EDITED POST - FOLLOWING INSTALLATION.
I originally gave a 2 star and a fairly scathing review due to communication and time. The installation was 2 weeks later than projected, after I tore my kitchen out. I dislike giving bad reviews but 2 weeks late due to 2 broken counters (caused by mishandling) and insufficient communication whereby I was left wondering if/when the installers would show on any of the 3 scheduled installation days.
Installation started at 7pm on a scheduled start time of 8am. The start time was amended at 11am to 1-4pm, but the installation was 3 hours late on a school night for my children. As may be the case with many contractors, keep your schedule flexible and you will avoid disappointment.
The counters were glued into place and silicone sealed around all edges. The color-match on the seam was perfect. I did not like that they glued in the undermount sink, instead of using the fastener kit, which will make any future repair or replacement of the sink very difficult. There were 3 areas of edge damage that will need to be repaired. The company was receptive to my input and has promised to take care of the issue.
I gave a 3-star review, which is would have been a 5 star review if not for the some items noted below:
Communication: 1 star. I expect a company to be open with communication regarding schedules and difficulties meeting those schedules.
Quality of Stone: 5 star. The stone itself is beautiful and is of very high quality.
Quality of Cut: 3 star. Because of the damage upon installation and the attention to some otherwise minor details. This can be resolved and I would happily amend my rating.
Price: 5 star. Samir and the team offer the best price for the highest quality stone. Why pay the big-box stores more when they are just going to contract the work out to VF anyway? We paid less than 25% of what both Home Depot and Sears were going to charge.
Installation: 3 stars. Because of the time of the day/night that installation began, and the method of sink installation.
Overall Star Rating 3.4 - would be 4.4 with better communication, better attention to cut edge quality during transportation and installation, and arriving on-time during scheduled install time.
Would I recommend Valley Fabricators to a friend? Yes. They deserve your business, and perhaps my experience was the exception (based on the other reviews I've read). They beat the competition on price, hands down. They beat the big box stores on installation date (3 weeks instead of 2 months).

We are more than satisfied with Valley Fabricators. We had them change out our kitchen counter tops and three bathroom vanities. I am in love with my beautiful over sized kitchen island. All pieces cut perfectly and flawlessly. Also loved that I was able to pick out sinks right when I was picking out granite. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for doing all the work at such short notice.

This is a difficult review since the job is not done yet. I expect the work to be done satisfactorily. However, I was on their schedule for installation on Wednesday, 10/3/2018. By mid morning, I had not heard from them and decided to call. The reply stunned me. I was told that my slabs were not finished and they needed a few more days. At that point, we had made all the necessary scheduling changes to be home. We also had cleared and prepped the kitchen for the work. I cannot imagine that they didn't know at least a day in advance to let us know that they wouldn't make the schedule time. Very poor customer service.
ADDENDUM
We had our granite countertops installed this week and they are beautiful. Oliver, the install guy, did a great job and the stone is gorgeous. Jen, in their office, is also wonderful to deal with. Communication issues notwithstanding, they did a great job. Better communication with the customer would have made my 4 star rating a 5. I think anyone would be satisfied with the final product from Valley Fabricators.

Valley Fab was professional from the get-go. They adjusted their schedule to make time to meet us at the supplier's warehouse, went through color options with us and took the time to sit down and discuss cut options and costs. Their communication was great, returning our phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely manner. We've had our counters for three months now and I'm stilled amazed at how good they look and how they compliment our cabinets. I would recommend Valley Fab in a heartbeat.

We updated our kitchen from previous owners, and where on a tight budget. We worked with quite a few companies locally in Tacoma area\sumner\puyallup area. We were concerned of some the negative reviews but decided what we saw, heard, and understanding of the material was very well thought out and we decided to proceed.
We were able to go check out there facility, and I thought there c&c machines were more the adequate to do the job. They were not pushy and just offered some good solutions for our budget. Andre, leo and Lisa were great folks and caring from the start. For us the treatment was very good. S
The Demo’d the pony wall, and removed the tile.inserted new fixtures. Wow, it exceeded expectations.
Trust these folks, listen to them and leverage their skill set. You will be happy. Seems we’re nicely done, one piece island (heavy, but worth it) backsplash was great (happy leo suggested for us to go a little taller)..
Will use them again, definitely. That’s folks

Working with Andrey and Valley Fabricators to get the counter tops we wanted was a wonderful experience! He worked with us to find the exact one we had in mind. As soon as we found the one we loved it was in no time that they set up an installation day. The quality is exceptional, definitely recommend checking them out! They will make sure you are satisfied through and through!

We had a excellent experience with Valley Fabricators. We picked our Marble for our countertop from their warehouse on a Friday afternoon. My counter space was measured and Marble installed by the next Friday. 8 day turnaround! The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent. Everyone at Valley Fabricators was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and on time. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

We hired Valley Fabricators located in Pacific WA for a kitchen remodel. Very competitive on price, great customer service - Barbara, Lisa, and Dawn addressed all our concerns, very professional, prompt, and courteous throughout the entire process. Andrey the owner was a man of his word, project was done on time and he delivered - end result was spectacular, couldn't be happier. Alex came out to do the template and helped with instal, very friendly, knowledgable and professional about his craft. A big thank you to all the guys who worked in the fabrication shop, and also helped with the install (Julio, Miguel, Fransisco, and Dima) countertops look phenomenal, 120' by 60" seamless island was icing on the cake "perfection", but then again I felt sorry for them when they had to move that into the house, never the less, very professional, friendly and polite, respected our home, and cleaned up after themselves. Looking forward to working with VF again on future projects.
Highly recommended

We just had our granite counter tops installed. I have been a general contractor for 35 years and this was one of the best installations I have seen. They were very professional from the beginning and on time with scheduling. Not sure why a couple of bad revues but I would highly recommend them.

Valley fabricators installed our quartz counters yesterday in a new kitchen we just put in. Their installers were excellent. They not only did a very careful job with the specific and tight measurements around our appliances, but their caulk lines and seams are nearly invisible and their clean up was thorough. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I've been waiting for a repair for almost a year...getting a lot of run around and almost no communication. They have very bad customer service! Since they did the damage I'm being put in a very bad situation that is taking forever to resolve. If I had this to do over I would have really done my research and found a better company.
I would not recommend them to anyone!

We had Dekton counters fabricated and installed in 2017. There were numerous issues with the initial installation but eventually they got worked out. Beware this company only warrants their work for one year. Fast forward to today and because of their failure to follow the manufacturers instructions, our counters developed a fracture on one end and severe chips around the sink. The manufacturer came out and inspected the work and said it was completely due to fabrication. Valley will take no responsibility and is laying it back on the manufacturer. I have had numerous email interactions with Valley to no avail. They will be hearing from my lawyer. Do not use this company!!! Ever!!!

The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. We were scheduled to have a job start TOMORROW! We tried to call and email and they basically said they are too busy to do the job we agreed on. This is after we purchased tile, a new hood, and a new dishwasher. No warning or anything. We had to call and email them to figure out what time they were coming out tomorrow to start the demo. They didn't even have the courtesy to let us know they weren't going to do our job. This is after they sent someone to take measurements. Who also didn't wear a mask in our home during a pandemic....They are also a scam who try and avoid taxes if you pay them cash. IRS may want to look into them. Do not use them. Just awful experience and no resolution. Pretty much told us to "find someone else". Weeks before we host thanksgiving. Karma is real Valley. Extreme disappointed and extremely unprofessional on their end.

I contracted through Lowe's for granite countertops. I thought everything was great when Valley called right away to set an appt. for the template. I should have known better when they call the day before the appt. to confirm. . . for the wrong day. Then came the install. The first install appt. they realized they cut the slab wrong and they also did the edges incorrectly on 2 pieces. They set another appt. but did not show. They set another appt. when I was out of town. When I returned to see the countertops I was highly disappointed. The sink hole was cut too large, the opening for the stove is so tight the stove barely fits (snugly) in there, the back splash does not sit against the wall on any of the walls and in 1 place, where they spliced it, it is "V" shaped. The gap is so large I can put my finger between the back splash and the wall. There is also a scratch/divit in the countertop and spots of blue left on it in various places. The did some sheet rock cutting and left the mess in my kitchen. Sheet rock dust all over my silverware, towels etc. (They did not cover anything up) It took them more than 2 weeks to come out to see the issues. They refuse to fix any of the problems. The only item the agreed to fix is the scratch. . . that was more than 2 weeks ago. They stated today they can come tomorrow to fix the scratch. I told them 2 weeks ago that I need to time to request time off work. . . they don't listen nor so they care. Worst company every - not only did they do a substandard job, they refuse to acknowledge any problems and refuse to fix any of them.

I would like to give 2 stars because the owner, who came behind his installer, Oliver, and cleaned his mess, did a great repair job. I feel sorry for him because his rep as an installer is being run through the mud by his incompetent staff.
Let's start with Oliver. He came out, super nice guy, Bundy was a nice guy too. He had his measuring devices and tools and machines. We had the sink we were going to install right there on site. He measured the sink and counters, put the info into his ipad and said see you in a week. So the day before the install I figured I better call Valley Fabricators to confirm a date and secure a time. From Dawn I got," Yes, you're on the schedule for tomorrow with a window of 1-5." If I hadn't called, I would have never known my install date. So the next day Oliver shows up with help to put the countertops in. I have the sink plumb, flush, braced and all set. He lays the counter pieces down. When the counter with the cut out for my sink goes down, there is a 4 inch lip. oops He didn't measure it right. He re-measures and says he will be back in a couple days. The holes for the dishwasher air hose and the facet are already drilled into the counter top. So the counter gets cut out some more. The sink fits great. I'm not there because I can't take all these days off to be there. My wife is there with 8 month old twins, a 3 and 4 year old. The babies are fussing, the tots are curious. so Oliver lays the counter does a half-butt job putting up the back splash and says all done and leaves. At no point does he invite my wife to look at the counters and the install job. Next thing I know my phone is ringing a ton, I have pics coming in galore. The seams were globbed. It looked like Oliver took bubble gum and put it on the seam of the back splash. She was furious. I got home, took pics and sent them back to Valley Fabricators. I decide to hook up the sink because we needed a working kitchen sink. I crawl under the sink to install the plumbing and to my surprise the installer, Oliver, cut with a saw, into my farmhouse sink. What kind of half-butt crap is that. If he measured the depth of the sink wrong surely he must have realized that the facet and air hole were in the wrong place Nope. Just cut up this guys $600 farmhouse sink.
Here is where the owner is screwed. The team he has assembled to represent him fail miserably at customers service. Dawn and Lisa don't even talk to each other. I asked when Oliver will be out to fix the seams he so poorly put in she said he'll be there Friday at 8am. I called at 930, "where's Oliver?", of course no one answers the phone. VF calls me back about 1030. We are so sorry, Oliver was in a terrible accident. We will get someone out there as soon as we can. I checked the state patrol log, it available online. no accident on the I-5/16 interchange. Lies! I call on Monday. they have to talk to a supervisor. I call on Wednesday, I call on Friday. Now I am pissed.
I finally a return call, I spoke to a supervisor and he will be out. I took that day off. He, the owner it turns out, did an awesome job fixing Olivers F up. I asked about the sink, he quickly looked at it and said it should be fine. SHOULD be. Now comes the game. I call and send emails. no answers, or my favorite. I need to speak to my supervisor. There's no supervisor, it's these 2 knuckleheads in an office. I need reassurance that a sink, by the way, we refused the first 3 because of scratches and dings. Here we have to put up with 2 holes that a Jack "rabbit" cut into my sink. almost a month goes by, oh I was sick, oh Lisa was sick, oh I just got back. nothing but excuses from these clowns. Too funny, As I write this I get an email from Dawn at VF, I just got back to work, I've been sick. I'm waiting to hear from my supervisor.
Keep your money and your sanity. do not work with Valley Fabricators. I went through Lowes. Ask who their counter contractor is. If it's Valley ask for another installer. If they don't have one, threaten to go to home depot. They will quickly change their tune. By the way, still waiting for resolution.

I purchased granite counter tops through Lowe's, which contracted out the installation to Valley Fabricators. As soon as Valley took over everything went to hell. I was promised a 30 day turn around time from purchase date to install date. I didn't even get a template appt for three weeks, then the first install date was set for 50 days after purchase. They no called, no showed that day, which cost me about three hours of my time (not to mention missing work). Called Lowe's who called Valley and they said they would be out the next day between 8 am-9 am. Next day it's 9:20 am and still they haven't showed up. Called Lowe's again who had Valley call me. That is when I was introduced to the lovely Dawn, cue sarcasm, who apparently does their scheduling. She barely even says hi before she starts in on how it was always schedule for 10:30-11:30 am that day. I try to tell her it was scheduled for yesterday, then for 8-9 am today. She said that was wrong and interrupted me. I couldn't even finish my sentence. I tried to tell her that I can't stay until 10:30-11:30 but she interrupted me AGAIN, finally I told her to be quiet so I can finish talking. She hung up. Got it rescheduled again for the following Thursday, over a week and half past the first install date. They no-call no-show AGAIN.
This time I get a call directly from Dawn (and a text as screened her call, I guess I didn't want to be talked over again). She profusely apologizes for not showing up, then reschedules for the next day, a Friday. I tell her that I am done waiting for her people to show up, that they need to call me a half hour ahead of time so I can get home. She agrees. I get a call the next day from her crew and they say they are there waiting at the house. I tell them that it's going to be a half hour until I can get there, they say they can't wait and I'll have to reschedule. At this point I call Lowe's and tell them what they did and that I don't want to deal with these people any longer. Lowe's fired them and now I am going through someone else. They seem to be on point but it's going to be another month at least.
I can't imagine how that company is still in business. At the very least Dawn needs to be let go. I guess it's a blessing that I didn't have them install it, at least from what I've read and seen from the other reviews here.

A true rogue trader, a disgusting company with unfathomable levels of outrageous customer service and poor installation expertise.
Barbra, Dawn and Oliver all have been nothing but perpetual let downs and continued to amaze me at their disregard for solving the unacceptable quality of their work.
Day after day of delays, one legitimate because of some "injury", then perpetual missed etas and timelines. My wife took a day off to stay home, who's a hair stylist and lost out on that days money.... and they didn't even show up till 7pm. Dropped off slabs, said they'd be back first thing to install. First thing didn't happen, when question he said I never said first thing, I said 11-2 and I'll be there at 1:30... well 1:30 rolls and no one.. I had to pay someone to be at the house to let these strangers in, and they ended up having to leave because he didn't even show up until 3pm..despite being in regular text communication... not even a little heads up. Fine.
Not to mention this whole time we'd been calling our sales rep and head office leaving voicemails and absolutely nothing.
The installation that day was the shoddiest most incomplete wreck of a job..my wife was in tears.
We've been rebuilding an old house, and done all the work ourselves and this was to be one of the luxury items... one of things taken off our hands and installed correctly and expertly. I can't begin to express my deepest most heartfelt regrets at choosing Valley Fabricators.
The pictures attached will speak for themselves.
Thick grout like seams... scratches... rough waterfall seams... excess compound hardened and left squeeze on the sides.. quarter inch off straight on just a 10" piece and a whole slab piece that you could fit your hand down the gap as it met the wall in the corner..
We complained Tuesday and Wednesday and were seemingly escalated to Dawn... she was apologetic and we believed we'd get somewhere. We had discussed that everything about our business together had been awful, and that we'd be looking for a discount on the final product..
They had the audacity to send me the completed invoice straight after install.... with no signature of job completion, no word from management no anything, despite our immediate complaints!!!!! I complained and said it's insulting you'd think it appropriate to send that prior to the installation being fixed... Dawn replied how she's sorry that happened it's not acceptable and they would "dealing with that" internally...
We had them come out again on the Friday to fix it.... and they spent 6 hours trying to. Oliver left and said management would be in contact.
Well, pieces were still 1/4 off... facia seams on island are still crap, the seams are still grout lines, they had to sand and smooth exposed sides they had forgotten about, and not only did they leave all the the counters filthy with the dust, when we cleaned them there was a huge scratch across the island too surface...
So after Friday's work and they said management was going to call... I waited Friday afternoon.... nothing... Saturday nothing.. Sunday nothing... and On Sunday we looked at our bank account and saw they had stolen the money prior to the job being completed ON THE WEDNESDAY!
Raging at this blatant disrespect and deliberate action of "smash and grab" thievery... I called and demanded my money back while we negotiate the difference of what I originally paid for... to what I actually got...
What ensued was the most devastating handling of a customer service issue I've ever experienced. Detailed emails with pictures and stating my lack of confidence in their expertise to ever get the job right at this point were sent. Over and over. Then Barbra got back involved and I thought maybe she would help. But after all her promises and conversational manner of "I'll take care of this" it was all a pack of lies.. not once did she ACTUALLY get back to me without me chasing.. two days would pass.. three days would pass... I would chase for an update and she'd say yes I have one let me call you..... the urgency they collectively put to our grievances with their service was as lazy as their workmanship.
As a consumer I have zero confidence in their abilities to not only deliver a superior product... but that they are incapable of doing the right thing in any aspect.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM.
Don't be stuck like me, with no other options other than to take legal actions and be stuck with your hard earned money hostage as you try to plead your case of just how poor their product is...
Your kitchen is your homes heart...it wasn't supposed to be like this. This was supposed to be the final touch... and they left me needing a heart transplant. Counters are supposed to be 20 year installments... and if I can't find a contractor to come fix these.... They will have to be ripped out because of them.

Do not use Valley Fabricators! Their installer Oliver is great but they are HORRIBLE to work with! What a waste of time in selecting from their proposed layouts for them to ultimately use a COMPLETELY different template. This resulted in an ugly and obvious seam which by all other options would have been avoidable. Not only that but to have a 28" by 10" around a corner be a beveled edge vs the eased edge requested and noted in our contract. The only offered solution, thus far, is to have the counter removed and reworked. They should've caught this error in the factory!!

If you value your time, you will do best to find another fabricator who will respect it. They do not believe in the courtesy of a phone call returned ( I have never heard back from the last three I left when they didn't show up for a repair after waiting 5 hours). I will find someone else trustworthy to repair the counter top. That was only one of multiple occasions where the installation day and time was set and was rescheduled at the last minute for my clients. I had a similar experience to KH with a deposit not used to hold the slabs selected and I could go on in detail but best just not to use them. They are too disorganized. There are many fine fabricators from which to choose.

Valley Fabricators happily took our deposit only to then tell us our material was back ordered for over a month: put our kitchen remodel on hold for the entire time! Worse yet, they installed a seam in the middle of a long run of countertop which was never agreed to. The seam looks horrible (see pics). I've seen better installations from big-box hardware stores. When I talked to someone at Valley about the incorrectly-cut slab (that didn't match the template), they insisted I let it be installed. The woman asked me to "sleep on it" and to see what I thought of it "tomorrow." !! Still no resolution from the company.

Does Valley Fabricators offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, Valley Fabricators performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does Valley Fabricators provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, Valley Fabricators, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact Valley Fabricators in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
