My wife and I purchased granite and tile for our kitchen and guest bathroom. For the most part, I’ve worked with Blaine. He was extremely patient and helpful in deciding on what granite to choose. He even went as far to help in the color matching of the tile and made excellent suggestions. When it came time to cut the granite, there was an issue. They were going to have to use two pieces of granite because what we had initially picked had a directional grain running through it that had to be matched because of the shape of one of our countertops in the kitchen. The price of the granite increase by $1300 because of having to use two slabs and was now out of our budget. We initially thought we would only have to use one slab. Blaine then introduced me to Dusty who was designing the cutout for our slab. Dusty took time to explain to me the issues we were facing with a seam in the granite being very noticeable and that we would not be satisfied. He was very honest with me and even went as far to say that he wouldn’t put it in his own house with such a visible seam. I appreciated that. All customers want is honesty. Needless to say, I needed to pick out a new piece of granite. I had three employees from The Stone Source helping me determine the right granite to work with. I believe we looked at two to three more and actually taking photos to upload into the program to see how each would look once cut and put together. On the date of installation, the installers did an excellent job. They were extremely courteous and conscientious. My wife and I could not be any happier.

My husband and I remodeled our kitchen in January. We picked out the perfect granite for the countertops at Stone Source. They were very nice and easy to work with. Our rep was Sheree Cook. We can't say enough good things about Sheree! She made the stressful experience of remodeling a breeze. She went above and beyond to make sure our every request was met. If you want a beautiful showroom, great selection with great prices, and friendly and professional service, this is the place! My mom wanted her floors redone and the whole process at Stone Source with Bobby went super smoothly. He’s attentive and will take care of your needs! What a phenomenal experience I've had from The Stone Source. My 30-year-old master and guest bathroom countertops and sinks were way past their prime but The Stone Source took care of me every step of the way. Claire in Sales patiently went through a myriad of options and questions with me, Bill promptly came over to my home to take precise laser measurements, and Will and his coworker installed the new countertops in less than an hour in three bathrooms. I am unbelievably impressed and know who to call next time when I'm ready to update my kitchen countertops.

Install guys were great, not in a hurry, double checked the install, cleaned up very nicely. We are very happy with our Granite!!
