I’m extremely upset and displeased with my experience here. First, according to Tops in Countertops Inc. we had to install our own bracket directly into the stud (which required us drilling a hole into our wall and spending more money on top of the cost of the project already for the bracket and to patch the wall) and send pictures for approval before the would agree to install the granite. Second, everyone who works there keeps mentioning “we don’t do plumbing” so they couldn’t reconnect our plumbing under the sink that they disconnected on the day of our install. And as we go to reconnect everything we find out that the faucet we purchased from them is not adaptable to the our preexisting water lines under the sink. So now, we have to pay for a plumber…and we’re still without water in our bathroom. Just know if you hire this company, you’re going to need to do a lot of your own work and research and basically become a contractor and a plumber….what did I pay you guys for?

We had Tops In Countertops do the countertops in our new build...the kitchen with an oversized island, 4 bathrooms, mudroom and full sized bar. They were so helpful in the decision making process and did a beautiful job in a reasonable amount of time, in spite of the pandemic, which seemed to slow down other aspects of the build. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat. A special thanks to Gary for all your help and patience!

We have had our counter tops for a few years already. We ordered it through lowes. They were not the cheapest but reasonably priced. The guys had to come out at least 3xs because everytime they came out we seen flaws. That should have been a sign that these were not good counters. We finally got inpatient because we were without kitchen tops for so long that we finally approved our quartz tops with 1 scratch. Well not so long after did we see a chip, then a crack. The paperwork we signed does not warrant against these items. They actually have a long list of what they won't cover (go figure) so we left it alone. Well, now and behold we have another chip. We are not hard on our countertops so not sure why this keeps happening. We love the look but not happy about the material at all. We were told quartz was durable and one of the best. Lol, nope not ours.

We are not happy.
Pros:
1. Their price was reasonable comparing to the other companies we got quote from.
2. They were on time and did not miss the deadline.
3. They will come back to resolve residual issues quickly
Cons:
1. There were a few scratches and dints on the counter tops when they installed it and we noticed them after they left.
2. They didn’t do the measurements right. We tried to put things in their original place, but the stove did not fit in its place.
3. They came back to repair the scratches and dents and cut the countertop exes so the stove would fit in its original place, but they removed the whole countertop and took it outside and they broke the stone in half below the sink, and they glued the crack (which is visible).
4. Also, they were not respectful of the property and their muddy shoes prints were all over the carpet which we had to spend money to have someone to come and clean them.
5. They did not wear mask inside our house although we were wearing masks.

Tops In Countertops installed our quartz countertops through Lowes. The office staff was professional and prompt with all correspondence. The crew was extremely friendly, answered questions, and the final product looked flawless. I had an unrelated issue with the countertops due to Home Depot's appliance install crew, and Tops sent out the same crew (we requested them) to fix the problem. Perfect experience from beginning to end.

First off, we really like the product we chose. The people at Crossville were very helpful and friendly when we were choosing our slabs and backsplash, etc. As for Tops in Countertops, after many emails to get the correct estimate, we finalized and paid in full upon request. The installers were very nice. Three of the pieces out of six broke upon installation. We are still very worried about using the countertops! The installers did a nice job of glueing them back together. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. Due to the broken slabs their 4-5 hr job turned into a 9 hour job. We'd requested a specific type, although not custom, edge to our countertops. They were not formed with that request in mind. We were told we could see the drawing and placement on the slabs prior to installation and that did not happen. It's too bad, because they put a vein on a corner, which is where it broke. and they put the most colorful part in a place that is generally covered on our countertops by an appliance. So, the highlighted areas aren't in very great positions. I'm surprised that after spending thousands of dollars on countertops and such the salesperson or company hasn't called to see how we like our countertops. For those reasons we will not recommend them to our friends, nor will we use them when we do the rest of our remodeling.
