The quality of the work at Urban Stone is second to none. We picked out a beautiful slab in their slab yard and had them fabricate a floating sink as well as a bar counter top and backsplash from the slab. From the technology they use to fabricate & share designs to the years of experience & trust we had in the team to the installation - they stand above the rest. Eric, the business owner, is very talented and Jesus & James did an excellent job with installation. We also appreciated the customer service from Talia and Kelsey. Their marketing team, led by Grace, is super talented. I would highly recommend them: precision, service, quality, and reasonable pricing.

Katie at Urban Stone did a fantastic job for us. We redesigned, changed our minds on product and basically threw every curve ball possible at her. she and her team handled it all, worked with us and setup the install around our travel schedule. Communicated with us all the way thru (even though we we out of the country), followed thru and even installed the sink. wish there were more stars to give.

On every step of the project from material selection to the final installation they were extremely honest, helpful, professional, clean, and early to all appointments. Urban Stone was amazing to work with -- from the initial phone calls to get information all the way to install. I tend to have seemingly endless questions and the front office handled all of them so well. This was a partial DIY project and I appreciated Eric giving me his honest opinion, a lot of contractors would have just told you what you wanted to hear and I really value when I can trust someone...no BS. The stone supplier also highly recommended them, which was huge! The install went very well, they were professional and did a great job. I have already referred two people to Urban Stone! I would not recommend this business at all. For starters, dealing with the staff became embarrassing because the gal helping us could barely remember what we discussed or just didn't care enough to follow the instructions I laid out for her (I drove there and chatted with her pretty extensively) and frankly this same girl couldn't research or find tiles based on the specs. The entire team felt disjointed - they constantly referred us to Eric, who takes measurements at the home etc but he would then defer us back to the front admin gals and this process would repeat over a couple of months. At the end of the project, after waiting for the material, for designs and for an installation date - the guys install two very large porcelain slabs that are not book-matched (designs showed they were). The book-matching was essentially what we asked for from the beginning. Per Eric, They couldn't guarantee their designs apparently and we were stuck with them in the walls... they offered us a discount but ultimately we weren't happy with the final outcome and walked away from them entirely. I'm not exaggerating when I say, this business definitely tested my patience and I can not and will not encourage anyone else to work with these guys especially for a high-end home. What a terrible experience!
