Great place to find natural stone products at great prices. My husband and I have used them for several projects and they are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We've bought some really stunning pieces of stone from them and highly recomend them for anyone who is looking for stone or porcelain products.

This was a nice happy accident. We meant to go to another store but we ended up here. I like the intimate show room. After a long day of hunting around SoDo and experiencing rude unhelpful people, we found something unique. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. The back area is a little uh...not totally organized but but definitely worth a first visit if you wanna talk to somebody who cares about your needs.

My wife recently spoke with an employee at StoneWorld. Beyond walking away demoralized and patronized, I can say that it has inspired this review to be posted to make others aware. Before I continue, please take a look at my history - I don't post reviews, in fact this is a first, but considering how upset my wife was when she returned home, I felt that this was a special instance worth noting for others. *Imagine* - You buy a house, pick out a stone (which is expensive btw), source a fabricator to install said-stone and then drive 40 minutes to meet with said-fabricator....then the fabricator takes all of that for granted and shows it. My wife recently had an experience here where the fabricator at StoneWorld decided to (quite literally) question her, her judgement [in style and material], ability-to-purchase (from what I'm assuming was her age and hopefully not due to her being a woman) and when he wasn't pleased with any of her responses, he decided the best response was to tell her that her choice was "tacky". Why would anyone want to work with a fabricator, or contractor for that matter, who makes their customers feel self-conscious about THEIR choice? Frankly, who cares if YOU don't like to stone - if I'M paying YOU, then YOU should be accommodating to my request; otherwise, why even stay in business? Especially when we were comfortable spending 10K+. We happily took our business elsewhere - I'd recommend you do that as well. Brent - do better next time. First time customers should be treated with respect and dignity, not judgement.

These folks are great...We were looking for a remnant quartz slab and most places we contacted showed little to no interest in helping us out or accommodating a smaller remnant purchase. Stoneworld was eager to help and delivered a great product, service and install. At a fair price.

Incredibly friendly very helpful they didn't have the material that we were looking for but we're able to find it through a different vendor and sent us on our way to go find it with them have they had material that we needed in stock they would have already have my business I will be coming back to shop here because of this

I came here to look at quartz slab and tile options and they had a great selection. The employees were very helpful and even showed me remnants in the back in case they had a small piece that would meet the needs of my small project. I didn't end up buying my slab through them because my contractor had their own fabricator, but Seattle Stone's pricing was competitive with 5 other quotes I got during my search.  When my contractor ran into material delays, Jason went above and beyond to help us locate alternate inventory. I will definitely be ordering my quartz from them when we reno our kitchen in the future!

We could not be happier with the results of our kitchen remodel, thanks in large part to Nicoli AuYong at Stone World! Our vision for the kitchen involved extending the countertops to run the length of the kitchen and dining area (stretching ~20 feet) and creating an island with a "waterfall" edge. This was our first kitchen remodel and we were unsure what material (quartz, granite, marble, etc.) to use, or even the cost. Nick proved to be an amazing consultant, helping us understand the pro's and cons of each type of stone, and also brainstorming countertop layouts with us. Importantly, Nick was also mindful of our budget and he managed to fit all the cuts on just 2.5 slabs instead of 3, which saved us hundreds of dollars. Scheduling the installation was also a breeze. We were so impressed by the workmanship that we contracted with Stone World to also fabricate stone sills for our home's windows. Would recommend Stone World and Nick without hesitation!

The staff are super helpful. The selection is very broad and pricing is competitive. Appreciate the kind service that Jason's provided form their sales team and the helpfulness of other staff when I had to borrow display units to check them out at home.

We worked with StoneWorld (Nick) to select an amazing piece of granite for our butler pantry. They allowed us to buy just half the slab since we didn't need the entire slab which saved us a lot of material cost. Jason came out and took measurements and did a terrific job cutting the sink and outlet holes. The installation was quick and professional. We are so happy with the results.

I popped into StoneWorld after reading the reviews - and can confirm the reviews are accurate. Nicoli was fantastic and incredibly responsive. I was so pleased when Alex came out to measure and recommended a cut that gave me more surface on my quartz countertop! I'm very pleased with the result and have already recommended StoneWorld to friends.

Stone world was great ! I cannot say enough about this local family run business. They are incredibly knowledgeable and will do ever possible to make sure you are happy. I do not write very many reviews , but they definitely deserve it. I purchased both floor tile and quartz counter tops From them.Because my kitchen is smaller they were able to get my countertops without a seam which was very important to me. the Most amazing thing was when the installers came to put my counters in we had a problem. I called Stoneworld and they immediately came to my house to rectify the problem. They are the kind of Business that strives to make there customers happy, and I can't thank them enough. I love my new kitchen. Great business and great people! Patrice R

I stopped by to try and find a piece for a small project and ended up working with the owner. He was so considerate and kind and provided really helpful feedback. I feel like with my home remodel I've worked with dozens of companies, contractors, and stores and no one compared to how customer-centric he was! They had some really incredible designs that I wish I had known about before I purchased my tile, I would have much preferred some of the beautiful patterns that you could see in person than what I had found online. When I'm ready for larger projects in the house, I'll definitely be going back to StoneWorld for my counter tops!

Stoneworld was great to work with. We chose a remnant slab large enough to make two bathroom countertops with and they held onto it for over 6 months as we renovated the bathrooms one at at time (these were major, down to the studs, moving walls remodels). When each was ready to install they were out to measure within a few days and then install within a few days. Finish work was great, everything fit well. Jason was super nice to work with. Thanks to Taylor for holding onto our "just right" slab for so long.

I have used Stoneworld for two bathroom projects now. I simply would not look elsewhere. Dana and Taylor are always available to answer questions, help with design, have great taste. The showroom is so pleasant. The materials from there are beautiful, selection is plentiful. Jason who does the fabricating is so good, communicates well with scheduling, rare in this world. Both contractors we used were not aware of Stoneworld, both very impressed. I highly recommend Stoneworld to anyone looking for a beautifully finished project on top of dealing with excellent customer service along the way.

Wish I found this place earlier for my home remodeling! Stoneworld helped me finalize my bathroom with a beautiful custom fabricated granite countertop. The sales team is super friendly and there is a strong family run business feel. They have a nice selection of remnants and their fabricator Jason is fantastic!

Love, love love Stone World. We purchased a large format tile for a kitchen remodel project. Absolutely gorgeous tile, and unlike what you'll find from most stores in the area. The tile was in stock (yeah) and I picked up what I needed same day. A few weeks later our tile installer said we needed a few more pieces, which I had him pick up directly. He installed them, only for me to discover that they totally didn't match. They where from a different dye lot. But since they were glued down already, I couldn't return them. Stress, gnashing of teeth... I came back to the store with a sob story and low and behold they gave me replacement tiles for free. Yes, free. No more crying for me. There are some wonderful, helpful people in the world - and at least one of them works at Stone World. Thank you!!

He actually takes the time to listen and help you figure out what you need and the best way to achieve that. I highly recommend this company.

You want your bathroom or kitchen tiles look different than Home Depot or Lowes, this is the place you want to go. Tile selling at Stone World Seattle is a little pricey, to me, for a few hundred dollars more for a quality bathroom tile, I believe it is worth it. Needless to say about staffs, the 5 stars rating is for them.

I need to update my review on this wonderful tile supplier. I have been going here for years. We did most of our kitchen counters with granite remnants from their yard and probably saved 70% on materials. We used a local Auburn fabricator and Stone World worked with them on the slabs, loading them on the pick up truck or arranging deliveries.. They supplied all the tiles for our master shower at an incredible price. They did not have a contract with one of the manufacturers, so they set one up, just for me. Now they are going to supply all the tiles for our upstairs bathroom. I do not see a place to post pictures, but our master shower included some of their gorgeous unique trims that you can't find anywhere else, (and they were in stock in the store!) If you are looking for mosaics, chair rails and pencils, mosaic liners, marble and granite tiles, etc. there are rows and rows of them, and they are in stock, ready to take home. I usually work with Nicoli, who drops everything to track down prices and availability for you. I think he is one of two brothers who are owners. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, however. If they don't have what you need, they will help track it down for you.

We went to StoneWorld recently looking to match some floor tiles we already owned. They didn't carry the brand, but Nicoli was super helpful with tracking down the exact product name and pointing us to a competitor who did. We made some phone calls to that other (not so helpful) vendor. Even with Nicoli's great sleuthing, it soon became clear that we would need to start from scratch, and we were more than happy to give StoneWorld our business. They totally won us over with outstanding service and no hard sell. You can tell the people who work there really care about what they do. They're super informative and they have a great selection of tiles besides. Highly recommend.

We didn't buy from here because we were looking for exterior stone for a dry stone wall (they're mostly about interiors), but they were super-friendly and helpful anyway, and went out of their way to look up and recommend other places to check. We'll definitely go back if we ever need interior stone.

Nice selection of tile, granite, and back splashes. Dedicated, passionate staff looking to find solutions and provide the best possible answers for all my bathroom and kitchen remodels and renovations. Owner and staff were good at asking questions and helped me understand the tile installation and design process. The value of their knowledge was extremely valuable. In addition, easy to find location.

Customer service is indeed a head-scratcher these days. Granted my small granite countertop purchase ($385.00) probably wasn't a "retirement order," but really? I go into their store, select the slab I want, give them the specs, and pay for my stone countertop. I'm told that they will try to get it done for me by the end of the week. They use the word "try" because it's a short week (being the July 4th weekend.) I do understand when they tell me they're too busy that week, but they'll get it for me as quickly the following week as possible. When the following week arrives, I'm then told that it won't be ready until Friday. I very patiently explain that I live out on the Hood Canal, and that Friday is the worst possible day to navigate back and forth from the Hood Canal. I then leave two or three messages for Casey (the point guy as far as preparing my order is concerned.) Naturally, I am wanting to move things up a day or two, but Casey does not return any of my calls. I'm then told once again that my order is scheduled to be done on Friday. I tell the fellow on the phone that I will be in either Monday or Tuesday to collect it, as Friday is a nightmare for Seattle/Hood Canal traffic. When I arrive on Tuesday, I am greeted by a gentleman who immediately complains that everyone wants to pick up their order on the same day and at the same time. He then informs me that I was supposed to pick it up on Friday, as that was what I said I was going to do. As I really wasn't looking for an argument, I simply told this fellow that his version of the story wasn't really accurate. He then argues with me before helping me load the material into my SUV. Please note that it was only a 27" x 25" piece, and no special material handling equipment was necessary. He simply had to pick it up off a table and slide it into my vehicle. Took about two minutes (if that.) Now, why he had to carry on about me not picking it up when I supposedly said I would, (which of course wasn't the case,) and trying to make me feel bad is anyone's guess. What he succeeded in doing was making me feel bad that I picked Stone World to deal with. For my part, I simply told him "All's well that ends well." I didn't come into his store with a chip on my shoulder demanding why he didn't have it ready for me in a timely manner, or asking for an apology that nobody called me back. What was the point in telling me I was a bad customer. If he was trying to convince me never to shop for stone at Stone World anymore, then that's exactly what he accomplished. By the by, never even got a thank you on that day for my business.

I see the owner's replay but find it amusing that it's coming over 3 years after I posted it in Dec of 2019, before the pandemic. And am wondering why it says I received multiple apologies when I did not receive a single one. I obviously used another company, that speaks for itself.

Both the Better Business Bureau and The Attorney General's office have accepted my complaint. All I am asking for are the 2 slabs of granite that were given to them to correct this problem, full reimbursement and the cost of my electrician and plumber. The crack continues to get bigger. Let's see what they do next. By the way my complaint includes photos and I have spoken to others in the field who have looked at the work they did and all concur with the same conclusion.

Purchased a remnant of marble that was perfect for what we needed for our bathroom. Was told they would be happy to store in the yard until we had our measurements for the sink cut out. Came back a month later and "oops" it wasn't there anymore. Not sure if I am more angry about the story they gave me, "wind blew it down and broke it" or about the complete lack of remorse from the staff/manager that the slab was missing. Seriously - if the wind blew a slab down and broke it, was it so completely shattered that they couldn't see the tape with my name and sold on it so they could call me and tell me about the unfortunate accident? He tried to blame the worker who "doesn't speak English" for throwing all the pieces away. Again - it broke that much that you couldn't save anything? I suspect it was resold because they forgot to mark it sold. Doesn't matter - the lack of customer service to make it right was none existent! Also should mention that I tried calling for two days and just kept getting a recording that the voice mail box was full. I actually started to worry they were no longer in business, which would not surprise me if this their way of doing business.

The new manager was very , very rude. To top it off off directly in front of me lashing out to one of the employee. Bring back Willy G , made more sales than anyone 2016. So why in the hell are you guys charging $240 a cut when it use to be $25 a cut. My personal recommendation fire the hell out of the new manager and get back on track. He is only going to make your company close its doors. I and my wife done business with you guys for a long time but with your management we're seeking else where , thank u guys for all your support and help and friendliest attitude. We and several of my closet contractors will not be back here. Your company will close down very , very , soon.

Missed promise on delivery date. I stood around and waited for 4 hours at another company (MSI-work with them directly users!) while they sorted through broken pieces of my order. In summary, I wasted a day of work, after Stoneworld missed the delivery promise that they set, and then I left south Seattle without everything I had ordered and paid for 42 days prior. Incompetent staff. Horrible to work with when things go wrong, as customer service is not a part of the transaction. If you can't walk out of the store with the product at the time of purchase, do not waste your money and time.

Went to stone world to buy a polished piece of granite for under my pellet stove. Got rung up for 547.99 for a polished edge piece of granite. Went back to pick up granite from mike, and was told it would cost an additional $150 dollars on top of what was all ready paid to have a polished edge. Told Mike I wanted a refund since he would not on the contract. He refused saying he had cut the piece so it had lost its value. I paid $547 and got nothing in return. Would never purchase any thing from this seller
