Our experience with Superior was poor. We had issues with every step that they performed - the design, measurement, cabinet installation, and counter/ backsplash installation. We were told cabinet installation for our 11x11 kitchen would be 2 and ½ days. It took 3 weeks for the initial installation. We never knew when the sub they hired would show up. He would often show up in the afternoon, work a few hours and then leave. There was an 8” gap (see photo) surrounding our garbage cabinet due to an issue with the measurement and design. Superior did replace it with a wider cabinet but it took 2 additional months (after the initial installation) to get the cabinet and have it installed. The design indicated our built in range/cooktop model however no oven cabinet or supplies to build one was ordered. When this was noticed (by us), Superior told the sub to build one for us out of scrap wood. The quartz countertop was cut incorrectly but installed anyway resulting in multiple seams (differing from contracted design) and a 1” gap at the end of the counter that they filled in with caulk. (see photo) There were pieces of quartz next to each other that differed in color to a very noticeable degree. The overhang on the right counter measured 2 1/4” and the overhang on the left counter measured 1 5/8”. (see photos) The counter and backsplash had to be torn out and replaced. We were promised that the demo/reinstallation would occur the Tuesday of the following week. That changed twice which required us to move flights multiple times to allow my husband to be home for the reinstallation as well as further delaying use of our kitchen. I gave them 2 stars instead of one only because Superior followed through with correcting the mistakes made. However, the stress, extended lack of use of our kitchen, lack of any price reduction for the myriad of mistakes made, and lack of professionalism that we encountered made the experience a very poor one. I would not recommend Superior if you are looking for quality work on a timely basis.

While looking for new kitchen cabinets, my husband and I came across Superior Stone and Cabinet. We wandered in one day and, luckily, Design Consultant, Doug Parry, was there to assist us. We wanted to recreate a previous kitchen remodel and Doug was extremely helpful in finding a close approximation door style. Doug was very knowledgeable and patient and we never felt rushed or pressured. Prior to us deciding to sign with Superior Stone and Cabinet, Doug personally visited our home to take measurements, he provided valuable input on the pros and cons of our desired layout along with alternate options, many of which we went with. Doug also spent many hours designing a layout that worked for our needs. Our kitchen install was completed a few months ago and, during and after the install, Doug was always available for all questions and concerns. After the install, we found a few issues with our cabinet. Doug, as well as Warehouse Manager (?) Greg, continue to be proactive in ensuring all aspects of our installation are to our satisfaction.

OK, where do I start? I was out of town on business and my wife went to Superior Stone and Cabinet to look at slabs. There, she met Jared Blum, who was very kind, helpful, and professional. She found the perfect slab and they outlined the two countertops we needed for our master bathroom. The next week April 9th, he came out to get general measurements, discuss the project, and was kind and quick. Alex Sosa was the Installer and came to our home to get exact measurements on the 22nd of April. The visit was also quick and professional. Fabrication had to take place and they set us up for a May 6th delivery and install date. Alex brought in our amazing countertops and made a couple of minor adjustments and drilled holes perfectly for the hardware. It was a quick install and we are over the top happy with every aspect of our experience with Superior Stone and Cabinet. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish.

Went to the showroom and saw several countertop materials that we really liked and a sample of cabinet material that was reasonably acceptable. Walked around with Dennis (who seemed like he was new to the job) and filled out the form for a home visit for him to measure the cabinets in our Master Bath. 2 months go by....nothing. Called asked for a different sales person since Dennis never responded to us. Got Mark this time. He came out to the house a few days later. He did not bring any samples but he measured the cabinet and made several suggestions. 3 weeks later....nothing. I sent him an email. No response. I am not interested in dealing with this company and suggest anyone who reads this review do the same. Waste of time. Update to review. After a rocky start things then fell into place. I got the pricing and it looked very competitive. It was actually less than half the price Kitchen and Re-bath had given me for the same job. Superior came out, demoed the existing cabinets and countertops. The next day they brought in the new cabinets Mike did an excellent job of installation. About a week later the countertops showed up. The installers made a few modifications, the fit is perfect and it looks great. I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend this company.

Superior did a great job from start to finish. We moved into our new house and builder was going to charge us nearly twice for the same work. They were able to match our existing cabinetry perfectly and now our home office/den is complete thanks to Mark and all his hard work. He was very patient and listened intently to our wants and needs.

We had a small project but big demands, and Superior Stone and Cabinet met these with ease. We needed a custom sized, custom-colored set of deep drawers with heavy duty glides to handle all of our storage, that would blend into our new entertainment area. Our salesperson Tanner recommended Oakcraft, a local manufacturer she said could satisfy all of these wishes. We thought this too tall of an order to fill but in a few short weeks and for a reasonable cost we received exactly what we asked for, and it looks great! Thank you Superior Stone and Cabinet! We’ll be back for our kitchen next year :)

We got counter tops from this place a little over 2 years ago. We have a white quartz counter top which is supposed to be durable. When they first installed them, the 2 pieces were off color and you could tell a difference when they installed the 2 slabs next to each other. We had a guy come out and he pretty much told us nothing we can do about it now. Then we recently discovered a crack in one of the pieces on the corner. When we reached out to the company about it. They said that was our fault and it was caused by extreme force and it is out of warranty. It’s on the corner of our counter, we never put anything there. Also only a 2 year warranty for counter tops is ridiculous. These counter tops also stain incredibly easy no matter how often we clean them. The company pretty much said that sucks and nothing they can do. We will never be using them again and will never let anyone we know use them. Don’t use this place unless you want to replace your counter tops every 2 years.

We hired Superior Stone to replace our kitchen countertops and tile backsplash. We enjoyed picking out the products in their showroom, but after what they did to our home I sadly cannot recommend using them for any type of remodel. As several others have mentioned, they make you sign a very lengthy contract and also demand 100% of the payment for the job before they begin any work. We have built and remodeled numerous homes and commercial properties over the years, and I can say this is absolutely not standard practice and I’ve never dealt with any other contractor who operated this way, but sadly I learned the hard way why they do it. In the contract, there was a vague little statement about them not being able to be responsible for every type of damage that could occur in the course of their work. I found this a bit disconcerting and asked our designer, Tanner, about it. She assured me that was standard in all their contracts but was really only there for cabinet replacing customers (which we were not…we’d just had ours refinished by another company) to let them know they couldn’t expect certain areas to remain damage free if they were having a demo done prior to new cabinets. She assured me “in all [her] years of working here” she’d never seen them damage someone’s home when doing stone work. During the course of work (we don’t live in the home yet, so progress was communicated by text and phone calls), someone in their office named “Brigid” texted a photo of the wall asking a question about the electrical outlet. I answered her question, but in the background of the photo I noticed what appeared to be significant damage to our newly refinished cabinets. I quickly texted Brigid back to ask about what I was seeing. Her messages abruptly stopped with that question and she didn’t respond for five days. When she did respond, she basically said that “it appeared someone else had already damaged your cabinets” before their workers showed up. I knew this was impossible, as no one else had been in the home since the cabinets were refinished. I sent the photo to the contractor who did our cabinets and he quickly pointed out how it had to be Superior Stone’s workers who had done it, as you could see where the damage had occurred only after the refinishing process. I forwarded his message to Brigid, and again experienced a significant delay before she replied. When she did, I got a very dismissive and unprofessional reply that basically said “yeah, I guess we did cause that damage, but we don’t feel obligated to fix it, so that’s it”. So first she lied and tried to blame someone else, and then when caught in her lie, she basically gave me a proverbial middle finger and said “so what?”. Once I was able to make it into town and see the place in person, I found extensive additional damage in addition to what was in the photo. Fortunately our cabinet contractor returned and I asked for a quote to fix the damage. He was so shocked that another contractor would treat their customers this way, and felt bad and actually fixed it for no charge. The saddest part of my whole experience is that I really liked their products and thought their prices were reasonable. I had been so impressed with the products that at the time I got the photo from Brigid, I had been just about to contact them to ask them to come out and give a quote to remodel all the bathrooms in our home too. According to our cabinet contractor, the damage didn’t even take him that long to fix. Had Superior Stone said “you know, we’re sorry about this, and we’ll try to make it right for you”, I wouldn’t have hesitated to hire them again. But to be treated with such utter contempt and disregard as I was by Brigid, that leaves a much worse lasting impression than the damage itself. As someone who’s employed dozens of people over nearly two decades, I’d be appalled if someone treated my clients that way.

I cannot say enough about Superior Stone and Cabinet. We purchased navy blue cabinets with soft close drawers and rectangular under mount sinks. The finishing touch was the GORGEOUS "Aquarella" countertop with beautiful swirls of blue and gray. Mike, our salesman, was a "no pressure" guy who was very patient with us. He also offered lots of ideas and suggestions that made choosing the right color cabinetry and countertop perfect! The installers, Derek and Josh, were on time and outstanding. Kelly, the Customer Service Rep, followed-up with a phonecall to make sure everything was okay. We checked around at several places, but came back to Superior Stone and Cabinet because of their selection, pricing and 5-Star Service! I would not hesitate in recommending them. Great job everyone. I am in LOVE with the final outcome!
