Venzil granite did the kitchen counter top for my sister-in-law she was happy with the Quality quick installation and price and so I was to , The day of the installation they did a small repair A chip next to the sink , the work they did on the repair Wasn’t good plus I found one deep scratch .we called Maria I left a message she did not return the message we have to call her again finally we got a hold of her she said she was going to send someone never did,we sent her pictures also we call her again she did not answer finally got in touch with her again the same result.

Be aware, what other reviews say is true. They are uneducated, have no ethics and they are thieves. I gave them a job consisting of 3 slabs, they installed one and then begged for full payment. They refused to complete the job unless I pay the whole balance. Not only that, but what they installed is not consistent and not aligned. Pathetic, I agree.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOOK WEEKS TO REPLY AFTER PRODUCT WAS PAID FOR. LADY LOST MEASUREMENTS AND NEVER ANSWERED WHEN WE CALLED TO TELL HER MEASUREMENTS. THEN I GOT LAUGHED AT WHEN ASKING FOR REFUND BACK. LADY IN THE FRONT IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. LADY LEAVES CHECKS THROWN ON DESK NOT CARING ABOUT PEOPLES INFORMATION. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE.
