Tom really came through on a really tough repair. I had a kitchen sink made with wood moulding for a backsplash. The wood was expanding leaking and cracking the marble. I needed a small strip of matching uba tuba granite scrap cut and polished to replace the wood. It was a small job, so I expected many stone fabricators would blow me off or try to gouge me. I contacted 30+ places and only two would even bid, one with a ridiculous price. Tom's employees helped me pick out a piece of matching scrap, fabricated it perfectly, all at a price 1/3 of the other guy trying to gouge me. I will be using him for any future stone fabrication!

Just had my kitchen countertops replaced and couldn't be happier with the experience. Tom and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication is really important to me, and Tom was incredibly responsive -- always just a text, call, or email away. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in every step, from the contract details to material selection to what will be done. He was also the one that came out to do the kitchen templating His crew handled the demo, haul away, and installation. They were professional, efficient, and kept the workspace spotless each day. The whole job took about three days, and every evening they cleaned up thoroughly making sure they left the space clean One thing that really stood out to me was Tom's integrity. After installation, I noticed a few small issues. Nothing major, but without hesitation, Tom offered to have his team come back to fix them. That kind of accountability goes a long way if you ask me If you're looking for quality work, clear communication, and a contractor who truly stands behind his work, I highly recommend Tom and his team.

Quick, efficient and professionally installed countertops! I am handy and was able to handle resurfacing my kitchen but new counters is way out of my league. We picked out counters from his existing inventory and had them installed shortly thereafter with less than a week of kitchen work. Check out the results! This is a much less expensive option if you can do the other work vs a complete kitchen remodel company. Zero drama and got exactly what I wanted quickly.

Excellent! Thomas was the first to respond to me out of three others when requesting a quote for my counters. That's one of my biggest key indicators in doing business..responsiveness. Second he came out in 3days! He was detailed, took measurements & made a quick drawing. Impressive. Not just looking & quoting numbers. Needless to say we chose to work with Tom. Tom and his crew just completed my kitchen and bathrooms project and we are very happy with the whole process and results. After meeting the sales guys from other companies I was quoting, it was so nice to talk to the owner directly. Tom answered all our questions and took his time measuring. We have an extra large ~6'x9.5' island that we were changing from granite to quartzite and Tom suggested a beveled and larger edge instead of what we had, and told us he could get rid of the knee breaking corbel supports by adding steel pieces. With hIs attention to details (he was measuring to the 1/16"!) and friendly non pushy attitude, we knew by the time he left, he was our guy. We had to buy 3 slabs of quartzite and he was able to get us a good price. The kitchen only needed 2 1/3 slabs so with the left over slab I decided to make new counters for 2 bathrooms. Since Tom has quite a selection of stone at his yard also, he let me pick out whatever I wanted as a trade which was great because I wasn't really going to have my bath counters match the kitchen. Communication from the initial call to completion was excellent, he always responded to all my texts promptly - I asked for advice on sinks and backsplash tiles and cabinet trims, etc. and he was always happy to help. His crew (took 5 guys to handle my island) did an excellent job installing and cleaned up after themselves. Oh yes, Tom works along side his crew as needed and everything was completed as scheduled. We highly recommend Thomas Leitner Stone.

Thomas Leitner and his team installed 2 complete large quartzite bathroom counters, one in our master bathroom and one downstairs. They were very professional, detailed oriented and courteous. When we ran into some issue with our downstairs project due to faucets not being available on time, they came out a second time to finish the job. I would, and will use them again and highly recommend them. It is sadly becoming more and more difficult to find quality work and people who take pride in their work. Thomas Leitner was fabulous to work with! We remodeled our kitchen and needed new countertops, backsplash, redesigned island, sink and even new faucets. Thomas gave us professional advise, directed us to stone quarries he trusted and even passed on his contractor costs. He and his team were always on time, respectful and cleaned after each days work. Leitner Stone was recommended to us by one of the big stone yards on Miramar Road. We called Tom and he came out and gave us a bid. Very reasonable. We checked his references (all great!) said ok, and it was smooth sailing from then on. Tom handled everything. The easiest construction project we've ever had. Tom was super easy to work with. Years of experience have given him the eye for the art of fabricating the stone in a way that really shows off the stone and its pattern. His seams are barely visible. He suggested ways for us to use stone that was left over so we had practically no waste. His response time is under 2 minutes. His crew is fantastic. They are true craftsmen, are considerate with our things, are punctual and neat, and most importantly, take pride in their work.Tom checked in on them everyday, and worked alongside them to make sure things were perfect. We are THRILLED with our kitchen and baths and will definitely work with Tom again.

Tom installed marble tops in our three bathrooms and granite counters in our kitchen including an 8 foot island. His pricing was great and his design and install was fantastic. About a year after completion one section of granite in the kitchen needed some realignment. Apparently the granite section had seddled down a tad creating a rough edge. The problem was caused by insufficient cabinetry support which was done by another contractor. I called Tom and he reviewed the problem. Two days later he had one of his guys realign the granite, smooth it out, regrout and seal it. It took him 3 hours. Fantastic job and was done as a courtesy. I highly recommend Tom and his crew.

We were referred to Tom by a friend of ours who has used him in the past. From the first meeting to the completed job, we are very pleased. We walked into the showroom not really knowing what type of stone we wanted. Tom took the time to explain our choices and showed us many samples. After talking with us for about 20 minutes and not finding something we were crazy about, Tom said, I think I know what you would like. He went into the back and came out with a 4 X 6 piece of granite that was perfect for us!! Off we went to see an entire slab before we made the decision, and he was spot on!!! His men who came to measure, tear out our old tile, and do the install are top notch, respectful of property, and entirely professional. Tom came by to help out. I respect a leader who doesn't expect his employees to do something he won't do!!!! All in all, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Tom and his crew.

Details are very important, and Tom's crew did not disappoint. Tom was patient while we went through the process of selecting tile, grout, a custom handmade sink, and finishes to coordinate and complement the beautiful quartz countertops that he sourced, custom fit, and installed. Tom ensured a flexible timeline for his installers that worked with my busy work schedule and my sense of urgency to complete the job. Importantly, Tom's crew protected the existing walls, floors, and cabinets while installing the new countertops, sink, hardware, and backsplash. Lastly, I was able to text Tom and have him reply immediately which is very convenient and somewhat unusual for a contractor in my experience.

After having had bad experiences with several contractors over the years, I am always fearful in hiring someone to do work around my house. For that reason I did careful research before having my three vanities replaced. I had read good reviews of Thomas Leitner Stone and decided to give them a try. I chose a very high end quartz which required extra special care to prepare and install. Thomas was helpful throughout the whole process and made some suggestions that helped reduced the cost. I feel like I got a great deal on some high quality workmanship. Thomas's workers installed three vanities in less than half a day and they are absolutely stunning. The quality of the materials and the workmanship that was put into it was top notch. The installers arrived on time, were polite, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to deal with. Several years ago Tom installed our kitchen granite countertops. He had done such a beautiful job that we didn't hesitate to have him back to install a new granite vanity top in our Powder Room, a quartz countertop in the Laundry Room, and a Travertine cap on a front entry pony wall. Tom fabricated and installed a double vanity top and a shower corner seat (with a radius) for our master bathroom remodel. It was a good experience all around. Tom squeezed us into his schedule and got the job done quickly. He even gave us a design idea for the edging that we adopted and it came out looking great. Very reasonable pricing too. Although I've lived with Tom Leitner's work for over a year. I'm only now getting around to writing a review. My apologies Tom. To this day I'm impressed by his work from kitchen counters to the floors. Whenever my friends come over they are quite impressed at my living space and attribute that not only to the quality of the stone but to the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Thomas is the best is the business.He does not just send his men to do the job like so many others, he actually comes to the job site and oversees what his men are doing. He also does not just cut slabs and glue them together. I have rounded corners in my kitchen and all my counter tops are one solid piece. My kitchen island is also one solid piece. Thomas is great! I'm fortunate enough to have a kitchen cabinet business, but I don't sell counter tops or have installers. I called around to see who I could find to help me with my personal home remodel. After talking to several counter/stone retailers I found Thomas who was referred to me by one of my customers. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, and felt like his pricing was consistently 10-15% less than other companies across the board. He offers not only granite, but quartz, sile stone, Ceasar stone, and much more. In house fabrication makes it a one stop shop for saving money. Not only am I really happy with our project, but I have since referred him to several customers of my own and am happy to YELP about Thomas Leitner Stone and his great service. Down to earth attitude, not pushy, easy to work with, and affordable. A great experience all around!

The quality of work in general was good, the installer was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He definitely knew his stuff. But Tom Leitner himself was at times pushy and ended up selling me pieces of left over from his other jobs (which he probably kept for free). He also kept the remaining of my slab and then claimed that it should belong to him. It took me 5 months to finally get it from him.
