From the moment I contacted him on Yelp, to the moment he installed our beautiful kitchen countertops he has been nothing but kind, polite and professional. He asked all the right questions, and told us all the options we could have to make our dream kitchen come to life, and really delivered. We had an issue with a small manufacturing defect on the quartz countertop, which we could only see after the installation and polishing the countertop. Once again Ellvin at Surfacetopia did a flawless job fabricating and installing a countertop with a lovely soft mat finish. What I also value is how carefully the joint sealant is applied using a minimum amout of material. Not everyone takes this kind of care!

He was transparent on pricing and availability. His quote was competitive, and more importantly, I felt it was a really great value given the high quality. He spent several hours with my contractor to measure the kitchen before creating the template. He sought my input and also offered his expert opinion. You can tell he has years of experience based on his recommendations, always sharing the why behind them - I felt really confident that we’d avoid any “gotchas” when installing our quartzite countertops.
