They installed countertops and backsplashes in two bathrooms. Within three months, the caulk sealing the joint at the two pieces began coming apart - shrinking and detaching from the surface. After multiple calls, they did send a worker out to repair it. He used the same caulk, which came apart within two months. I made multiple calls, and had to go in person to get anyone to speak with me. The owner finally said that her husband would stop by and fix it. He never showed nor called. We hired someone else to properly caulk the counters. He agreed that they’d used latex caulk instead of silicone. We will not use this company for our upcoming kitchen remodel, nor do I recommend them.

Lucky for us I spotted a The Kitchen Guys truck! I have to say this was the easiest process of having granite countertops selected and installed within a 2 week timeframe. TKG we’re able to cut an ogee edging on site with an ogee edging without any seams in this large countertop. That was very impressive to us. Donna and Chris were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this business.

I called this company for a quote and they came out last Saturday to give the quote. On Monday we got a price and decided to add the backsplash all the way up wall. We got the new price on Wednesday $9700. We decided to go in on thursday and take a look. We finally decide on the material and ask to see best price. He tells me hes taking a cpl things off that will reduce my price over $500, so we leave and decide we are going to do the job. That evening i get an email and with things taken out he gives me an increased price of $10,100. These guys gave me 1 price, then take things out and increased the price. When i said that makes no sense and im going to Get other estinates they didnt care. That is extremely unprofessional and shady. Integrity is everything and they lack it . I have all the emails so their is no possible rebuttal. This happens exactly as I wrote

The sales people/designers for the granite and cabinets were wonderful but then... the company is horrible with working with contractors and the bank pay out process, they want huge payments and payoffs before work is done. The work was so, so slow - add weeks to any timeframe told. Now we're arging about pay off when the work isn't done. If paid, I don't trust them to return to finish what would be less than a day's work. Unless wealthy enough to pay cash when they want and doing a renovation not new construction I would not recommend them.

The best thing I like about Those Kitchen Guys was that when they started the job, they finished it before going to another job so it was minimal time without the kitchen. They also took out our carpets and put in new floors. The men that came to work worked hard all day to get the job done. Very pleased with Those Kitchen Guys and with Donna who does the scheduling!

I absolutely love my new kitchen! Designer Livia Ramirez was the main reason we chose Those Kitchen Guys. She had wonderful suggestions and helped with choosing cabinets, granite, etc. She coordinated everything and everyone perfectly. All of the team did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Also, Terry of Fancy Faucets & Fixtures was very helpful with our sink and faucet selections. Thanks to all and I highly recommend them. Carol Dox Port Saint Lucie

While scrolling Google and looking for a contractor for a different job this morning, it caught my eye that Those Kitchen Guys have less than a 5-star rating. That is surprising! We worked with Chris S. to get new countertops about a year and a half ago and he was great - very helpful in their shop, responsive to questions, and when they scheduled the job they did it quickly. And after some time has passed the countertop is still in perfect shape. Just want to say thanks and we would 100% hire again!

We had our kitchen countertop replaced with a quartz countertop from Those Kitchen Guys and Granite. Everything about the experience was positive from the design and pricing to the installation. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful and I would definitely recommend this company. It is always a pleasure to work with a contractor that does quality work and is proud of the work they've done. Thank you, great job!

I bought granite from them for my guest bathroom and they also installed it. I must say I'm extremely pleased! My bathroom looks great, and guests always comment on how beautiful it looks. :-)

They are extremely slow to complete the job. They demolished our bathroom and didnt start working on it until 3 weeks later. Over priced for the amount of work they do. Things like plumbing, electric, painting, glass/mirror instal, etc not included in the outrageous price. So what do you pay for? Basically demolish, tile, granite, and cambiantes. Then your on your own for the rest. But wasn't worse is the lack of communication and slow on getting work done. For a bathroom remodel the contract said it be done in 3 weeks and it's been almost 2 months. Regarding the lack of communication, for example, they did not tell us that hardware for the cabinets had to be picked out and installed. WE had to tell them that hardware was missing and then they realized that they need to tell us to go and pick out hardware. Hardware took a month to come in. Then they got the wrong size for some parts and that took another few weeks. Then when the last parts came in they didn't tell us until we went to the office. Finally, there was one piece missing because of lack of intelligence or communication. I had to order the last piece myself and it took less than a week. So why the first hardware pieces took them a month to order I don't know. Also I ended up installing the hardware myself because Ariel had forgotten about us. Also don't make Ariel install anything for you. He won't do it correctly. The towel and toilet paper hangers both came loose and fell off in less than 2 months. These are all the things that went wrong. However, they do sufficient work. Just their communication, customer service, and management of the job is terrible.

Chris was a great salesman, but that's where everything came to a halt. We put 50% down over a month ago. Now they won't return a call. Wondering if they went out of business and if we need to chase down our money.

It's been a month into our kitchen remodel, and still have no countertops or sink. We've been washing our dishes in the bathroom, and just was told our countertops won't be finished for two to three more weeks. We were told our project would take a month. Thiscould have been our reality had there been better organization and communication among all the employees. Livia and Ariel are great, and are the reason why a lot of issues were resolved due to Chris's lack of communication. We are extremely disappointed with how long this is taking. I would not recommend this company if you're living in the house that needs cabinets/counters, as you'll be extremely inconvenienced. I'd give one star had it not been for Livia and Ariel. The cabinets look wonderful but that's it.

Worst experience of my life. Lost about 22k. Literally had to tear the kitchen out. Had a great little designer in a store corner they are not affiliated with. After that all downhill. Installer was a moron and rude, countertops didnt fit well, cabinets chipped and rep. wouldnt cover them. I now have psoriasis in my ears due to the stress. Find anybody else.

What a horrible experience with this company. Chris is a con artist , he should nit be designing people's kitchen for a living. He is horrible at what he does, dont do the mistake i did to hire this company! There's plenty of other options out there.

Terrible customer service! I went in for a quote for a small piece of granite. They sent me in the back where I got yelled at for being in the back. I went back to the sales guy Doug Oliver who couldn't have been more rude. I can't wait to tell my neighbors to shop somewhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THESE KITCHEN GUYS - they do not stand behind their work, they used Motta Tile to install 1300 square feet of Italian Porcelain Tile in my home in September, 2019 which is now a mess. I contacted Ariel Lozada in December, 2020 to let him know that the grout was bubbling and chipping on my floor. He came out and scraped the grout with a key, which put huge gouges in the grout and told me that the installer used the wrong grout, we showed him the bag of grout that they used, and he said, "yes they used the wrong grout, you should throw that away", which we did. After several calls I finally heard back from Ariel and complained that no one had contacted me to fix the floor, months later he stopped by with the owner Tony who agreed that it needed to be repaired and that he would take full responsibility for it and contact the installer to come and correct it. I have tried to call and text and have not heard from them since Ariel call me In April to ask if I still had that bag of grout, which he had previously told us to throw away. Since then I have called him 3 times, texted twice and no response... SURPRISE , now I have no evidence that they used the wrong grout. THEY ARE SHYSTERS ! ! Now off to post this to every neighborhood website I can find including the Better Business Bureau....

I would never do business with them again, I had some tile work done, just 600sqft, how could that take two weeks to complete, well, the tile guys they sent to my house, laid maybe 100sqft a day, wasted a lot of tile, than ran out on the forth day and they had to order more tile because of the waste. In the process, they took out a toilet that was dripping a bit from the cutoff, but said nothing, two days later, I was shopVacing water out of my bathroom, they laid this tile along several edges that was to meet up with new carpet, the tile had scalloped edges, did they cut this outside edge before laying it, NO they laid it than I had to make them cut it afterwards to meet up with the straight edge of the carpet, this created a huge plume of red dust which I had to try to blow out of the freshly painted house with a leaf blower. I cooled the house down to 75% for them, but every time I turned around one of the doors was open. I ended up grouting the job myself because they were so slow, and their inability to do the job in a reasonable amount of time made me have to postpone moving in for 5 extra days. I could do the work myself, but was busy, I certainly wish I had done it all myself.. Never again....
