We had a great experience with Summit Granite. We were remodeling our kitchen and one of the only things that went exactly as it should have was our counters and sink install. Jenny was great to work with from the first day my wife and I picked out our quartz to each time we had questions afterwards. We were able to pick out our quartz and have enough of it set aside that first day to allow install in a timely manner. Other big box stores said it would be 3 months to get counters, but Summit could have had them installed in a couple weeks. We needed to have the counters installed on two separate days due to a delay with a kitchen cabinet. Summit did not charge us extra trip or install fees. When they came to measure they explained all of the options to us and when the install day(s) came, everything went smoothly. The install crew was very neat and explained care for the counters before leaving. We would definitely recommend Summit Granite!

I bought cabinets and Countertops from Summit Granite and couldn't be happier. The old days of good customer service are clearly present at this company!! Jenny and her staff could not have been more helpful. And I am one of those customers that can't make up his mind, they were patient with me, very knowledgeable and clearly knew their products. The cabinet Installer, who installs for the big box stores commented on how sturdy and well built the cabinets were, telling me they were the best quality cabinets he had installed. And the countertops were beautiful, was hard to make a decision with all the quality slabs they had to choose from. One slab as beautiful as the next. And the price was absolutely reasonable. Their first cut was wrong and now they’re roughly two weeks past original promised delivery. Be prepared for delays. Updated: Summit did everything possible to make it right. Aligned with most other comments, they do great work. The delay mentioned above can be chalked up to the holidays and a laps in communication.

We’re extremely happy with the work!! Alex in the showroom was really helpful and knowledgeable. Their selection was great. Dustin and the guys who came in to do the work were really respectful of our house and took great care in making sure that everything was up to their expectations (beyond ours) and followed up with tips for maintenance. Just a great crew! From beginning to end, the whole experience was quick (2 weeks between selection and installation) and extremely pleasant. This was the biggest step in our kitchen remodel and they made it easy. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

We recently remodeled a condo and I chose Summit Granite since we’ve done many projects with them over the years. The guys did a great job installing the countertops. We even played devils advocate and checked out some other fabricators as well as the wholesale companies in the area to see all of the selections, and I can honestly say I liked Summit’s the most. One piece of constructive criticism would be I wish the guys would have been a little more through with the caulk and glue, but that was no problem for us to finish up. I was extremely impressed by how the fabricators were able to cut the stone in such a way as to maintain the lines in the stone upon installation. Even the seams are barely visible. Whenever we have company over the first thing I hear is “omg I love the countertops!”. So yeah, awesome job!!!

We were very pleased working with Summit Granite for our new quartzite countertops. There were so many choices for unique natural stone on-site. Jenny was helpful to work with in the selection process showing us different options based on our budget. They design the cuts well, so the most beautiful pieces are in most used locations of the counter and design flows from the counter to the backsplash. The installation team was professional and completed good work. We were so happy that Jenny worked with us to install our last countertop months after the initial project once a new cabinet was constructed. Summit Granite is a great business to work with.

Best granite store in the area. Has the slabs to help you visual but what differeniates them is their straight-forward pricing model and timeliness on install. Many granite stores you cannot get solid pricing and they tag things $, $$, $$$, etc. Summit I had my exact measurements and they gave me the exact out of pocket price I would pay the first day I walked into the store. Throughout the process there was great communication from Alex and Justyna at the store and the installation happened just 10 days after signing! Highly reccomend these guys! --Note-In the pictures we went with the Taj Mahal quartizite.

Our daughter bought a new house and decided she wanted to upgrade the countertops. She had three bathrooms and the kitchen to do, including an overhang for seating in the kitchen. We went to Menard's to get an idea of what was available. Unfortunately, they weren't much help. So I hit the internet for more information and learned a lot about the variety of stone and man-made products. Granite sounded good, but quartz looked to be the best for low maintenance and durability. We looked up local shops and went on a mission to find the right product, be it quartz or granite. After spending an entire Saturday shopping, we found one business that seemed pretty good. None of the businesses gave me a really good feeling. I called The Tile Shop on Hwy 100 and asked if they sold countertops and the gentleman said sorry no. I asked if he could recommend anyone, and he answered I only recommend one place, and that's Summit Granite. We went to Summit and were greeted by Jenny, the owner. She was so wonderful to deal with. Jenny explained everything you could ask about both quartz and granite and then took us into her warehouse. There we viewed all of her granite supply and some quartz as it comes from the factory. Jenny came to the house the next day to take measurements in order to come up with an estimate. We had a total of three estimates, and Jenny was competitive with the others. However, her customer service was priceless. When the slabs arrived, Jenny spent two hours with me laying out the best way to cut the quartz slabs to render their natural beauty. She was able to extract the kitchen counters and two bathrooms from the two slabs we purchased. We purchased a remnant piece for the third bathroom. She also fabricated some shelves and a shower step from the remnant. This was actually a cool process, as she marks everything up with tape for the fabrication and cutting process. The same installation team came and removed the old countertops and installed the new ones. They have been with Summit for years, and that's an important factor for me. We could not be happier with Summit Granite and Jenny. It's wonderful to work with someone so knowledgeable, caring and professional.

I was a extremely happy customer of Summit Granite. They were told about my problem with another company that completely installed a countertop, without the expertise of this company. ( The other company in Cudahy did not level my countertop, which was the main problem, so they could not get the countertop backsplash to fit. After taking it back they cracked it.) I didn't know what to do. Through my daughter, an interior designer in Madison area, I found this company. They completely took care of fixing me a new countertop. The first company gave me a refund and I used it to purchase the last slab of the same countertop which they installed correctly. Jenny, at Summit called together all of the workers who put their heads together to figure out how to do this so the new slab wouldn't have the same problem. They put a 20 year sealant on it. They also noticed my dishwasher wasn't anchored earlier by the installer I bought it from. They fixed that too. All that I can say is that they don't cut corners at all and do things the right way, (ie the company in Cudahy put an extra hole for the faucet that I didn't need there at all). They also work with a great tile backsplash installer team ( husband and wife) that also was so efficient and left no mess whatsoever. I am very proud to leave this review. They deserve it. My experience with Summit Granite was great. We met with Alex and showed him our Ikea kitchen plans. After selecting the slab of quartz we wanted, he was able to draft up an estimate. We put some money down to hold our piece and made plans to call when we were close to having our new cabinets installed. Once we were ready, we scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to measure and another date for installation (about 1.5 weeks after the measuring). Alex did have to reschedule our measurement day but it did not effect the install day, so that was just fine. Sykim called ahead and showed up at the expected time to measure. He was friendly, professional and fast. The installers, Dustin and Julio, were also prompt, friendly, professional, and fast. Afterward, discussing the contract was prompt and easy with some back and forth emails to Alex and we could do payment over the phone. Overall, I worked with a great team and would highly recommend Summit Granite.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have an odd sized bathroom sink top and was looking to replace only that part of the unit. They helped me find a remnant stone as well as customize the rest of the top to my liking. Scheduled both the measurement and install at time of purchase. The person who came out to measure asked thoughtful questions and ensured the outcome would match my aesthetics. Very impressed with the outstanding service, attention to detail and ease of what could be a clunky install process. 10/10.

Hiring Summit was a great pain-free experience. Jenny was very nice and professional about being available to help us find a granite countertop that met our style and budget. The installation process, despite a hiccup with the measurements of one piece, was awesome overall: the 2 installers worked very diligently, precisely, and professionally. What I liked most was how transparent they were, as they were happy to answer any questions so I understood what kitchen areas they did and did not have to affect, and they gave their own advice from past experience on customizations. Some hiccups are inevitable sometimes, but it was easy to get in contact with Jenny to schedule a time for them to make a correction. Overall, pretty happy with the job well done.

Summit Granite did an exceptional job in my parents' kitchen and basement. It was a big WOW when I saw the place. It was a big project and my parents were extremely satisfied with their experience as well as the outcome that they asked me to write the good reviews on their behalf because they don't know computers. "The staff were very professional, the sales rep, the installers and the manger. They were so helpful from the moment we walked in. From picking out the stones, the measurement, pricing, to the installation, everything was done in a timely manner. After sale service was satisfying and prompt as well. They patiently answered all the inquiries and quickly took care the concerns that we had. Our kitchen and basement now look 10 times better than they were." I will eventually need to replace the countertop in my home. My parents highly recommended Summit Granite. I will share my thoughts after the job is done at mine. Based on the experience my folks had with them, I believe I won't be disappointed.

Very pleased with our results. Shopped around to several companies and had received many different quotes. Summit was the most reasonable. They weren't over powering with the sales pitch either. Justine was very patient with us in our decision making. It took quite a while before we were ready to purchase because I was super indecisive about which granite to choose. She helped a ton too. We brought in our floor and cabinets and went with her suggestion which I absolutely love more than our choices. The tear out and installation took only 2 hours. They had to come back to repair some of the caulk and to smooth out a corner. They were very efficient with repairs. Would highly recommend.

I had been wanting to find a solution to my lannon stone planter in the living room for quite some time and then stumbled across Summit Granite for the answer. I'm sure that an indoor planter in an area that doesn't get sun seemed like a great idea in the 1960s when the home was built, but I never loved the idea. I first checked out the big box stores but they didn't want anything to do with my tiny project (50 inches x 20 inches), but Summit Granite was more than happy to assist. I sent an email through their website and Justyna replied quickly with a rough estimate and an offer to come in and take a look at their remnants. When we stopped in, she was great; warm and welcoming and offered suggestions that helped in selecting the perfect color/pattern for our space at a decent price. I have to go three stars, unfortunately as the pickup experience was quite poor. Justyna advised to call the day of the scheduled pickup to confirm everything was a go, which I did. The person that answered the phone was flustered by my call and asked if he could call me back. I reluctantly agreed and over an hour later I received a call that it was ready for pickup and if I could come and get it immediately that would be best (I would have been there far earlier if he could have told me it was ready when I initially called...), so I dropped everything and left. Before hanging up, I asked where I should park and was told to park out front. 20 minutes later when I arrived, I was told that I will actually need to park in the back... But first I was taken back to the piece and when we arrived, it was upside down and topped with random trash, including a Pepsi can. I get that my project was likely a fraction of the cost of the average kitchen remodel, but that doesn't mean I like my item to be treated literally like garbage. Thankfully the piece looked amazing and once I went back out the building and moved my car, we got it loaded up into my car.

Giving Summit Granite a score of 1 star is being generous. We ordered our new countertops from them but from the time we placed the order, they did nothing correct. -Installation did not occur, when initially scheduled -Holes in countertops not cut to correct sizes for the sink, faucet and stove top so the installers had to cut the openings, I'm my kitchen, creating a dust bowl throughout my entire home -Sink is not centered under the window -Adhesive missing in some areas and stuck to the top of the counters in many areas -Layout of stone was not what we initially picked out When I tried to convey this to Alex, our salesperson, he was genuinely disinterested and disconnected. We made two appointments for Alex to come to our home to see for himself (he canceled one at last minute when I called him to confirm and no showed for the second appointment. I then spoke with owner Jenny, who was easier to speak with, but definitely only interested in getting her final payment rather than correcting the issues. Since they were unwilling to correct any of the issues, we did not pay them the full balance. I would never do work with them again and recommend finding someone else to handle your countertop needs.

Took the time on my day off to go in and pick out the material for our bathroom vanity. I was interested in the HanStone however the sales person was hung up on how much more money it would be. I really don't care because I need something that is low maintenance, doesn't stain and that I don't need to seal. I found exactly what I wanted and they said an estimate would be emailed by the next day. I have followed up twice and still two weeks later have yet to receive an estimate. Needless to say I went to AB&K and placed my order this week, the sales woman was amazing and more then happy to send me an estimate the same day as I was in there.
