Texas Best Countertops

I used Texas Best Countertops to design and install my bathroom vanity and custom countertops in my new outdoor kitchen cabana. From concept to completion my experience was fantastic. The customer service was phenomenal and the selection was fantastic. Working with Jessie was the best! She took care of every detail. I highly recommend their services!

I’ve dealt with a handful of businesses that would just “do their job” and get it over with , but Texas Best Countertops is hands down the best people I’ve worked with. Wow! I’ll just start with that. I’ve been envious of new homes with gorgeous modern kitchens for years! JESSIE TRANSFORMED my “ old lady kitchen “ into a white, bright modern masterpiece. I’m So PROUD to wake up every morning , pour my coffee sit back and say “Ahhhhh”❤️

What an amazing company! I reached out to a few different companies and had horrible luck. I am so grateful for JD and his team. They did a beautiful job and supply gorgeous product. Everyone was helpful and professional.10 out of 10 recommend!

If I could give zero stars – I would. In my opinion, the product and workmanship here, is trash. I have pictures to back it up along with the personal experience. Review Topics: “Quartz” cut incorrectly (veins going in different directions, rounded edge on a large piece when entire rest of kitchen is squared). “Quartz” should not have to be sealed - beware, staining highly likely on this company’s “quartz.” Very sloppy workmanship. Expensive materials wasted. Labor unfamiliar with high end cabinetry and how to properly install, damaging appliances and cabinetry. Turnaround time – horrible. Communication – horrible. Clean up – horrible (our freshly painted walls and kitchen were left a complete mess). If you were looking for a high end company, because you have high end cabinets (custom Brookhaven) and appliances (Wolf, Miele, Sub-zero refrigeration) in your kitchen, this is not it. It’s the 31st of December and they first came to install the quartz the week of Thanksgiving. First, they brought “quartz” that was cut incorrectly. The veins on one of the large pieces did not go in the same direction as the rest of the countertops so we had to wait for them to bring a new piece that did align. Unfortunately, the new piece they brought had a rounded edge and the rest of the edges in the entire kitchen are all squared (square edges was what we ordered). We purchased expensive material for an entire wall in our kitchen that is now wasted. On one side of the wall the tile bulges out. The tile droops downward. The grout is inconsistent, sloppy and visibly seen outside of the area where the grout is supposed to be on paint, and nonexistent in some areas. We can’t install thousands of dollars’ worth of shelving we designed for this space until they correct the workmanship on the tile (backsplash/an entire wall). The materials will have to be replaced in order for the corrections to be made. The “quartz” provided by this company stains from simple things such as blueberries. Quartz should not have to be sealed. Our freshly painted walls were left filled with dust from cutting the counter in the kitchen. Our dishwasher was damaged along with our custom cabinets due to the labor being unfamiliar with installation involving high end materials. We hosted large parties for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and did not have a dishwasher to assist in clean up. For most, this may not seem like a big deal, but for someone in their 8th month of pregnancy with sciatica, it’s a big deal to have to stand and clean for hours after large parties and not have your dishwasher to assist. Final thoughts – I will not ever again use or recommend this company to anyone. Have no idea what the final product on my kitchen will be at this time. We have a very busy month ahead of us preparing for baby’s arrival and this situation is not something I was expecting to have to deal with. It’s extremely disappointing.
