The company manufactures custom-made kitchen, bathroom and vanity tabletops from materials of many types. The client only needs to select a slab from which experienced craftsmen will cut the countertop according to carefully measured layouts. Design consultants help customers to choose the color and texture of the stone slab so that it matches the room interior. The company takes on any project, be it a residential kitchen countertop, a fireplace or a bar counter, and also sells sinks and stone care supplies.

I recently remodeled my kitchen and after shopping many granite places around Lexington decided on Su Casa. They simply had the best deal and the granite I wanted of everywhere I looked. Additionally, the in-office staff and the installers were great to work with. I went back to find a specialty tile as an accent for my kitchen and they took their time to understand my needs and worked to help me find the perfect tile. After a few months one of the seems in my granite split and they were speedy and receptive in fixing the problem, free of charge of course. I’ve been very pleased in this company and plan to continue working with them in the future.

Bad experience that started with potential. I had a very attentive start to my experience with Su-Casa through the design and selection process. They were communicative and professional. After the product was installed and incorrect, it was up to me to find a way to make it right. It was up to me to get in touch with them not the other way around. In the end I had a $2385 island top incorrect! Too long on one side and too short on the other. They did offer to shorten the side that overhung too far however that does not make the other side longer. The shop and install guys were top notch however, ownership was lacking. I had decided not to write a review, until I received an invoice I had paid 4 months ago! Really, Wow! I do my best to support local business and I am in the architectural industry. So buyer beware

Su Casa was very nice to work with. We just had our granite installed yesterday. The sales people were friendly and frequently in contact with us throughout the process. The install was quick, clean and did a pretty nice job. There was one place where the counter top did not sit flush with the cabinets and they were not able to caulk that area and there is a small gap there. Not really noticeable unless you're looking from underneath. All in all, I would recommend Su Casa.

Su Casa has been my first choice for counter tops in more than 50 of my projects for kitchens and baths. Their sales professionals helped the clients during the selection process and kept price and budgets in mind. Templating is done accurately and fabrication to install is usually within 4-6 business days after template. Had a single issue on fabrication that delayed job by a few days only due to the stone quality was not met but I was communicated with as it happened and appreciated that quality was a top concern.

As an interior designer in Lexington, I deal with tile and stone almost on a daily basis. SuCasa has been and continues to be my go to shop for slabs and tile. They have the best variety of materials with pricing that works for any job budget. In the past two years, for approximately 40 different kitchens and bath remodels, I have never had an issue with their work performance. I would highly recommend David, Julia, Dede and staff!!

We went to Su Casa by accident, we visited other tile companies, and returned to Su Casa based mainly on price. Our experience was positive from beginning to end. All staff including installers were pleasant, accurate, and professional. The finished job in our kitchen is beautiful and came in a few hundred dollars than the original estimate. Our total experience with Su Casa was extremely positive and we highly recommend them to others.

We highly recommend Su Casa! Su Casa has been great to work with every step of the way. After trying to replace our laminate counters for over a year and visiting a number of different companies, we're so glad to have found Su Casa. After receiving pertinent information in a friendly manor at the store, I visited the warehouse quite a few times where I was patiently shown pieces of granite, large slabs of granite were moved so I could get a better look, and samples were given. Then, I'd come back , and they'd do it all over again until I decided upon one. They were also flexible in aligning a date to install since we had another project that had to be completed first. In addition, we had a backsplash on the wall we wanted to keep, so they carefully removed the old counter and installed the new without disturbing the backsplash and cleaned all the mess made. Although a small problem occurred during the installation, management was very responsive to our needs and solved the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. We love our new counters!

Great buying experience from beginning to end. Cat in the office was very helpful, and there was a good selection of products. The installation team was very professional and skilled. I'm an architect so I'm particular about workmanship, but the installation team pointed out any issues before proceeding, and my honed granite countertop looks great. This was not the cheapest quote I got, but this company gave me confidence that they would do it right.

Had Sucasa come today to fix a seam that was coming apart in our granite countertop. The technician actually showed up early, was polite, efficient and did beautiful work. We were really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had undertaken a nearly impossible task of remodeling our kitchen in two weeks. We asked Su Casa to work with is on that time frame and they agreed . The process was seamless. The tempeletor worked with us on reconfiguring the island top and the result was exactly what I wanted. The install team was professional in every way and the office staff was helpful and friendly. We will use Su Casa again without hesitation.

I'm sure this company deserves all its negative reviews. I went in to look at tile there were 2 employees sitting at desks in the front of the store. Neither of them got up to help my mom and I. When I asked the woman about pricing of a tile she made me go get the tile so she could look it up. She was super rude and disinterested in our business. I am actually surprised they stay in business. I would guess if this is how they treat potential clients they treat paid clients even worse.

Cannot adequately outline how terrible my experience was with Su Casa without an overly lengthy posting that I know will conjure up unhappy memories. Therefore, I will summarize: Communication: Terrible. They will not return a phone call. As long as you are ok with calling them everyday sometimes multiple times to obtain information, you will be fine. On one of my daily calls I asked if they could just give a call updating me.... the person I was speaking to said that they are SO busy that they can't be expected to call. Service from crew: fine. You may expect that they will tell you the job is complete, then you inspect to find it is not complete. When you ask them what about...., they will respond that they don't have the part on the truck and they will return or the office will call you with an update. They won't return and as said under Coomincation....no one from the office will call, I know this because 2 separate crews told me this. Summary: if I were to recommend a company for solid surface/ tile work I would recommend Stones & Granite of Lexington. I would tell my friend DO NOT call Su Casa unless you enjoy being tortured. Consider yourself warned.

i priced several suppliers in the lexington and nicholasville, ky area and after multiple trips to su casa i wasn't able to find the perfect slab. su casa did have the cheapest quote for slabs in their warehouse but just couldn't find the correct color. was told by management that i could go to one of their main suppliers and chose my slab. when questioned if there would be any additional expense for choosing this slab was told that the store wouldn't charge any more as long as i stayed within the same tier. after 3 trips to louisville...i found the perfect match. spoke with su casa and was informed that there would be a significant increase in the price for choosing a slab not on their lot. felt very pressured by staff. told me that i just needed to make up my mind...i did! i went to another local fabricator....purchased my tile from them and now am living happily ever after. the promises made should be backed up by actions. i would never have gone to louisville multiple times if i had known that su casa would not honored their bid. get it in writing folks.

I contracted for master bath quartz vanity, tub deck and shower threshold. Insufficient quartz ordered and initial slab was defective. Wife owners told more was being ordered to replace vanity top, which had already been fabricated and installed when defects were noticed. I was strung along for weeks, was called twice to schedule installation of the new material then cancelled, because they had never actually ordered anything. My plumber and contractors were rescheduled multiple times due to their erratic, error prone communications. They lied and contradicted themselves repeatedly. The husband owner never ever once responded to my emails and calls requesting to speak to him. It took three visits to my house to drill standard holes for tub deck and they ultimately refused to finish the job and cut a new vanity to replace defective one. I had to find another fabricator. Highly unprofessional and unscrupulous!
