USA Z has great products at great prices for contractors! The only thing they can improve on is customer service. I usually use other vendors for cabinets and granite. Their prices came in way lower than my usual places. After ordering the girl gave me a bathroom cabinet on my order and not a kitchen like I had asked for. So After I got to my house and after we put all the cabinets together, one of the kitchen cabinets was missing. After bringing it to their attention, the girl said it was my responsibility to check, which ultimately she is correct. I put in a certain order and they gave she sold me the wrong one. It was now a matter of how were they are going to handle it. I told her really since we were both at fault just give me a better price on the cabinet I actually needed. She said my price I get was good enough and refused. I was not asking for an exchange or my money back, just a better price on the needed cabinet and she would not do it. So, I bought it. They would take them back if the box is not opened. If you even open the box, you keep it. The price I got saved me quite a bit of money from my normal cabinets, but it was truly a test of their customer service and they failed. Great cabinets. Great price. Not good customer service!
