Terrible customer service, unhelpful and rude. Not interested in my business, with so many tile stores in the area take your pick but don’t bother coming into this store unless you want to be dismissed as unimportant if your job is not perceived as being large enough to be worth their time.

Strange service. The counter person was more interested in asking me about my mask, saying, “There is no such thing as covid. The CDC said so.” I promptly left without looking at any tile.

I barely ever write reviews but this is definitely deserving of one! I started my search for new countertops and I got a lot of quotes...I mean a lot. I had my heart set on a calacatta quartz and I learned most vendors charge a similar price point per quartz slab. The biggest difference in price was in labor. I decided to go with Tiles Warehouse because Steven gave me the best vibe, the best price on labor, and the quickest turnaround time. Sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong! My beautiful new quartz countertops were installed before I knew it and I was thrilled! Steven and his installers were knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job! I was very happy with the final product! So, naturally, when I needed tile for my kitchen backsplash, I returned to Tiles Warehouse to check out Steven’s tile. I showed him what I liked and he found something comparable and even gave me an amazing price on a beautiful, intricate marble herringbone! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of allowing someone with minimal tile experience to install the backsplash and it didn’t turn out well. I was crushed. Enter Steven and David to the rescue! Steven came out and looked at my tile and assured me that they could remove the tile and install new tile correctly. Although I was concerned that my expectations were a little bit too high for this intricate marble tile, I decided to reorder the same tile and try again. David and his crew came out removed the old tile and did a beautiful job installing the new tile! I was so worried that I would regret redoing the tile, but my only regret is that I didn’t let them do the tile the first time around! If you need tile or countertops, go to Tiles Warehouse and talk to Steven. If you don’t have an installer that you’re confident in, go and talk to Steven. You won’t regret it! I’ll definitely be using them for my future bathroom projects!!!

This was a wonderful experience! Steve was so helpful with any questions we had and made this great. After 30 years we really needed new counters but needed what would work in our old fashion kitchen. I have to say the job that was done far exceeded my expectations. I so love them! I looked at several places but did not find what would be good for us until we met Steve he was low pressure but helpful. Thanks the the whole team. We love our new kitchen!

My husband and I had been shopping for weeks and weeks searching for a countertop for our kitchen remodel. We had collected numerous bids, had looked at dozens of samples of quartz (the material we thought we wanted for our countertop) and still were no closer to a final decision. That was until we drove by Tile Warehouse and saw a big sale sign and decided to see what this company had to offer. We are so glad we did!! We met Steven and he graciously and patiently educated us about quartz vs granite countertops and what is the best material for kitchens. After our tutorial we toured the slab yard that had some very beautiful slabs of granite and other natural stone. There were so many different slabs of all colors and patterns to choose from and at excellent prices my husband and I could not decide. So Steven kindly retrieved a cabinet door of similar color and style that we have in our new kitchen and held it to the various slabs that we liked and that has made all the difference. We were able to choose a beautiful granite slab that complimented our new kitchen cabinets!! Besides Steven's excellent customer service and going out of his way to make sure that we are satisfied customers he made sure that we had a product that was not only a beautiful quality product but also a product that fit into our budget. Since we were so satisfied with our granite countertop top we have returned to Tile Warehouse for glass subway tile for our backslash which is once again absolutely top quality and budget friendly. Thank you Steven!

I found the perfect slabs of granite there for my kitchen. Steven was excellent with communication, and helping me lay out the kitchen to use the fewest slabs possible. He kept in contact throughout the process (from selecting slabs to the installation), and I am SO happy with the final product!! I am already getting a bunch of complements on my counters!!

It's been a few years since the demo and installation of granite in our house, and I am still smile when I see my counters. The service was on time and the work was excellent. They somehow were able to avoid the ugliest part of the slab and use the best looking parts. There have been no problems. Counters are level and there are no cracks. My hint is to choose a slab pattern that hides stains and spills. I highly recommend Tiles Warehouse in Concord!

My husband and I have been thinking about remodeling our bathroom and have been to different places looking for the right tiles to use. Since I had a lot of questions I was not getting a lot of help. I came across Tiles Warehouse on Yelp. I had apprehension when I read all the negative reviews but I had to see for myself because the pictures of all tiles on the website was very appealing. When I visited I spoke to Steven. Right away I told him I had a lot of questions and he said no problem and how could he help. I told him I was interested in doing a bathroom remodel but I wanted to use the right tiles for such a high traffic area that would offer beauty, durability and of course not too costly. Steven answered all my questions and he was very kind and patient. I even told him that I have to come back with my husband and he said that he understood and said I could call him if I had anymore questions. I was very satisfied with the answers and I am sure that my husband will be too and would want to do our bathroom project with Tiles Warehouse.

This place can help you actualize your vision. I accompanied my friend here as I was supporting her in her quest to remodel. She had somewhat of an idea of what she wanted and Steven helped get her to exactly what she wanted and what she never for her vision to be. He was super knowledgeable and with his help, she was able to find a perfect piece a natural slab that accented her kitchen and highlighted her new island project. If you want quality this is the place to come. I'm going to use their services for my next project I already have in mind.

My wife and I had been looking for granite to replace our old tile counters in our kitchen. We looked at businesses which sold only slabs, some that sold only pre-made lengths, a few that only did fabrication, and a few which both sold granite and also did the fabrication. We visited Tiles Warehouse as they had done a family member's counters a few years ago and they both sell and do the fabrication/installation. Their inventory of granite slabs was not nearly as large as some other places but we really liked their selection. We picked out a granite which we love. Steven, the owner, was fun to work with and knowledgeable and the fabrication crew led by Eduardo did a beautiful job. We highly recommend this business.

Thanks Steven! I am so glad we went with Tiles Warehouse to do the stone in our kitchen, we have an amazing kitchen now! We had no issues whatsoever with you or your employees, you were all very friendly, approachable, respectful and above all professional, you offer a great selection of both man made and natural stones and your pricing and service was better than many of the other yards that I visited around the Bay Area, as a matter of fact if it weren't for you I would have gone a complete different direction in my selection... but because you helped me to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of natural stone, I feel we made a much better choice for our home! And!!! We get to look at this one of a kind "Exotic Stone Masterpiece" on our countertops and backsplash every day, I almost can't believe it's my kitchen! Thanks again Steven, we'll definitely be back for our next project.

We purchased tile for our kitchen to go with our new counter top. Steven was very helpful with ideas and we left very confident in our choice of tile and color. We had gone to some big box stores as suggested by others and all three times we waited and waited, went to look for help and never got any. We would much rather support a local small business with the personal touch and customer service we received at Tiles Warehouse. We will be back when we start our next project!

We just had our old tile countertop updated to a beautiful quartzite finish. This is a wonderful company to work with. The owner, Steven, is just so accommodating and absolutely wants to make your project a success. Steven was excellent at communication throughout our project and continually spoke with us to ensure we were happy as we progressed. The showroom is beautiful with a wide selection of various tiles and stone surfaces to choose from. We also purchased a new sink and faucet from Steven. His crew, Edwardo and Uriel, were super nice and extremely skilled. Our cabinet and trim required some modification to install the new sink but the crew quickly adapted to the situation and made perfect modifications to ensure a good installation. I was somewhat worried about the installation due to tight dimensions but Steven was confident and reassuring all would be fine--and it was. Steven also referred a great plumber to us for the reconnect of the plumbing-- JC Plumbing from Pinole #925 708-6647. Jason was just great also and I'll write a separate Yelp review for him. If you need tile or beautiful stone work for your home, Tiles Warehouse is where you want to go.

We shopped around quite a bit to find new countertops for our kitchen remodel. We were specifically looking for 3cm which gets extremely heavy for our oversized and odd shaped kitchen island that takes up almost an entire slab. Finding the right size for us and finding it in 3cm was no easy feat. We found the selection at Tiles Warehouse to be outstanding and the pricing to be the best we'd seen around! Steven helped us patiently as we browsed through his large collection to find just the right quartz style we were looking for. He put in quite a bit of effort to countlessly look up and call his distributors to check pricing and availability (which was affected by many due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Steven is a smart guy and explained everything well, and gave us lots of tips on the rest of our entire kitchen DIY renovation. He was even flexible with us adding an additional annex countertop to the kitchen at the last minute. Fabrication and installation were a breeze too, it seems he thoroughly vets the crew he works with. Ours were done by Eduardo and his team. Steven organized the entire process to be effortless and breeze for us. The countertops were ready and installed quickly after we ordered the slabs and had the kitchen measured (it would have been quicker if we didn't ask for a few more days for us to wrap up some outstanding reno work). They did an overall amazing job and paid great attention to detail. We'd definitely choose Tiles Warehouse again!

ABOVE AND BEYOND! We have purchased tile from Steven at Tiles Warehouse on two occasions ~ once for a master bathroom remodel in our Lafayette home and a second time for a new home we are building in British Columbia, Canada. Both purchases were marbles and Italian porcelain tiles. Steven has an impressive selection of both. As important as the amazing tile selection is, the customer service and support provided by Steven is second to none. We needed to export our recent marble tile purchase to Canada for our build. Due to the pandemic related border closure this was a big hurdle for me. Steven took charge of carefully repacking all the tile, engaged the commercial shipping company and customs broker. He safely transported our beautiful tiles to British Columbia in perfect condition! We are very grateful for the amazing service, commitment and beautiful product we received from Tiles Warehouse. We highly recommend this shop! Thank you, Steven

Great variety of tile and what's more important - exotic slabs. Looked through various shops and all sell the same slabs from MSI and some other well established stone manufactures. Steve has really exotic slabs you will not find anywhere close. Purchased tile for bathroom project and 2 exotic slabs for kitchen project which came out fabulous. Slab fabrication and installation was done within reasonable time after the request and all looks very good.

Steve at Tiles Warehouse was highly recommended to us by a close friend who had worked with him on several home projects and remodels. The recommendation served us VERY well in our own home remodel project. We had already purchased from a different vendor beautiful granite slabs for our new kitchen and we needed assistance in some complicated fabrication work. (We were not acquainted with Tiles Warehouse when we made our purchase; otherwise, we would have considered buying from them.) Steve was extremely responsive to our needs and equally creative in his recommendations for fabrication. We had a matching pair of granite slabs plus an additional one, but we truly wanted one of the two matched slabs as our central island. Steve was able to use the two "mismatched" slabs to fabricate the countertops around the perimeter of our large kitchen. The seams are basically invisible. I don't know how he was able to make the pattern appear as if it were in a single slab when there were two seamed together but that is precisely the result he achieved. I recommend Tiles Warehouse highly for remodel or new construction work. Very skilled and very responsive. Rates are competitive.

The value in coming to THIS business for your granite and slab needs is that they offer a remarkable selection of natural stones. Very exotic and interesting slabs which, frankly I haven't seen elsewhere. Steven, who runs the business is extremely knowledgeable and patient. We purchased the slabs when we were still framing and it was another six months before they could be cut and installed. Steven was very accommodating to my needs and let me choose where I wanted the cuts to be mad and which parts of which slabs I wanted to use. The installation crew was a dream. they were incredibly polite, thorough and good at what they did, not rushing anything even though on both days they worked until 7:00 p.m. I could tell they were getting hungry and tired - it was Friday night, and yet their attention to detail and the care they took to make sure every seam was right was extraordinary. I can highly recommend this business if you are in the North Bay and are looking for natural stone.

They didn't try to push us toward their larger slab stacks. I also bought stacked stone pieces for the backsplash. They have a good selection of natural stone. Karen was really helpful - when our ordered stone came in we were traveling and so busy with another project - she called me repeatedly to remind me it had come in. They have really beautiful tile and granite to choose from. We'll choose them for the kitchen remodel planned for this summer.

Steven is amazing! I stopped by his shop in Concord and found the most amazing assortment of counter top materials. I eventually chose the Portuguese Marble. The quality of his pieces far surpassed all the other shops I visited. But when it came to the workmanship and the install- best experience that I had in the whole house remodeling process. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was superb. Additionally we had a great conversation and he is an incredibly interesting person. I highly recommend his services. Totally impressed!! Thank you!

I recently used this company for a slab of Quartzite for a Kitchen island, we searched all over the bay area looking for what we wanted, most places all had the same styles but this place had very high end and unique slabs. The owner is there all the time to discuss options and very helpful, they install was incredible, they took their time and made perfect cuts for the rangetop install, could not be happier. They know what they are doing, I highly recommend them. Keep in mind it takes about 2 weeks after you pick the stone for install, they are busy but are worth the wait

My husband and I were looking for some sort of stone countertop for our kitchen. Tiles Warehouse had a very nice selection, and the customer service far outshined any other place we looked. Both Steven the owner and Jason the sales rep., were very curtious and helpful. We got our Brazilian Quarzite and a new stainless sink installed today, and love it! I highly recommend it.

We recently completed a remodel on our home and after receiving over 10 quotes to install our Caesarstone kitchen countertop, we hired Steven and his company, Tiles Warehouse. We could not be happier! In order to install Caesarstone, the installer has to have completed training with the company and be certified to install their product. Steven is not only certified, but is tremendously knowledgeable about the various countertop surfaces, both quartz and granite, and was a true pleasure to work with. Steven kept in continuous contact with us about the status of our job and even texted us photos of our slabs once they arrived at his warehouse. On the day of the install he was at our home overseeing the installation and ensuring that the job was done meticulously. Once completed, Steven reached out to us to make sure that we were satisfied. Did I mention that his bid was actually the lowest? Amazing! We have a second job on the horizon and I look forward to working with the Steven and the team at Tiles Warehouse again. We give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work and product at a reasonable price. Kudos!

This place is a good find! I was driving around looking for a place I went to years ago and stumbled on Tiles Warehouse. Jason was working there and showed me their soapstone, which I love! I saw a sink in their showroom that day and, after researching sinks, I came back and bought it! It is a beautiful kitchen sink, very good quality, and the price was very reasonable. This time I noticed a nice selection of tile that looks like hardwood. The prices looked very reasonable - now I just need a place to install it! I met Stephen, the owner, Jason, and one other employee. ALL are VERY nice and very helpful. Tiles Warehouse is a place I would definitely refer others to - highly recommend.

Stephen helped me make a beautiful choice of stone in my master bathroom. The existing stone was travertine and I wasn't sure if I wanted to go with the same type of stone or add some "pop" by using a more distinctive stone on the shelves. It was a smaller job and I'm glad Stephen treated me like it was his only job! Stephen, The stone shelves turned out beautiful! Thank you so much for such great service!! Your prices were reasonable also. I really appreciated your artistic eye, attention to detail, enthusiasm for what you do and your kindness & patience in my decision process! - KV

When I first decided to replace my countertops, I started at the bargain prefab granite spot. After one of the larger outfits couldn't meet my schedule, not to mention their void in customer service, I looked elsewhere. I am so glad that I did because Tiles Warehouse came through with beautiful custom granite, met my tight schedule and was only slightly more than the subpar prefab spot. They even helped me with the design of the backsplash by pointing out the intricacies that I didn't understand such as texture, finish, color, etc. Before making a purchase, take a trip here and ask for Steven, he will take care of you.

As anyone who has gone through the process of picking a slab for a countertop can tell you, it can be an agonizing experience. Is it the right material, how will it look when it is installed, does it match the color schemes you are working with. That's where Tile Warehouse excels. Not only did they have a selection of the most beautiful slabs we had ever seen, Steven and his staff helped us every step of the way, and made our decision process very easy. The very unique Brazilian Quartzite that we picked, has made our new kitchen world class. Fredy and his crew took their time to insure the installation was perfect, and left our kitchen spotless. If you're looking for the "personal touch" and excellent customer service, we highly recommend the Tile Warehouse.

It is a rarity to find someone like Steven and his crew to work with. He was professional, courteous, caring, understanding, and punctual. His communication throughout the job was impeccable. He answered every text and every call (and I made a lot!) I made to him if not then and there a few minutes later. Always bearing a smile he helped us select the perfect slabs and edges to complement our designs. He is very patient and understanding. The install crew were at my house until 8pm making sure that everything was PERFECT!! The only seam in the whole huge countertop was invisible. The hand chipped edge turned out flawless and better than I could have ever hoped for. We also had Steven and his crew fab an intricate desktop cover and it fit perfect the first time with no modifications. It looks astounding!! If all of that wasn't enough, Steven showed the utmost integrity at the very end of the job. He had sold us at my request a bottle of sealer/cleaner for our new countertops. When he found out that there was a more cost effective avenue to purchase the sealer, he sent me a personal check for the full purchase amount of the sealer without me even asking and said he didn't feel right selling it to me and to keep the bottle as a parting gift!!! Hats off to Steven and the crew at Tiles warehouse, one of the best companies in California!! I will without a doubt recommend them to anyone I know starting any tile or countertop project!! We are extremely pleased with the job that Stephen and his excellent team at Tiles Warehouse did for us. They installed beautiful countertops and backsplash in our kitchen and also a new countertop for our laundry room sink. The kitchen remodel included converting the two tier island to a single level. All work was done with great skill and care. We love the look of our remodeled kitchen!

I purchased a few items for my condo, including floor and wall tiles that my contractor did and a wonderful custom granite slab for the kitchen that Stephen custom cut and installed along with the backsplash (around 2 plugs & switches.) Stephen even allowed me to block out the areas I liked on the slab for individual installation. The prices were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Installation was top notch and the end product was amazing! It was exactly as I envisioned it. They have a large selection of tiles and stone, much better and more unique than the warehouse stores. Overall, a winner!

Tiles Warehouse is fantastic. Steven has a wonderful selection and the prices are reasonable. We looked around at many different slab yards across the Bay Area, but no one else had the variety and flexibility of Tiles Warehouse. We redid 4 bathrooms and a wetbar. We wanted each to have a unique and distinct look. If we were to have went with any other slab supplier we would not have been able to do that. Tiles Warehouse allows you to buy 1/2 and 1/4 slabs. Most other suppliers require you to buy an entire slab. Additionally, since they do the fabrication in house, you are not having to pay for a slab pick up fee. We would highly recommend Tiles Warehouse to anyone.

During our kitchen remodel I was agonizing over countertops. I was leaning toward quartz but I could just not get past the uniformity of the patterns. I wanted something that was stunning. I am extremely picky and had spent many hours looking at quartz and granite and was not happy with anything I had seen at the local granite stores. My wife had been by Tiles Warehouse and liked what she saw so I decided to go check it out. The first slab I saw I knew was the one. It was amazing. Steven worked with me all through the process as I had many questions and a few changes. We were able to pick exactly what sections of the slabs went where so we got the exact look we wanted. The installation was flawless. Fredy is the man. I could have had granite installed for less, but paying a bit extra was well worth it to get exactly what I wanted.
