I barely ever write reviews but this is definitely deserving of one! I started my search for new countertops and I got a lot of quotes...I mean a lot. I had my heart set on a calacatta quartz and I learned most vendors charge a similar price point per quartz slab. The biggest difference in price was in labor. I decided to go with Tiles Warehouse because Steven gave me the best vibe, the best price on labor, and the quickest turnaround time. Sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong! My beautiful new quartz countertops were installed before I knew it and I was thrilled! Steven and his installers were knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job! I was very happy with the final product! So, naturally, when I needed tile for my kitchen backsplash, I returned to Tiles Warehouse to check out Steven’s tile. I showed him what I liked and he found something comparable and even gave me an amazing price on a beautiful, intricate marble herringbone! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of allowing someone with minimal tile experience to install the backsplash and it didn’t turn out well. I was crushed. Enter Steven and David to the rescue! Steven came out and looked at my tile and assured me that they could remove the tile and install new tile correctly. Although I was concerned that my expectations were a little bit too high for this intricate marble tile, I decided to reorder the same tile and try again. David and his crew came out removed the old tile and did a beautiful job installing the new tile! I was so worried that I would regret redoing the tile, but my only regret is that I didn’t let them do the tile the first time around! If you need tile or countertops, go to Tiles Warehouse and talk to Steven. If you don’t have an installer that you’re confident in, go and talk to Steven. You won’t regret it! I’ll definitely be using them for my future bathroom projects!!!

Steven helped us pick out our Quartzsite counters, the back splash, a composite sink and the faucet. Everything looks great. His team installed the counters. His prices were competitive with the larger stores.

This was a wonderful experience! Steve was so helpful with any questions we had and made this great. After 30 years we really needed new counters but needed what would work in our old fashion kitchen. I have to say the job that was done far exceeded my expectations. I so love them! My husband and I had been shopping for weeks and weeks searching for a countertop for our kitchen remodel. We had collected numerous bids, had looked at dozens of samples of quartz (the material we thought we wanted for our countertop) and still were no closer to a final decision. That was until we drove by Tile Warehouse and saw a big sale sign and decided to see what this company had to offer. We are so glad we did!! We met Steven and he graciously and patiently educated us about quartz vs granite countertops and what is the best material for kitchens. After our tutorial we toured the slab yard that had some very beautiful slabs of granite and other natural stone. There were so many different slabs of all colors and patterns to choose from and at excellent prices my husband and I could not decide. So Steven kindly retrieved a cabinet door of similar color and style that we have in our new kitchen and held it to the various slabs that we liked and that has made all the difference. We were able to choose a beautiful granite slab that complimented our new kitchen cabinets!! Besides Steven's excellent customer service and going out of his way to make sure that we are satisfied customers he made sure that we had a product that was not only a beautiful quality product but also a product that fit into our budget. Since we were so satisfied with our granite countertop top we have returned to Tile Warehouse for glass subway tile for our backslash which is once again absolutely top quality and budget friendly. We needed tiling of the front porch entry to our home. Steven was very welcoming and has a great product selection and led us to easily select our tiles. The price was very reasonable compared to others and his installation team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and did an expert job--true craftsmen!!

Friendly prompt service and an unbeatable price. Steven was excellent to work with and since my project was on the smaller side he was able to give me a turnaround of less than a week! We love the finished product and look forward to working with them when we eventually re-do our kitchen!

I found the perfect slabs of granite there for my kitchen. Steven was excellent with communication, and helping me lay out the kitchen to use the fewest slabs possible. He kept in contact throughout the process (from selecting slabs to the installation), and I am SO happy with the final product!! I am already getting a bunch of complements on my counters!!
