The old lady on the door was nice and smile when we walked in she was welcoming. On the other hand we were approached by a Venezuelan late 30(s) lady that was very unpleasant. Just 2 minutes after walking in and spotting a cabinet we loved we wanted to sit down and talk options. She approached and the conversation went like this: Torrentes Rep: the person that is installing the cabinets have to come because he needs to be responsible for measurements since we are not responsible. Me: it is okay I am responsible for what I am buying. Torrente’s Rep: Nope he needs to come if he is installing and besides his price will be different than yours. Me: That’s okay I have the dimensions, I am the owner, I am paying and I will be responsible, the cabinets can be installed by anybody of my choosing give me your cost and I’ll make my decision. Torrente’s Rep: Well I will give you a more expensive cost. My Husband: I don’t want to star doing business with such a bad energy and bad actitud, a comment to which I agreed. Then we left. This business representative either don’t like money or they have so much business they run their new potential customers out of their business. We have a business of our own and we would never treat our customers the way this lady just treated us. Since the minute she step foot in front of us we could feel her negativity and lack of willingness to work with us. If I could give this business a 0 star review I would but I can’t. Replying to their answer after my review. They are stating they are protecting their customers. What a silly answer since I am the customer. I hired a person to help me do some remodeling on my house and this person recommended me to come and check them out since the previous house he worked in the owner had purchased the cabinets from this company so tell me who are you protecting from me? Myself!? Since I am the customer. It seems you just pick and choose your customers.

I have purchased from this company a few times. The most recent time I was told that it is ok to return anything if not needed, the salesperson even offered not to charge me a restocking fee. After the installation I only needed to swap and half panel for a full panel by paying the difference. I drove from Coral Springs to Medley to return the item. While I was at their receiving/dispatching area it started to sprinkle, the seal and unopened box was put inside their warehouse right away. One side was superficially/ slightly wet, there was no damage to box and or its contents. Torrente Kitchens’s claimed that the seal and unopened box of a half panel has been badly damaged and stated that they could not sell this product to anyone. I wiped that face of the box and after 5 mins it was completely dry. I am really disappointed to this company as I understand they did not want honor their verbal offerings regarding to returns and/or no restocking fees. They retracted from the offerings and used anything to get out of it. I was forced to buy a full panel without being able to return the original item. I am attaching a picture right at their packing lot, you would NOT be able to tell the difference of which is the damaged or undamaged box. Do not buy from this company or other companies that do not honor their word and most importantly that they are not reasonable when working with clients. Right across the street you will find Top’s Kitchen (another kitchen distributor) and in the surrounding areas there are plenty of kitchen cabinet suppliers with better customer service.

We ordered cabinets for a job from Torrente and the white cabinet doors began to turn a yellow color. After a few months trying to get some resolution to our situation they told us that the no longer sell that product due to the yellowing. When asked if they could give us a discount on new cabinets or new doors to replace their defective productsts they said they could not help us.

I wouldn't recommend this business for regular consumers unfamiliar with materials or design names; it's geared more towards experienced contractors. Despite providing pictures and pointing out the piece I needed, there was confusion between a filler and a decoration piece. Despite efforts to rectify the situation, the company was unwilling to refund my order due to the front desk's lack of knowledge. Their customer service lacked empathy and understanding. I had to resort to a credit card claim to receive resolution, which I eventually won. To address owner comments, I never took the item he said I want free. When I arrived and saw the item I didn’t want, The warehouse staff clarified the item I needed was different and he educated me that is was The decoration piece, not a filler after showing the pictures. After couple exchanges by email we couldn’t get the issue resolved and didn’t want to pick up item that I didn’t need. This matter could have been prevented if the front desk have the same knowledge on some of the other team members.

Bad customer service. They told me if I didn't like the service then I can go some place else. The delivery is always very delayed. The merchandise paint its uneven and they don't do exchanges. At the office over Oakland park. The office over Medley are field with very nice people. Thank you Kelo and sisters.

I bought this beautiful Italian style made in Usa kirchen. i have never given 5 star away but from the first moment i walked in to Torrente i got this out standing service from Roxanne she help me out to pick the right color and did a free 3D imagine for my new kitchen. After 4 days Valentin delivered and installed the kitchen what a perfect job he did. I'm so happy thanks again!!!! definitely recommended

Torrente Kitchen has great customer service however their products are okay. Our white cabinets have two different shades of white- the doors are all the same shade of white, but when you open all the doors you can see the difference inside. :( The wood was damaged in some areas. We had to buy our own cabinet screws to put the cabinets together. The nails for cabinet handles were not the right size. Overall I give them a rating of 3 starts. We didn't pay retail prices, but they were still not cheap and the expectation that we had was a little higher.
