Jackson and Jalisson, the brothers who own the countertop firm, came from humble beginnings in a poor region of Brazil. They each acquired their expertise while working for separate Boston-area granite producers before deciding to establish a partnership. That allows them to position Timeless Stone as a leader in the Connecticut countertop market. For over 15 years, the company has served a diverse clientele who have put their faith on its vision for countertops. Starting with sourcing premium materials and ending with a flawless installation, they leave no stone unturned. In order to provide the customers with the greatest experience, they design and fabricate countertops on-site.

From start to finish my experience with Timeless Stone was phenomenal. Excellent service from Jennifer helping me select the perfect option for my countertop. On the spot, they cut a small sample from the slab I selected which was something previous stone companies I had visited did not offer. Their price was much better and I would never look elsewhere. Wonderful company all around!

I am very disappointed with my experience here. I was recommended to timeless stone by a fellow contractor. He said they would take care of me. I picked out the stone I liked and choose some additional options. The project I was working on changed in timeline. I asked Jackson if I could template the granite and pickup to meet my deadline. He said sure no problem. Long story short when I went to pickup the piece and it was wrong but I accepted it anyways. When the final bill came in there was only a 100 dollar credit to not template and install the granite. I spoke with Jackson about how that seemed a little low and he was very rude. I explained how that cannot be right for a crew to drive to my house and install for $50.00. He would not budge on the price and did not care. I was going to have them provide my kitchen granite and other pieces in the house but not after this. Very disappointed and rude service.

The company who did our kitchen cabinets sent us to Timeless Stone to pick out our granite countertop. We are so glad they did!!! From Jennifer who we met with to pick it out, to Leo who came and measured (he was spot on with his measurements!!!!) to the crew who just left that installed it, THANK YOU!!! Everyone at Timeless is so nice, professional and their work is awesome!!! I never thought I would have granite countertops so I am thrilled at how beautiful they look. Go to Timeless Stone first! They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and stocked with a great variety of stone. I am not at all talented in the area of kitchen/bathroom design, but a few strolls through Timeless Stone's collections, and with Jennifer's guidance, I selected the beautiful counter and vanity tops I now have. From selection to installation, they deserve 5 stars!

Positives: 1. High quality granite. 2. Good Customer service. Negatives 1. Tardiness, they were late on the day to take measurements and late again for the install. While I understand some jobs may cause delays, the company needs to do a better job at scheduling time slots to limit this issue. 2. Attention to detail, while selecting the style of granite I needed for my kitchen counter with the showroom representative at the Bloomfield store. I made it clear that I needed brackets to ensure the dishwasher sits flush under the new counter. I was told it would be taken care of. I brought it up again on measurement day with the individual taking measurements. He said the install team will come with the dishwasher brackets and get it done. After the install team was done I noticed that the dishwasher was left without the brackets, I brought it to their attention, they informed me that the brackets were never included in the notes so it was not loaded onto the van. They told me I would have to call in to re-schedule a bracket install. I am not dissatisfied, not completely satisfied, I would say I am somewhat satisfied. Install was done today 10/14/21 Update: 10/28/21 The team came out to complete the brackets for the dishwasher on 10/15/21. At this point I am satisfied with the granite countertops installed. It looks really good and gave my kitchen a 2021 look.

Timeless Stone helped us match the existing island in our house to replace the laminate countertops. The counters look like they were always meant to be that way. The installation went great even with a hiccup of one of the backsplash pieces being short. It was a long day but everything was installed same day. The price could not be beat.

Let me say that I️ do not write reviews. However, working with Timeless has been such a great experience that I️ want everyone to know how amazing these guys are. They care deeply about customer satisfaction- their work is great, but if an issue arises, they will do whatever it takes to address it the way that the customer chooses. They are easy to work with, they are punctual, they get jobs done quickly and professionally! They did our kitchen and two of our bathrooms and they all look amazing! I️ highly recommend them.

TS was recommended to me by my contractor. He said it had the best selection. I wanted to make sure bc it seemed small so I went to two other larger stone shops. Hands down TS had the most beautiful stone counter selection. Jason, one of the owners was incredible. He explained everything about all the different stone options; their pros and cons. He was so patient and kind!! I love the quartzite stone I picked. I did not see anything nearly as pretty at the other shops.

I can't speak more highly about my experience with Timeless Stone. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and assisted by Danielle, who was great in helping determine the type of stone we were interested in (I think I changed my mind more times than I could count and Danielle was SO patient). She cheerfully showed us all of our options in various price ranges, colors and finishes, and Timeless Stone had a LOT of options to choose from. We chose a beautiful quartzite (quartz/marble) in Fantasy Leather Brown. When we came back to have our layout completed, Jackson, one of the owners, worked with us to ensure our slabs would match up and be cut perfectly so (and it was!). On top of the incredible service we received, the installation came out beautifully and all at a fantastic price. We will definitely return to Timeless Stone in the future for other projects. Thank you for being the easiest part of our kitchen remodel!

We just used Timeless to install quartz countertops and some other custom stonework work in our bathroom and they were a pleasure to do business with. If you are looking for marble look quartz they have the best selection around and their pricing for the bathroom vanity deal was better than the big box stores. I loved that they included the sinks too- so easy. Our contractor was a nightmare to deal with and they basically took this over for us and delivered a gorgeous end product.

Timeless Stone was very patient with us as we took our time making decisions about new granite countertops and now backsplash options. We have a small kitchen, and I'm sure that they have significantly bigger jobs, but we were never made to feel anything less than a valued customer. The inside team was courteous and professional, and the installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and clean - even though they did some drilling on-site as we hadn't been prepared with a faucet when they came out to do the template. Counters are in and look beautiful - Thank you!!

A friend recommended Timeless Stone to me when I mentioned that I was in the process of renovating my kitchen. When I went to their website, it didn't appear as if you needed to make an appointment if you visited on a weekday. So, one random Wednesday, I stopped at their showroom during my lunch hour. The door was open, but there was literally no one around. I yelled "hello" but got no answer and left. Refusing to give up, I called ahead and made an appointment to make sure that someone would be there to talk to me. Upon coming in my second time, the Sales girl took me into their stock rooms to show me the slabs of granite that they had on hand and provided me with the pricing. I felt rushed through the entire process, but I did see some things that I actually liked. So, based on that I later made a THIRD appointment to come in and look again, promising myself that I would not let this girl rush me around again. With that mindset, I was able to place my order and felt like I got a reasonable price. This girl needs some lessons in better customer service. When it came time to do the templating, the guys that came were VERY quick, efficient, and professional. It was clear that this wasn't their first rodeo and calmed any nervousness I had about shelling out all they money I was about to spend. Once the install was complete, my counters look amazing! I could not be happier with the finished product - they were able to get the countertop into my kitchen in one piece - no seams - which was an appreciated feat of skill. Great job!

Unfortunately we had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. What was supposed to be a simple countertop installation turned into a months-long nightmare. At first, the communication was fantastic, then things quickly shifted when the scheduled first installation went south. They showed up very late, and the team was extremely unprofessional. It was all jokes when they cut up my lawn with their large truck as they entered my property through the grass. To make matters worse, they broke our main stone in half. I had to chase them down for updates constantly. When they finally did the replacement, the measurements were off, and the stone did not fit properly. To make matters worse, the finish was rough and dull in places with several gouges and chipped throughout. They promised to come back and fix it, but that never happened. Calls and emails have gone unanswered since. I expected professional work and got something that looked like a rushed DIY project. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually takes pride in their craft

As a long time interior designer , I brought one of my clients to Timeless Stone after they were recommended by a contractor whom I have worked with over the years. I am now very sorry I did. I will never recommend them again. My client picked out nice granite for her kitchen from their good selection. The installation went badly because the installers broke a working appliance. What really is unprofessional is what happened next. An occasional mistake can be forgiven, but they have not done anything to make amends for it. I have called them myself several times and the woman who answered acknowledged they needed to deal with my client, but the owners never have. They have avoided both my client and me. I do not like being made to look unprofessional. I will now use other granite suppliers in the future.

Things must have changed a lot at this place. I planned to purchase new granite countertops here because a friend recently bought some beautiful granite at this store. Unfortunately the installers damaged an appliance during the installation process at her house. What concerned me was how the owner dealt with this. His responses to her--when he responded at all--were surly and evasive. She still hasn't been compensated at all for the damage. Life is too short, and there are plenty of nice granite shops out there. Seeing her experience with this company, I took my business elsewhere. Glad I did.

Beware of Timeless Stone! While their granite selection is good and the sales process is ok, the granite installers broke an older, but working dishwasher that had just passed a home inspection, so I know the dishwaher was working fine. . They have "disappeared" and have not responded to my emails nor phone calls from my decorator. I had to buy a new dishwasher because of them, and they had not done anything to reimburse me for their carelessness. Their installer noted that he knew they damaged the dishwasher, but the owners have not dealt with their problem, which was 2 months ago. The owner, Jackson, said he knew he had to "work with me", but then disappeared. Not every installation goes perfectly, and that is when a reputable business makes amends without having to go to court. I would strongly advise going somewhere else for your granite!
