We had a fantastic experience working with Nathan and Sam at UCI Kitchen & Bath. They helped us find and create the perfect stone for our 80" round dining room table. Nathan was patient and accommodating, working with us through delays in getting the base fabricated. We were fortunate enough to connect with Roy at Mind Over Metal Fabrication, who created an amazing base on short notice. Nathan promptly delivered the top the next day, and the crew installed it perfectly. We are thrilled with the end result and highly recommend their services. We chose UCI to install new cabinets, tile backsplash and new quartz countertops since our daughter had recommended them! Sam was very knowledgeable in helping us pick out our cabinets and countertop.The process went very smoothly and we loved the idea that UCI has their people available for demo, plumbing, electrical, painting installing cabinets a nd backsplash. Sam was very professional and delivered excellent customer service. He stayed on task with us and always answered our questions as needed. His crew of workers were excellent! They cleaned up and were so nice to have in your home. Our kitchen was finished in 2 1/2 weeks. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Sam and his amazing crew! We highly recommended this wonderful company and its CB people!

Our (my husband Tony Lowe's) first encounter with the company was good. Once we accepted their offer and paid the deposit, the communication got less and less. They came out to install it, and the waterfall island was too big, so they had to come back, take it back, resize it, and then come back to install it. The larger size indicates we were overcharged because they determined the total price based on the square feet. We worked with Emily, and she has not returned calls or emails. I spoke with two other people there, and they could not help, stating they had to talk with her. We still have not heard from anyone or refunded the overcharge.

Last year I visited UCI. They had an impressive showroom and large warehouse off countertops to view and purchase. About a month ago I kicked my kitchen remodel into high gear. Although the original sales rep wasn't available, I was assisted by Nona. She was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Everyone at UCI worked well together from sales, to scheduling and installation. I didn't have to leave home, which was extremely convenient considering the current pandemic. They worked with my schedule and exceeded quoted timeframes. The final result was amazing. I received a beautiful quartz countertop for less than the two other competitors quoted me for granite. I would highly recommend UCI for remodels. I will be using them again in the future.

UCI rescued us from a poorly half-done reconstruction job, and restored our home back to its original beautiful condition. We are so grateful to Tony, Jim, Sherry and Richard for all their hard work and attention to detail. Jim is an excellent craftsman. When a vanity didn't arrive as ordered, he was able to alter it to fit and it looks great. Sherry is a meticulous painter. Richard did a great job on our door replacements. Tony and Jim made sure our doors and trim matched the originals in the home, which I know took effort on their part, but they were always gracious and professional. We highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with UCI Kitchen and Bath. Sarah Yazdani was fantastic! She helped me design the cabinets and select countertops in two of my bathrooms. She patiently answered all questions and came out during the installation to check on everything. I had a slight problem at the end of my installation, and, although I didn't know it at the time, Sarah assured me it was the plumber's failure to line up the hardware, not a UCI issue at all, and it could be easily corrected. She was right. Sarah even called the plumber (who she had recommended) to make sure he personally came out to my house to correct it, rather than sending someone from his crew. Upon completion, Sarah called to make sure I was fully satisfied and to make sure I was fine with her running the balance due on my charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use UCI Kitchen and Bath again, as long as Sarah is with the company.

Another customer who was skeptical based on reviews. We stopped by on Thanksgiving Saturday when every other granite store was closed.We found a beautiful stone that was on sale. A steal basically. We put down a deposit, went home checked reviews and were stunned by the bad reviews. After agonizing about our decision we decided to go ahead. We were extremely glad that we did. Starting with Sarah who always made time for us when we stopped by to the owner who I called up my mistake at about 6 a.m. while trying to save the office number in my phone to the guy who came to do the measurements to the installers Andre and the other one everyone was polite, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I had promised Sarah this review a while ago and just got it done. We could not be any happier with the experience and the quality of the work that was done by UCI .They were efficient, on time and communicated with us extremely well every time.

I was skeptical based on reviews but wanted to get comparative quotes for the stone we wanted. Spoke with Shawn who showed us stone who was very helpful. He went over costs and process. Turned out they had the stone we wanted. We gave a deposit, they were there in a week for template and a week later stone was installed. Fabricators were excellent. Would definitely use them again.

Just had a complete custom kitchen remodel with UCI. I'll call it The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The Good: Our kitchen is gorgeous, exceeded extremely high expectations. Price was reasonable. Craftmanship/work ethic of the cabinetmaker GH Moore exceptional. Jim is a brilliant architect. Start to finish = 1 month. The Bad: We felt like the project managers. "Caught" the electrician putting extension cords in our walls - he took them out, but still. Lack of communication between UCI and the cabinetmaker regarding our selections. Told things were "comped/included" by Sarah but billed for them. Miscommunication. The UGLY: Money. Sarah kept telling us people were almost finished when they weren't, she demanded full payment (screaming at us) before the job was done; at one point we authorized a $2500 deposit for the counters and instead she ran an unauthorized charge of $7000 after spending 3 hours with us during which time she said nothing about needing more $. We threw a fit she reversed it, but we never felt like we had 100% control over payments until Jim took over the $. There were multiple invoices, everyone was a subcontractor - we would authorize Sarah to pay one invoice and it would get applied to another invoice, whoever THEY wanted to have paid. Our mantra was - "finish the job, get paid." All in all, we love our kitchen - if you use them, put all expectations in writing, double check and verify. Despite these issues, EVERYTHING resolved to our complete satisfaction and this may be surprising, but we would use them again.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND ASK QUESTIONS! We walked into UCI to check out their kitchen cabinets and countertops. That took about 5 minutes because it was immediately obvious that these products were of a lower quality and would not be considered by us. I was really surprised by the employee's honesty regarding the product's construction and its weight capacity. There was no hiding it but she was really forth coming and I found that refreshing. She did not try to pass them off as something other than what they were. I don't understand how people can just go in and see the quality of the products, purchase them and then complain about the final results. The whole point of going into the showroom is to closely examine the product and ask questions. Don't just look at them in a superficial way, touch them, closely examine their construction, test their surfaces. You are allowed to this! We were curious about her top of the line cabinets that she described as custom. With additional probing, we find out that they are not custom, they are fabricated but have adjustments or add-ons added. She admitted that the drawer capacity was 10 lbs when the ones we had previously seen had a capacity of 80 lbs. These were 1/4 inch thick while the others were 3/4 inch thick. Do the research people and ask lots of questions! If you don't do the research, you won't know what to ask. I know that cabinets are expensive, but cheap cabinets will cost you even more. You will never be disappointed by paying more for quality. Just read these reviews again! *** If you want to save money, do so on the labor and demo the old kitchen yourself. *** Carefully review the terms of payment before getting started and if you are uncomfortable with their payment process, go elsewhere. *** Remember, the objective is to UPGRADE, not to purchase new "builder grade" materials. What's the point of that? Just take your time, read reviews and make sure that you are comfortable with all policies and procedures before moving forward. Good Luck!

Not any explanation regarding the need for someone to install the Faucets and hook-up the plumbing. Also when the guy came for the measurements for the counter top space I was asked if I knew the wall was off, and they would need to be caulking and he showed me what he was talking about and wanted to make sure that was okay, and that the caulking may show. I told him I was okay with that, but when the installers came and I asked they said they do not hook-up plumbing, nor do they caulk. Both the plumbing and caulking was not an expense I had included in my budget. I feel like everyone working there was not on the same page and I was not given the correct, if any explanation regarding the installation. The granite is beautiful, but the sale people and the rest of the people employed there are definitely not on the same page. I originally was dealing with Veneta and wished I had come back when she was available. She was the reason I came back, 6 mos. later to your organization. Need a meeting with everyone there to make sure everyone was/is on the same page.

This business offered very poor customer service. We weren't greeted upon entering because the customer service agent was with another couple, however, after they left we were the only people in the showroom and we were completely ignored. I'm not exaggerating, the person literally walked to the back without saying a word to us, leaving us completely alone. This reeks of racism and we promptly took our business and money elsewhere.

I really couldn't say how their service since when I entered the store no spoke to me at all. There were three employees who clearly saw me but not one of them got up to help. The one lady towards the back, clearly saw me. She looked straight in the eye and never said a word. When I asked a question she curtly said " those are discontinued"and went back to her paper work.

The installers damaged a wall in my home and did not alert me. I found out after they left. I called the company back and was told " some minor dents are part of the process". Then once I sent photos of the damage I was told it was just a paint scratch. They did offer to send the same guys back out to repair the wall but I do not want them back in my home. I was told a manger would be calling me back and I am still waiting. They already processed my final payment so they owe me a refund to getting the wall repaired! It has been 4 days and nothing! I should have made sure everyone was licensed. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

From start to finish, my experience with these people has been a nightmare. From overcharging me, not following up, terrible communication, and awful customer service, all I can say is, "stay clear". Their product was decent and the installation of the granite was fine but, the installers did not want to lift a finger to deal with removing the existing sinks in my baths properly from the pipes or connecting things properly when the granite was down. Also, all of their ancillary products, cabinetry, tile, etc is of cheap quality. I will never use them again.

Shawn on the front desk has made threatening calls to me for payment before installation even after paying 60% before they install. He said "we will lien your property if the credit card on file has a payment delay" We were sitting without a back-splash for a week and when we call for an update, we get threatened like mentioned earlier.

DO NOT USE!!! To echo the other reviews, this is absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Sara, the "supposed" manager has no appreciation for the customer! She said my template for the Quartz was missing when she didn't take the time to look in the faucet box that we left with her. Had to take the side piece back as they did not cut it correctly. Was told they would call me when it was ready. A week went by and no call. Stopped by on Saturday to pick it up. Sarah was the only one in front helping a Custer with a design. I told her why I was there and I stood waiting 10 minutes as she toured the couple around the cabinets. I finally said, "Ma'am, is there someone else who can help me?" She stormed off and told me I was "impossible" I asked to speak with her manager and she said she was the manager. She said "You can't just stop by. You should call before you come." I told her I was told I would receive a call. She then came back and said that "I was rude" in front of the other customer. She is unbelievable to deal with and I strongly urge you too look other places. Wish I had read the reviews before going there!

Buyer beware !!! This is a worst company ever. When you see lots of granite advertised outside, and shiny marble countertops and cabinets inside don't let that fool you. There end result is poor workmanship and the worst customer service. If you think you got a good deal in price, before you know it that will change to a bad deal and headache. That's what happened to us. My wife and I have purchased a colonial marble counter top to be installed in our kitchen, when the installer came to install, he did poor workmanship installing the counter top and tried to glue our dishwasher with clear silicon that he uses to cover a crack in the cabinet. Since then the dishwasher is not stable in place. Now I have to replace a dish washer and make it stable. I called the customer service in regarding my problem, they did not carry since they have already collected there payments. For anyone out there trying to buy a counter top, please beaware of UCI.

The initial process was great until UCI got my money. They seemed to have no organization and I, the customer, was never contacted during the scheduling. They assumed I would be home whenever they decided to arrive. I had to be the project manager and coordinate everything because my sales person, Sarah, did nothing after the money changed hands. If you read other reviews you'll hear the same thing about her. The cabinets were ok (not great), but the installation was crazy. They damaged my house, they damaged the new cabinets during installation, the workers couldn't figure out now to adjust the cabinet doors so they would open properly. Trim pieces were crooked leaving large gaps that were not caulked. I've contacted the management twice about the damage done and it has been weeks without any resolution offered. I've had to hire a real cabinet carpenter to adjust everything and make it look finished. It's a shame to pay that much money for cabinets and have the company installing make so many mistakes. I would never recommend UCI to anyone else.

The prices seemed good so I contacted them. The Installers did a horrible job. I monitored everything but once the installers left, I've noticed several mistakes. I send a email, and contacted the rep the next day. First they tried to explain that my cabinet are old and not doesn't align and there is nothing wrong with the counter top. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Issues were: Sealer The installer put a sealer on and told me it is around $20, and the Rep sold me a life time sealer for 15 times more. Something is not right, but I purchased my own sealer and sealed the counter top. Counter top seam between two parts is noticeable. They responded that this is how it's supposed to be. Not sure if this is true because I've never seen any counter top seam like this before. Edge overhang on one side. They cut into the drywall and pushed the counter top into it, which reduced the edge overhang on that counter top side. They should have cut the opening for the Stove. (main issue, because I can't install a trim to close the gap) -------------------------------------------------------------------- I had to take pictures and explain what the installers did. So, the rep apologized and guaranteed me that they will fix it. It;s been now over 4 weeks, going back and forth via email) and still no one came to fix the counter tops. I have a lot of patient but this is ridiculous. I've looked the company up in the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and they have a F. I've contacted the main office and if I don't get a respond within a week then I will report this to the BBB. I would never ever get a service from this business again.

STAY AWAY!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! HORRIBLE INSTALLATION QUALITY, AND ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! My wife and I recently used this company (Jan-Feb. 2014) to measure, fabricate, uninstall our existing kitchen counter tops, and install new granite counter tops. I've read reviews regarding their inability to keep schedules, but since my wife and I were not in a rush, this was no problem. To our surprise, they were actually always on time from measuring the counter space, to coming the first time to install the new counter tops. This is where the nightmare began. The guys who uninstalled our existing counter tops, and attempted to install the new counter tops did indeed work very hard. However, they were grossly unprepared to finish the installation the first time around. They did not have braces (and actually told us that we should have provided the braces) to hold the counter top for our bar, the granite back-splash was not sized correctly and they even cracked it when installing, there were openings visible from where the back-splash was installed, and the bar top was not cut and placed together smoothly. The guys spent a significant extra amount of time attempting to install our granite, and eventually just left without letting us know they were leaving. The state they left our kitchen in was completely unusable, and unsafe. There were only two thin wooden sticks holding our bar counter-top up whereby our cat could have rubbed against any one of them at any moment to have the counter-top fall and crush her. Our faucet was not installed, and therefore we were forced to wash our dishes in our bathroom sink. Furthermore, our kitchen was left in this state for over a week and a half, with my wife and I constantly calling them to reschedule an appointment for them to come out and finish the job! At some point, the sales guy/manager told us that he thought the job was finished!!!! After one and a half weeks of constantly calling, emailing, etc. they sent the same two guys out to finish the job. This time my wife and I bought braces, and assisted them in installing our counter-top, so that we could make sure it was done correctly. This is completely unheard of, especially since we are paying for them to install this for us without any hassle. Since my wife and I assisted and provided the necessary tools for the installation, the counter-tops were installed correctly. If I were to judge the quality of the installation, I'd say it appears to be a DIY (do it yourself) project and not a professional installation that was paid for. After they completed the installation, UCI charged the remaining balance of our credit card without any authorization. They did not call to make sure we were satisfied with the installation, nor apologize for the inconvenience. They simply charged our credit card, and of course the transaction was rejected by our credit card company. UCI at this point took it upon themselves to finally reach out to us, and threaten to sue us and add additional charges if we did not pay immediately. The nerve of these people!!!!! We went ahead and paid right away, but I warn everyone looking at this company, STAY AWAY!!!!!! This is the WORST company I have ever encountered, and they do not deserve to be in business with this type of service.

WORST customer service!!! I would not suggest that ANYONE have any home improvements done with this facility. Scheduling of install with their staff is a living nightmare as there is a HUGE lack of communication and professionalism between UCI and their contractors. They do not come during scheduled ranges, for instance I scheduled 2 seperate installs between the hours of 9-12 and the contractors did not arrive until 1:30-2 on each instance. On the second instance I was told the contractor was not coming at all after I had taken off multiple days of work. STAY CLEAR OF UCI!!! Home Depot or Lowe's would be a better option.

Absolutely the worst company ever. I purchased a piece of granite in 2012 and they said they would be out the following Monday to do the template three days went by and I'm calling them and calling them. They finally come by to do the template. Then they tell me 5-6 days for fabrication. A week goes by, then two. I'm calling EVERY day leaving voicemails for my sales person you cannot just call and talk to anyone you HAVE to talk to whoever sold it to you. Three weeks later after leaving threatening calls they finally call to schedule installation. No complaints on the finished product. I was on a very strict construction schedule and this was not a good experience. Fast forward to 2013 I'm ready to do my second bathroom I DO NOT want to use this company but I want the same stone in both bathrooms (I'm stuck with UCI) so I hold my nose and walk into UCI on a Saturday. "Oh no problem we'll call you Monday to do the template, 3 days go by, then 5 days, then its the 4th of July Holiday, then its 7 days. Finally I said I"VE HAD IT please just give me a refund. They try anything to avoid giving me a refund, discounts etc. I tell them to please give a refund and they oblige. 7 days pass STILL no refund on my Amex, I call Shan again about my refund and more excuses but "we'll process it right away. Another 7 days pass and no refund. Finally I send a letter to the owner of the company requesting an immediate refund or I would sue and I get a call back the very next day from my SALESMAN again that "Oh well I didn't process the refund because we thought you would file a chargeback anyway with your credit card" REALLY? Please at ALL COST never ever do business with this company. Also even if you do which I would not suggest please note that they charge sales tax on the entire purchase not just the price of the stone like most fabricators do. Anyone that knows anything about fabrication knows that you pay sales tax on the price of the stone only and not the labor and fabrication (70% of total cost) as that is a service and not taxable in the State of Georgia. If you're doing a big kitchen this can turn into a hidden hundred or even thousand dollars so while they may appear a little cheaper the other company isn't charging you 7% sales tax on the entire amount.
