Very impressed how beautiful my counters came out. We were expecting the installation at a much later date, but was told they were ready 2 days earlier. Being that my kitchen is a galley style the installation went quick. I would definitely recommend them.

We ordered a Corian counter and the process was easy and efficient. They really helped us clarify the sequence of steps so we can coordinate the countertop with the rest of the project. Although the entrance is well marked, the building numbers were confusing. The entrance is on the right shortly after turning into the driveway off the street.

Called Ultra Countertops. Julio is the boss that listened to our issues/ordeals on a kitchen remodel that went south. He took the time to come with us to various vendors to look at slabs that would be ideal for our kitchen. He was patient with us as we were very selective about the design of the natural stone. It's quite a long process. Once the stone was selected Julio and his team handled the rest of the process: picking it up/ fabrication, and install. Any piece that we were not happy with, the team would take the stone back until it was perfect. The value and quality of workmanship was excellent. My stone feels like a masterpiece and I enjoy cleaning my kitchen countertops. Ultra Countertops didn't just do a kitchen remodel, they worked with us, saw our vision, listened to us, and most importantly the work they did will have an impact/impression/great memories of guests / family coming to our house. Ultra countertops did not cut any corners. They kept in touch, communication/status of the project. I enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them for their skills, talent, hard work, and honesty.

We found the perfect counters at Ultra - Carrara Gold Quartz. We went to many places searching for a light stone with very light veining, and we wanted slabs so all the patterns would match on the seams. We had everything installed in one day, the installers were very friendly, cleaned up after, and Hilda is great! We highly recommend.

Bought a house, wanted to replace kitchen countertops with either Corian or HiMacs. Got some quotes and thankfully Ultra could do it and quickly. The competitor was going to take way too long. We had a minor accounting snafu but what impressed me was how they handled it. I apologize I dont remember the managers name but he was great and made it right. We had some install issues but again, what was most important is that they got it done and were professional. Thank you!

I can't say enough about this business, in a world of craziness with greedy subcontractors who are incompetent, this operation is top notch ! Hilda is an incredible organizer and is really honest with a ton of integrity; the owner of the business came out to my house in Manhattan Beach, to make sure that the job was done properly... and as you can see from the photographs that I supplied he did absolutely quality work and I would have no problem recommending him to anyone ! you'll never have a problem with people like this that have integrity and honesty!

Needed a countertop for our small wet bar in family room that I was refinishing. Was able to find a remnant piece in their yard that fit the bill and coordinated all the measurements off old countertop. These folks did a great job on the new countertop. Installed the undermount sink that I bought and took to them. They cut the back splashes and the overhang to match the veining on the countertop very nicely. Finished product was ready on the date promised and looks great. Very happy with their workmanship.

So I contacted numerous marble countertop firms and only found Ultra to be able to help with small projects. Price was reasonable and service was great! If you have a small blueprint or sample needing marble cutout, then I recommend Ultra!

After so much searching, I found Ultra countertops on Yelp. Decided to go in since it's in my area. Great customer service. Was educated on types of countertops. They knew what I wanted. They made sure I was happy with my product and installation. I chose Calcutta gold quartz. I'm still in process of remodeling so photos show it.

We were in a bind. We needed to finish our kitchen. We didn't realize how far in advance we would need to purchase the counter top. We found Ultra Countertops, they were so close to us, they were very nice and understanding. They came to measure my kitchen, saw our needs and installed our counter top within 2 days. We have a small kitchen. My husband ended up in the hospital because his appendix burst, and I was so stressed. They were amazing.

Was referred to this firm by the Kitchen Store in Culver City because they have a good reputation, and can also do quartz "prefab" slabs which many slab installers won't do. They measured, picked up the slab from the yard, and returned to the condo as scheduled to install on time and with care. They made sure the holes for faucet, garbage disposer button, etc. were drilled where I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Ultra Countertops was AMAZING ! I had granite installed in my home about 10 years ago and it was installed wrong and overtime it began to crack. It cracked so bad i had to replace the whole left side of my kitchen countertop. I was also on a budget because i want to put my house up for sale and i didn't want to spend a lot. I told them my situation they came out and took a look the same day. Julio was great and suggested to go look at a granite yard to find a granite that would match my original granite. I went and found one! I let Ultra Countertops know and i always spoke to Hilda she was great. She assured me they would pick it up, which that weekend they did. Three days later they came and measured and outlined my sink and 2 days later they came to install! I was dreading dealing with the granite in my house and i ended up replacing the whole thing. It was such a easy process and they truly have a great team that work together and provide excellent results! When i move and redo my kitchen i will be calling them for sure!!!!!

I am incredibly picky when it comes to home improvement projects and I can't say enough good things about Ultra Countertops. 1) they took time to explain all the different types of countertops so I could make an informed decision 2) they have competitive pricing 3) Julio, Hilda, Lucy and their installers are top notch and really want you to be happy with the project 4) they deliver on time! They manufactured and installed all new kitchen counter tops and 3 bathrooms. They did such an amazing job that they are now going to work on my parents kitchen as well. I just had my vanity countertop and sink replaced and Ultra Countertops did a spectacular job. Both times they came out, for the initial measuring and for the installation, they arrived on time (actually a bit early both times, which was really nice), and were so nice and efficient. And the countertop is absolutely perfect! And both Julio and Lucy, in the office, were also great when I had to postpone installation to repair some drywall beforehand. I highly recommend this company - their work is excellent!

Wonderful experience! I'm going to attempt to include a picture. I'm not a professional but wanted to build a table, had a really clear idea in my head of what I wanted and thought Corian was the way to go for the tabletop. I tried many places- Home Depot, etc. Everyone was really nice, but couldn't help me when I said it was for a table top. I kept getting referred to company after company until I landed at Ultra Countertops. They were the first ones that didn't balk at what I was trying to do, They explained things really well and moved quickly. Within a week my table was built! And it's gorgeous! Lucy and Marcie were incredibly helpful, always friendly, quick to respond and I'm overjoyed with the outcome.

This review is not for their work product because it never even got that far. I was excited that I found this company based on the mostly 5 star reviews. Called and asked how I could get a quote for my bathroom vanity. I was told to send all the information via email so I did just that. I asked how long it would take to get the quote back, she said same day. 1st day,.nothing. I called 2nd day in the morning asking for a followup, she said she would send it that day... Nothing. If this is how they respond to customers asking for a quote, I can't imagine how they would respond when you really need to get a hold of them. I guess they don't need the work.

Called the store for kitchen countertop in my daughter's house. The quote over the phone was kind of high. So I requested that someone to come to do a better and more exact measurement. The appointment was set but when the time came (Friday 9am), the person, Caesar didn't show up. I called at about 915, and he said he forgot. Before he could come immediately (knowing he was already late), he needed to check the navigation. To make it short, besides checking navigation, he also checked with his boss. After he came back to the phone, he sounded not that interested in the project. So I just canceled it. It's a waste of our time, my daughter and son in law have to woke up early and waited for him but he didn't show up.
