This review is two months overdue, and I apologize for not doing it sooner. My wife and I purchased Silestone countertops from The Granite Place in Wilmington, Massachusetts. Eduarda was our salesperson. She was patient and attentive to our needs and a great help in selecting the suitable stone for our new counters. However, the customer service continued after the sale; everyone we spoke to or dealt with until the job was complete was outstanding. But we want to give a special thanks to Robeson Aquino and Guilherme Silva for their fantastic installation of our counters. They were a pleasure to work with, never rushed, and took all necessary steps to ensure they completed the job to the highest standards. Thank you, Duarte and Kaeren.

I've purchased granite a bunch of times here for my customers, but after a few times of there "impeccable" accounting of saying they can't find my check, deposit, or balance. I'm done even after I proved them wrong showing them my canceled check from my bank again...Paula was rude and did not believe I paid my balance. And when I proved her wrong she proceeded to tell me my balance was 59$ very weird when I was there in person and they tell you what you owe and you pay it and all of a sudden there is a balance. Stick the 59$ were the sun don't shine paula....

Their showroom is like a jewelry store. Beautiful! And I’m sure you will find what you’re looking for as they have a huuuge selection. Carol and Jonathan, the owners, are very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the Granite Place when installing my quartz countertops and backsplash. Anni was fantastic in explaining my options and answering my questions throughout the process. They have sinks too which took complexity out of the process for me. Frank and Rodrigo were my install team and they were FANTASTIC. They went the extra mile to make sure I received exactly what I wanted when making the template, especially since my quartz backsplash was complex with lots of notches. They are hard workers, their attention to detail was refreshing. I would recommend this company, especially Anni, Frank, and Rodrigo.

I had the pleasure of getting my Kitchen counter top work done by The Granite Place a few weeks ago. Before closing the job with them, I had previously gotten 3 quotes for the same stone material that were extremely high compared to The Granite Place. I highly recommend their work to anyone!!! Michelly & Carol helped me with my project from beginning to end and it was such a great experience, they were very helpful and pleasant. Their crew came into my house, they were respectable and extremely professional! I am attaching to this review a before and after picture so you can check out the great work they did! We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel that is, well not going well. The one shining star in all the darkness has been the Granite Place. Unlike all of the other contractors they came and measured when they said they would. They came out and installed half my counters today so we may get a working sink after 15 weeks without, and will be back to install the other half when the right cabinets show up. Luis and Junior were professional, didn't leave a mess, were friendly, and the counters look awesome. They checked in to see if they could come early, then showed up right at the time they said they would. A sadly rare trait in contractors these days. I wish I had the name of the gentleman who came to measure, he was great as well.

What a great experience working with the Granite Place Inc. They have an enormous selection of beautiful granite slabs and remnant pieces. Amanda was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in selecting our granite. She always kept us informed throughout the process. The guys who cut and installed the granite did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bathroom counter tops. Thank you!

The Granite Place did our install 2 days ago and we could not be more happy with the outcome. The crew were awesome. Very clean , courteous and professional. The countertop is incredible and our welcome center in the church looks amazing I highly recommend this company

All I have to say is A M A Z I N G!!!! We could not be happier with the staff that helped us, from choosing our Quartz to installing our counter. Larissa is fantastic. Robson that did the template was efficient and very professional and they guys José and Luis that came to install our kitchen!!!!OMG They were amazing! Very clean! Polite and Beyond nice!!!! I have completed multiple home remodeling projects with “The Granite Place” located in Burlington, MA. From the stellar quality to cost, overall each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. At the very beginning of the process, the employees showed patience and allowed me to take my time while I searched for the right option. They are meticulous in ensuring that each slab/ piece was cut to perfection, were on time, clean, and displayed the highest level of professionalism.
