Tile & Stone of Syracuse is a wonderful company for countertops! We shopped around and they had the best pricing by far and comparable designs to other suppliers. The whole process took a month from scheduling, to measuring and installing. Makin is so nice and easy to work with, and the installers are quick, efficient and clean, very nice as well! This was our first home renovation, but it will not be our last, and we intend to work with Tile & Stone for every project! Thank you Tile & Stone!

The customer service was amazing (Makin) and the time frame from measurement to install was 4 business days. The installation was done professionally and they take great care to keep everything clean and neat. They even washed the countertops when finished. Wonderful experience!

They were great from start to finish. The staff was so helpful and worked with me the entire time. Makin was the one I did most of the talking to also. The men who did the home measurement and install were great also.

Just had my countertops professionally installed by Tile & Stone of Syracuse. They look fabulous. This was a great company to work with. My cabinets were installed in a timely fashion and at an affordable price. The young men that did the install were courteous, on time and cared deeply about the work they were doing. Fantastic customer service. The quality of the work is simply outstanding. From the start, Macon and others were honest, straight forward and NO high sales pitches. The work was done in a very timely manner. The installers were on time and very polite. No mess left behind. The craftsmanship was excellent. Overall Grade A+.

While making small upgrades to our kitchen over the past year, I needed some cuts done to our existing granite countertops to enlarge an opening for a new stove, and separately to fit a larger sink. For both jobs, I turned to Tile & Stone of Syracuse and they did a fantastic job. They were easy to communicate with via email and were able to get our work scheduled quickly. The people who did the work were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The work itself is clean and smooth, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I felt that the prices were reasonable and there was clear communication up front on what the cost would be before I committed to anything. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely turn to Tile & Stone of Syracuse for any future granite work!
