Great price, professional quick install and excellent communication. Counters turned out better than I imagined. Very efficient process from stone selection to the install date. Went to several granite/stone places and this place was the best value. I went to at least 5 different pleases before going with Supreme.

I ordered cabinets and quartz countertops for my kitchen and master bath in March, 2021 I gave the $8,300 deposit. The cabinets came and were installed April 15 and they had requested another $3400. When they were being installed one cabinet came with glass doors and white interior. I did not order a glass door cabinet. It also only had 1 shelf instead of 2. The corner cabinet was a blind corner cabinet but it was missing the interior wall and had an "H" written in black marker on the frame. The trash cabinet was not wide enough for the trash can insert so the cabinet had to be cut. The outside of that cabinet has a bubble in the front door finish. When it came time for the countertops they insisted we pay the balance of $1700 or they would not deliver the countertops. The quartz slab was not large enough to give me the 12" overhang I had ordered and it was not large enough for my 64" master bath vanity. So they gave me a different quartz for the bath and I only have an 8" overhang on one side and 1 inch overhang everywhere else. They promised to replace the defective cabinets on May 10, 2021 when the countertops were finally installed. Now they say they are NOT replacing the cabinets but will come and fix them. It is now June 8,2021 No fix yet and neither Raka nor Akram Syed the owner will answer my calls. Do NOT use this company if you want quality workmanship and nice cabinets. UPDATE: Finally sent the installer to fix the cabinets on JUNE 16, 2021. They still owe me 2 new cabinet doors for the sink cabinet as they are scratched. This was a very painful process for a relatively small kitchen. Update January 7, 2022 still do not have replacement cabinet doors that are scratched.

After eight months, our home remains without windows or stairs we purchased, and the kitchen construction is incomplete. Despite these issues, Supreme International has not agreed to a refund and their communication has been less than truthful. Consequently, we've had to hire a lawyer to address the matter. We're preparing a website to share photos, messages, and more details about our experience. A link will be posted. It appears that this company is also facing legal challenges in Tampa and Orlando.

Reasonable price and very good quality, and you don’t have to wait for a long time. Choose this place!! I went to many granite stores and nowhere was I treated with any interest in getting the granite I wanted or even getting me as a customer which I frankly still find astonishing. I stopped in at Supreme International on a whim, absolutely at my wits end and thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service and high pricing of other stores I had just left. Vikram, the owner, was extremely enthusiastic about taking me on as a customer and went to great lengths to find the granite I wanted (Black Galaxy granite). I left his store 20 min later with the granite located at a dealer of his and a price estimate. He had the granite installed within one week and it was beautiful and professionally done, his workman know their stuff. Fantastic pricing, better than anywhere else and such good quality. I called something like 20 granite stores and visited 5 and he is hands down the best in the area.

They did a whole kitchen remodel for me - from cabinets to backsplash - the staff was great and worked with me to get the right measurements and design that would work for my space. The staff was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and was always there to answer my questions and assure me that it was all going to work out perfectly. I would recommend this company over and over again - the pricing was great as well- Kitchen Remodeling can be stressful but they were there to make it as non-stressful as possible. I would use them again and will be using them for my next remodel project.

We walked into Supreme on a Friday after work in hopes to find a remnant piece quartz countertop for our new pantry and we were greeted at the door by the receptionist who took us straight to the back to look at their pieces. We found the perfect design and they even have this one as a regular slab we hope we can use for our kitchen in a few months. We had a budget in mind and they were helpful enough to lower the price of their remnant to meet us at our budget. They said they'd have it cut by Tuesday and called us Monday saying it was ready. My husband picked it up Tuesday and they had it ready to load up front and someone even helped him load it on the truck. It was cut to the exact size we requested and the outer edges were perfect. We will definitely be using them again soon!!

Floors Awesome!!!! So I had them do the kitchen counters, they did a timely and very professional job. We added a new sink cabinet in the master bath and even the small job was done as if we were the most important customer on the planet. We are so happy we are going back tomorrow to look at a bar top.

Bottomline - Great customer service and people. Not as expensive as the competitors and many different options. Most definitely worth a visit. The user experience here is cool as it makes for a great weekend visit checking out the granite slabs.

Mid September, my husband and I entered into a contract with Supreme International for a beverage bar that included cabinets and a quartz countertop. This was a custom project that we designed with their sales personnel. We put 60% down and were told that there's about a two-week turnaround for installation. A few days after we paid the initial deposit, we got a call from the saleswoman saying that the two drawer cabinets that we wanted did not come in the imperial blue and asked if we wanted to switch to a different color, we said no. The second option was to change from a two drawer to either a three drawer or a cabinet with two doors. We really needed pull-outs so they said they could do two pull-out drawers inside a 30-inch cabinet. We said ok. After about 20 days, we started to call wondering about installation. We were told that we'd have to wait until the installer came back from vacation, which added another 2.5 weeks. We finally got a call and were asked if we could install that day (almost 6 weeks later). The installer came and installed two cabinets, but NO pullouts, and the cabinet with doors was NOT 30 inches. I called and let them know, and was told that the original salesperson no longer worked there, they did not know any information about a 30-inch cabinet, that the pullouts were back-ordered, and that my countertop would be installed after someone came to measure (within a day or so) and also it would take another week after the measuring for counter installation. Installation of cabinets occurred on Monday. No one called or came so I called AGAIN Thursday morning. I was told that I needed to come to pick out another countertop because mine was cracked. My husband and I went the same day to choose a new countertop but for every quartz or stone we chose, we were told we couldn't have it because the price point wasn't the same. The stone that we originally chose was half a slab, the one they claimed was mine, was cut into and cracked. The countertop must have been sold to someone else because the one they said was mine was not what we picked out. The manager, whose name is Rhaki, was not accommodating at all. She would only allow us to choose from a small number of countertops, only remnants which was difficult because we needed a certain size. The remnants that matched our decor were too small. She would not cut into a bigger slab even if the price was comparable because my project didn't matter enough. Not only that, the pullouts were NEVER initially ordered (not back-ordered) so they lied. The manager did not take responsibility at all, and instead, bad-mouthed her former employee, put the blame all on her, instead of honoring the contract that I've already paid 60% to. So I DO have cabinets (no 30 inch), no countertop, no pullouts...I would not recommend this company to anyone. None of the issues were customer errors or faults. Beyond frustrated and sorry I spent my hard-earned money at this establishment.

We ordered our granite countertops from this company. They didn't show up on the delivery date/ time. When we called, they said our counter had been dropped and damaged so they were cutting a new piece and would install the next day. They showed up the following day and were installing the counter when I noticed glue and 3 large cracks (one was at least 3 ft) through the granite. So they tried to tell us that it wasn't a crack at first, trying to pass it off as "normal imperfections". During multiple and sometimes heated calls, their evolving story how to handle a bad situation didn't eventually give us what we paid for. We had dismantled our entire kitchen. They didn't have any more of our choice of granite. It was going to take months to have a matching new shipment. So we had 2 choices...accept a broken counter or wait and go without a functioning kitchen for months. We were assured that they could fix the damaged counter. They DIDN'T! Several visits later....polishing and cutting....They actually made it worse. Now we have some kind of chemical etching on the main part of the counter. With an offer of a discount of $400 on a several thousand dollar purchase, they acted as if we should be grateful. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone!
