My first impression of this place was good. The people are nice and the location was good, however after spending a good deal of money on vanities, and countertops (as well as tile from the partner store next door) - I was really disappointed with how things turned out. First they tried to have me come pick up a vanity that was clearly damaged - then when my tiles arrived I had them installed and afterwards noticed that they were clearly a different color then the ones I had picked out from the sample. (life goes on right) ... now weeks later the countertops arrive and are installed - and guess what - the counter tops are clearly a very different shade then the sample again, throwing off the whole color design we picked out with them in the store and unfortunately making the room not look nearly as attractive... Lesson Learned

We love this place. We have a cabin on Sammamish . Being from California we were very worried about finding something contemporary and that would fit our style. Well... Vanities Etc. FIT THE BILL!!! Laird.... Thank you so much for your expertise. They also only charge by the square foot. We noticed the other dealers around the Puget Sound make you buy allot of unnecessary product claiming "They have no choice" or "The manufacture makes us do it this way". SORRY! Not buying that story. COME TO Vanities and be treated fairly and be told the truth with what you can and can not buy. Thanks again Laird!

My experience getting kitchen and bath granite through Vanities, Etc could not have been better. They quickly provided a bid for the work, including a suggestion that ultimately reduced the quote significantly. Install was efficient and professional; final product is quality!

I just stopped by to see what they have and am impressed with their selection. They share space with a discount tile retailer which comes in very handy. Worth a trip if you've got a remodeling project.

The process was so easy with Vanities Etc. From the scheduler to the installers, every interaction was professional. The installers communicated well, were respectful of my home, and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

I did not end up purchasing from them, but I really appreciate the great customer service I was treated to yesterday while shopping for a small project with a very tight timeline. The store was busy, but the salesperson who helped me, Dan Davis, gave me his full attention despite the tiny size and other constraints of my project, and was able to help me quickly sort through the available options. Unfortunately there wasn't an option that met my time, design and budget needs, but it was the most pleasant shopping experience I've had during this remodel, and I would absolutely go back the next time I'm looking for cabinetry and countertops.
