My wife and I are DYI folks for those things we are passionate about. We made our tile design based on what we wanted and Tile Lines had the exact products we needed. We made an appointment and talked with the consultants through email, phone and finally in person. They happen to be just a few hour drive away, but I feel comfortable that I could have easily done all of this over the phone and through email. Tile Lines was even able to customize our requests further to perfectly meet our needs. Most impressive were the Salmon tiles that were cut from California Gold slate tiles to match our California Gold slate hearth. The attached pictures show the fireplace surround in our log home. We have a salmon creek in our back yard and can now see our "pet" salmon year around. Thank you so much Tile Lines. It was a wonderful experience working with you. Our next project is making 3-4 tables to match the fireplace surround so we can complete our Salmon Tile Theme.

I have come back to this place over the last few years for many tile jobs. The staff have always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. The staff is very knowledgeable and have helped me with questions about installation, materials, and design ideas. They are always upbeat and it makes for an enjoyable environment. Tile Lines has a very nice selection of various types of tile for whatever you desire for your projects. Prices are good and you should be able to get all necessary supplies that you need for your project from here. When ordering tile they do whatever they can to make sure your tile arrives when expected. I have had nothing but very positive experiences whether I'm buying something or just browsing. This place is my go to when looking for tile.

We saw a Tile Lines booth at a home show and was really impressed with the unique tiles they had. Picked up their card so we could use them when we built our house. Although we looked at places closer to home, we always came back to Tile Lines. I was very nervous about picking out tiles myself, but I had no reason to worry. The staff spent a lot of time with me coming up with the perfect combinations. Great place!

Jill, at tile lines was super! She helped me create the bathroom I dreamed of. She ordered the tile from the vendors. In one case, the tile was out of stock and would take too long to arrive so she helped me pick an alternate. She calculated how much material I needed so I had very little left over. She worked with my contractor on picking up the materials and was available to trouble shoot problems. My bathroom turned out GREAT!!!

The 3 ADA grab bars we ordered for our new walk-in tile shower arrived well packaged and with useful instructions. We were very impressed with how they mounted and tiled in. Extremely sturdy and fairly easy to waterproof. The sizes worked great for our space (two are doubling as in shower towel bars) and have a nice, clean solid look that fits well with our minimalist design. Also the built in wash cloth holders are great! We will completely order another set when we remodel the other bathroom.

This is a great place to purchase tile! I had scoured the web for the right tile choice, and then found an excellent pattern at Tile Lines. I was assisted by Lori, who showed me many possibilities that fit my priorities, and bingo! I found the tile. Tile Lines also has lists of tile workers, along with a host of other small businesses they approve of. They made my payment quick and easy, and my tiles came in in 7 days, and were picked up by my contractor. I love the finished product, and I highly recommend tile lines.

Over the last year or so we have used Tile Lines for are major Master Bathroom remodel. Heated Floors, Wedi shower system, extensive tile work. Grouting, caulking. Excellent instruction and information kept this project moving forward. So far close to 9,000 spend at tile lines and we still need the vanity top, phony wall and Niche tops ordered. Also glass enclosure for the walk-in shower. They will be providing support for these items as well. Nice to have them so close when you need products for your build.

My contractor recommended me pay Tile Lines a visit in order to pick out some tile for my remodel. I stopped in one day to poke around and found out they are a full-service shop that helps with design, delivery, and installation; they also offer tiling classes of sorts (I haven't attended any). Not knowing it was appointment based, I made a next day appointment with Elizabeth who helped me throughout the entire process (over many days). Based on google image searching and house listings, I had a vague idea of what I wanted and Elizabeth rolled with it and helped me narrow down my choices based on design, quality, and price point. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and design of the tile we picked out. =] Thanks again, Elizabeth for your knowledge and patience in dealing with me and my cluelessness as well as Darrell? AMAZING! PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, POLITE...so helpful. After a disastrous experience on trying to work at 2 local (sister) tile stores in Albuquerque New Mexico, RABY FLOORING and FLOORING DIRECT, where I chose 2 ..ON DISPLAY tiles,patterns , I was told 1) one was discontinued and 2) "she didn't have time for this" I located TILE LINES online. On Saturday, Jill located the "discontinued " tile and I ordered it. On Monday, Leslie, helped me to revise that order and I ordered the second tile the NM store refused to do. WOW WOW WOW!!! wow, what a great experience we had at the tile line! honestly, I expected to maybe get a little information to help us with our tiling project. i couldn't have been more wrong! we walked away with way more. I have been tackling a huge remodel and struggled to find the right tile, and I wish that had been my first stop. They have knowledgable designers who seem to know where every blue tile in the place is, and that's what I was looking for. I was able to take samples home to see what each looked like in my house. I was visiting from out of town, after my 3rd episode of not being able to get tile for my bathroom project in y home state, and just dropped in. Elizabeth helped me find a wonderful tile combination that was actually in stock at the Seattle warehouse. She also helped me with design ideas even after I had returned to my home -- giving detailed suggestions about coordinating tiles, including availability in my home town. Like another reviewer said, these folks were not pushy at all, but gave good ideas and suggestions when you're searching for the right tile. I was assisted by Lori, and found a tile pattern that has worked out wonderfully for me. Tiles Lines called me as soon as my tile had arrived, and stored it until my contractor picked it up yesterday. Everything with Tile Lines went seamlessly, and I couldn't be happier. Like I told them, if I had the money right now to put the same tile down in my kitchen I'd do it! I just don't know how you can go wrong with Tile Lines. Their tile selection is great and customer service is top-notch!

If you prefer shopping small local vs big box here is an opportunity waiting. In a nutshell; great selection, very helpful staff who actually make great design suggestions, competitive pricing and great customer support. I bought a lot of special order items for a project and got delayed starting. Once I got going I realized I'd mixed up the nomenclature on a bunch of expensive special-order Schluter trim items which I couldn't use. My receipt clearly stated no returns after 30 days and no returns on special order items. So I was only hoping for a little relief when I went back and explained my situation to Darrell. He just smiled and gave me a 100% refund on the mis-ordered items and happily ordered the pieces which I still needed. That is customer service above and beyond. I won't shop tile elsewhere again; they have more than earned my loyalty.

With all the Covid-ness It's hard to want to do anything so we went here to pick out some new tiles for a remodel. The staff were great and super helpful. We had an idea what we were looking for but not wanting to spend a ton and the staff were great a guiding to similar items. They were very knowledgeable about all the things that might be needed for a bathroom remodel but were not pushy. They made sure we had options if needed or ran out of something mid project and were communicative as to when tiles should arrive/did arrive. We will def be using them again when we remodel our 2 other bathrooms.

We searched far and wide for 14X14 tile...any kind. We called tile places in 3 different cities, every shop saying they didn't have this rare shape. We finally reached Tile Lines after making our way down the list on Google and they told us to come in and see what they could do. The lady who helped us, sadly forgot her name, was so helpful!! She looked with us and suggested we look at the clearance items while she checked the computer. Low and behold we found exactly what we were looking for! Even though it was closing time, they pulled the tiles for us and did not make us feel rushed at all! Such great customer service and awesome product too! We are so thankful!

While this isn't a huge store, there is a great array of tile, incredibly helpful employees, and great prices. I found a tile I loved for $1.79 per tile (13" squares), and was able to cover my hallway and laundry room for $260 worth of product (over-bought by one box, as it was close-out tile). When I first called them for advice, they were so helpful that I decided I was making them my first tile spot...and I couldn't be happier.

Just ordered granite for all the countertops in our home. Darrell and Katy couldn't have been more helpful. Darrell even sent me to one of his suppliers to look at the various granite slabs. Then, I had an email with the complete proposal before I met with him for the finalization of the deal. I will be going back to purchase the tile for my backsplashes as soon as the granite is installed.

Tile Lines have been wonderful. So happy I found this store about 8 years ago. we attended one of their Saturday morning classes and discovered their tile prices were much cheaper than Tiles for Less. They have helped us with several projects. Last year we decided to find a good tile installer to help us finish our current project ... Laundry / Bathroom. Tile Lines has a great website with "Contractors & Installers" that customers have highly recommended. We contacted about 5 different tile installers and received quotes from 3 of them within 48 hours. Aleks was available and won our approval to do the tile work we needed to have completed ... Shower, floor & hallway. Tile Lines is a full service store. Large showroom, plenty of design help & advice, plus all the needed supplies to do the job.

We went to Tile Lines looking for tile to use in a bathroom remodel. The staff was helpful in answering our tile questions. The tile we wanted had to be ordered and they helped in this process. They also recommended a great Tile Installer (Enumclaw Tile). We didn't take any of their classes, but if we wanted to do our own tile project I would start with one of their clases.

Just attended their free floor tile class today. They hold a class every Saturday morning (typically 3 hours from what I understand). I must say they were great! Great info! Pretty much walked us from what to buy and what not to buy to putting it in and all the things from before to after you put in tile flooring. We are just learning all about tiles as we're looking to re-do our bathrooms. We have already taken the Home Depot class and this class was so much more... better in so many ways. Darren was great. We are very happy with them and their inventory of tiles. So more to come later on the business side of things when we finally do our project bathrooms. Finally found the porcelain tile I was looking for - for a very reasonable price too. Before finding Tile Lines, I had been in the market for several months and got pretty turned off by commission-hungry tile sales people in suit and tie trying to sell the most expensive item on display. Completely different experience at Tile Lines. These guys do not work on commission. They are willing to teach you everything you want to know about tiles. They have a wide selection of tiles I have not seen anywhere else. Staff was extremely helpful, professional, and certainly very knowledgeable about design options as well as different installation methods. They called when they said they would. The tiles came in when they said they would. I received samples of tiles and grout to take home to see how they look in my lighting situation. And, they happily loaded the tiles in my car. What more can you ask for?! Have experienced different staff members in person and over the phone. Each one was patient, professional, and a pleasure to talk to.

I've visited Tile Lines before, when I was doing travertine tile in 2 previous homes (bathrooms). I visited a few months ago to try to find a product to use as a tile edge for a new house project. I found a product that worked, as well as tile grout and sealer in the color I needed. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is cost. We paid almost $50 for a single 12" x 12" tile (made up on smaller pieces that we'll use as tile edging), plus the grout and sealer are less expensive elsewhere. But- they have great selection and staff is helpful. I'll be back.

This small showroom offers many possibilities. They display possible combos, in case you're starting from scratch. Otherwise, floating around with our own samples was helpful. Service- 3 different associates helped us, looking in their stock online as well. They came up with nice suggestions. Price: They claim to beat any written quote by 10%.

We have purchased tile and supplies several times over the last year. Once again we walked out of here saying to each other " What a great place!" The employees give wonderful customer service, very helpful advise, and if they do not have what you need (VERY unusual) they are happy to order it or will tell you who will have it and even print off directions on how to get there! I have continued to recommend them to everyone I know.

This used to be a good company. My recent experience will see me not coming back. Rita, where are you? I call to order tile and they say they will have it in 3 days. Then it is another week. Then it is they don't pick up tiles on Friday and to call about the order myself. When I do they made a mistake and it is yet another week. Now I have to postpone my project. Very disappointing.

We hired Tile Lines to install new quartz countertops in our kitchen, and found that they provided almost no value. After selecting our counter material and paying all of the money upfront, Tile Lines passed us off to a third-party fabricator/installer, and essentially left us on our own for the rest of the project. Tile Lines outsourced to FloForm, which is a company I would have never selected on my own -- others seem to have terrible experiences with them, and we did as well. It took FloForm five trips to the house, three installation attempts, and an extra month and a half to get the counters right (I use "right" fairly loosely here -- we're still not thrilled with all of the work). After many phone calls and emails, and a failed attempt to repair their work, FloForm agreed to replace the counters. Tile Lines offered no support throughout this process -- though they were the ones under contract with FloForm, we found ourselves managing both relationships. Tile Lines checked in with us from time to time, but left the difficult conversations to us. In the end, we wish we'd worked directly with a fabricator -- it feels as though we paid for a middle man who had no interest in that role. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

We visited the store a few times for tile and countertop. The first time they were friendly and efficient. On the third visit we had asked them to order a sample of a tile they didn't have in stock. They said they would call us when it came in. We were ignored by staff on this visit at first. The one salesperson helped us at first and then walked off and ignored us. We were going to place our countertop order when the sample came in, but they never called. The lost over $6000.00 of sales due to the lack of customer service. A complete waste of time. We ordered our countertop from another company.

Great Tile!!! Horrible Service!!!!!! Stay away from Tile Lines. We picked some tile from here and our contractor ordered it. Some of the tile had to be special ordered which takes 2 weeks to receive. After 2 weeks, we called to see if the tile was in, and they had no record of it whatsoever. Our contractor went in with the tile #, name, and purchase order to check on it. He wanted to look at a sample before reordering to make sure it was the correct tile. They said they had never heard of it and didn't have any. He told them we had looked at a sample before. So, finally, they found the sample. They did put a rush order on it, so it came in a week instead of 2 this time around. However, when he went to pick up the rest of the tile that was "in stock" the salesperson said he was too busy and would get to it when he could. Our contractor waited for 3 hours for the salesman to have time to pull this "in stock" tile. Finally, after 3 hours, our contractor told the salesman to call him when he pulled the tile and he would come back. After 30 minutes, the salesman called him and said he had pulled it, and so he had to turn around and go back. The contractor usually gets a discount on his purchases of 30% or more, but got less than 10%. (I'm thinking they upped his price to pay for the expediting shipping on the order they lost). I thought the owners would appreciate knowing what poor service we had received, so I called the owner and told him what had happened. He listened to my comments, and then his only reply was, "Well, it's good to hear the bad as well as the good." No apology whatsoever, or willing to help us in any way. So, my advice--stay away from Tile Lines.

We went into this store to buy tile etc. for a floor project. We ended in leaving pretty disgusted. Basically we were completely ignored by the store staff. One salesperson briefly helped us and then quickly left us when another couple needed assistance. He literally walked away as we were looking at the tiles he showed us. When we waited for him to pause for a few minutes with the other couple and give us an estimate, he acted bothered. The other staff members would literally walk by us as we were waiting for help to ask another couple if they needed help! This happened over and over again! I have seriously never had a store treat me in such a manner. I am not sure if they didn't like our clothes, what we looked like or what. We were the youngest couple in the store so perhaps the staff felt it wasn't worth bothering to help us. Whatever the reason for the blatant rudeness of this store, after being ignored 6 times in an attempt to get someones attention, we left. Truly, I wouldn't buy a piece of paper in this place if someone paid me. We left to go to a store in Bellevue where we were treated with some semblance of decency. My suggestion is, stay away at all cost!
