The team at Universal Marble and Granite is exceptional to work with, and the product is superior. We are remodeling our kitchen and everything about working with this team went well- from going onsite to pick out the stone, to the delivery (using a crane to get the slab into the house!) and installation. Absolute perfection and professionalism. These guys are total pros and know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend.

First of all, I am particular and difficult to please. That being said, I’ve had the very best experience with Universal Marble&Granite. They stand heads and shoulders above any company I’ve dealt with in 40 years. They have done stone countertops in our master bath and kitchen: professional, friendly, attention to detail and the best prices. Greg is knowledgeable and helpful. His installers are artists: my boldly patterned stones were perfectly matched at all seams. They even moved some furniture on their way out. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars and strongly recommend Universal to anyone who appreciates great work at a great price!

This is the second job that I have had Greg and team complete for me. This time they transformed my dated kitchen into something that is fresh, light and bright. It is more enjoyable to be in the space now and complements the fireplace surround that they installed last fall. The matching of the veins on the waterfall edge and the turned overhang really shows the time that the team took to create a quality install. I am thrilled with the new kitchen and the countertops complete the transformation.

Fantastic! My countertops are beautiful and the service has been amazing- even compared to pre-covid service Greg and his team were great. Very responsive and quick they showed up and did everything within a week including dealing with MY mismeasurement of the space- they were able to get me a second slab of granite and cut and install them within the week. I really have no complaints- fantastic quality and customer service and pricing was about the same as other quotes I got in the area (who waited weeks to even return my calls) so I feel that for the quality the pricing was also great!

We LOVE our new countertops. They are definitely the highlight of our kitchen renovations. So glad we again went with Universal Marble & Granite. They had a great supply for us to choose from, and even helped us repurpose our old countertops for smaller spaces. Greg and everyone at Universal were so helpful and wonderful to work with. We had a great experience from start to finish. Greg was knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for never trying to oversell. We were well informed of all stages from cost to manufacturing to installation. Crew was on time, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this business with a personal touch. Very nice people working here and also a great selection of countertops to choose from! I visited the location and selected multiple countertop designs that I liked. I was told that they were busy working a big countertop project but that I would be contacted within a week or two to discuss next steps (quote, etc.). After not hearing back from them, I called them about 2 weeks later - this time I was told that I should expect to hear back from them within a week. Well, that was about 5 weeks ago, and I haven't heard back from them yet :-) Of course, I decided to reach out to other installers for my job. I can't comment on the quality of their work as I did not get to that point. I can only say that it seems that they can get pretty busy with jobs at times, and you may have some trouble communicating with them as a result. But again, they do seem to be very nice people!

Greg and Kay did an amazing job working with us and our contractor to identify what we liked and what we were trying to do with our kitchen. It just so happened he was working on getting a new design of quartz in stock called Calacatta Arizona, he showed us some pictures and we thought it would be perfect. Since he didn't have it in stock yet he arranged for us to look at some in person with his friend at another business. Once we gave the final green light, they got it installed less than a week later, it looks even better than what we could have hoped for! They even got it done with our two crazy doggos barking at them from the next room!
