Worked with Bryan from my initial visit through the installation and everything was excellent. Took me a few trips to various slab places and price quotes before settling on Vicostone Akoya quartz for all 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. Texas Custom Granite came out to get the precise measurements and send over an electronic template to fit all 100 sq ft on 2 slabs with only 2 seams. Installation looks great the seams are not noticeable and the caulking was done right. Bought the undermount kitchen and bathroom sinks from them as well for a good price. If you are not as picky as I am they have a lot of remnants at their location to choose from to save money. Would definitely use again.

Texas Granite and their team did a fantastic job on turning our kitchen into a beautiful and welcoming room. The material is perfect but the install crew was superb and did an amazing job at installing. Jessica helped us with our selection working within our budget and color palate. I simply cannot say enough about the Texas Granite Team, they are All-Pro in my book. This is the second kitchen they have done for us and we love both of them and so do our friends and neighbors who see their work! Thanks!

Texas Custom Granite did all of our countertops in our custom home 5 years ago. We picked out each custom piece and selected the location for each cut. They did a great job. Recently we refinished a table and needed a new table top. I called Texas Custom Granite and Dalton immediately responded. I went to their beautiful showroom, walked the warehouse, selected a piece and then picked up our custom table top a week later. Dalton was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Texas Custom Granite for any sized project.

Our experience with Texas Custom Granite was perfect. I'm always wary of hiring contractors, there are so many horror stories out there. We needed a hole cut in our Silestone to install a new sink. David the sales guy gave us a fair upfront cost for the work and scheduled the visit to suit our needs. The guys that came to do the work were on time, courteous and fast. They cleaned up everything before they left, so it was as if the weren't there at all. When we have a need in the future for counters we will be calling them!

I worked closely with Jessica at Texas Custom Granite. She was very helpful in providing options for our new quartz counter tops; even dropped of samples to me so I wouldn't have to drive to the showroom! I would 100% recommend working with her!! The installation process was quick and easy. They arrived on time, removed the previous counter tops, installed the new counter tops and cleaned up. Overall great experience with Texas Custom Granite!

Outstanding customer service, selection process and installation. From our first visit, we were greeted by a knowledgeable and professional salesperson. The showroom on Old Greenhouse road is impressive and so was the fabrication building. The measurement team that came to our home was professional and utilized the latest laser templating tools. After having considered other local big box offers, we didn't hesitate to give the contract for both our kitchen and master bath to Texas Custom Granite. The communication on the measurement, selection, contract and installation process was flawless. They were quick to respond to my questions and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with end result. Doing a kitchen Re-Do and purchased the most beautiful granite EVER!!! Called upon Texas Custom Granite to fabricate it and spoke to Rebecca. Contractor issues and kitchen cabinet woes delayed fabrication for a time. This set back did not phase Rebecca at all. She is the BEST!!!. The job was finally completed. Their work and customer service was outstanding. A state of the art company. I highly recommend them for ALL granite needs.

I call Billy Waters at Texas Custom Granite the King of Customer service. He is the owner and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our countertops. We needed over 300 sq ft for a newbuild, so there was a lot to choose. He and his associate, Rebecca were there every step of the way and didn't stop until we were satisfied. As an example, we did not want a seam in our kitchen island, which we wanted to be large at over 10 feet wide. The slabs at the yard were not big enough and would only accommodate 8 feet, so I'd either have to make the island smaller or put in a seam. Billy was able to source a larger slab which was also more beautiful in my opinion and let me have it at the same price per square foot. As another example, he drove to meet me at my office multiple times to drop off samples, and discuss details. I cannot recommend this business enough. Check them out, you will be happy.

I visited several stone and marble fabricators before finding this place not far from my home. Most places were either annoyed that I had a small project, or they were downright rude about it. Texas Custom Granite was a very welcome experience. I was looking for a new marble table top, something very specific. They were very friendly and helpful, and they were very quick with delivery and had a very reasonable price. I would recommend this business to anyone who wanted any sort of stone or marble work done.

My experience: I reached out to this company because I was ready to install new countertops in my kitchen, guest and master bath. I was very pleased with the initial conversation of how knowledgeable and professional the sales manager, Crystal, was when I first reached out. I was later passed to Graham as my sales representative. He and I initial conversations were also good and I was pleased, comfortable and confident that I made the right choice to move forward them. Well, that has changed now. This is my first major project in my home so I am very new to the process, however; I am not new to what good customer service should look like. I feel like as a customer that there should be a great vibe throughout the process (beginning, middle and end).There has been three occasions that I have been let down and there has been no update, that is until I reach out. As a customer, I should not feel like I'm chasing to give you my business and that's how Graham made me feel because he has dropped the ball on three occasions where I feel he should have been updating me and not me having to chase him down for a reply/update. I explained to him my expectations during the consultation to how soon I needed this project done. I know things happen that are out of ones control, however; I feel those things should be communicated as well. I had to pop up to their location because he wasn't responding. Lastly, he then never confirmed the date (I had to reach out) and now I find out the install is being delayed when I was told by him it should start as early as 8a-8:30a during the consultation and will be an all day install that should wrap up around 3p and that I can hire a plumber to connect my plumbing later that evening around 7p to be safe, which I did. Received an email yesterday from Laura (install coordinator) to confirm the date of the install, that I have power and that it's safe for the install team, but no one ever provided me a confirmed ETA of the install team. When I emailed Laura and also text Graham today regarding the ETA because I'd been up waiting since 8a, I find out that the install team won't arrive until 11a-12p because they had to finish up a job they didn't finish the night before. I was not pleased with this as I had planned for my day to go accordingly with other items I had planned to take care of, plus the fact I missed work that morning. A phone call/text to update me yesterday of the ETA of the install would have been a sufficient courtesy so I can adjust my day. They didn't arrive until 1:50p to begin the install. The work they did was great but the customer service from my sales rep was not on point throughout this process, which is why I'm rating 3 stars.

Graham at Texas Custom Granite was recommended to me. I drove over an hour to check out their selection. Graham was unavailable so Sal showed me around. I found a piece of granite that I liked. I left my information for Graham on Wednesday. I didn't hear from Graham on Thursday so I called him. Still nothing on Friday so I left him a message saying if he was too busy and couldn't get to me to let me know and I would go somewhere else but I am trying to coordinate other projects into my timeline. Still no response so I called the office to ask if anyone else can help me. I never did hear from anybody.
