they know I rang it already. After another 3 or 4 minutes, about 5 or 6 employees walk in the front door, coming back from lunch I'm guessing, talk to the two workers standing next to me, didn't say a word to me. I ring the bell a third time, nothing. So, I left, very disappointing.
