Stoneworks overall did an amazing job on our kitchen. Rhonda coordinated the project in a professional and personal manner. Mitch took the two slabs of granite and designed the layout so that the seams are almost invisible. The installers were very careful and definitely cared about the quality of their work. They have a massive assortment of materials to choose from. Highly recommend them and will no doubt use them when we renovate our master bath.

We've had two successful experiences with StoneWorks: total renovation of our galley kitchen, and a master bath upgrade--new vanity with custom vanity top and two sinks. Our sales person, Martha Moore, did a great job of helping us select beautiful materials, including quartz countertops and an elegant, crackle glazed tile for the kitchen backsplash. There is so much to choose from at StoneWorks. Every step of the process was handled well and everyone there, from salespeople, to scheduler, to installers, are very courteous and nice. Recommend them highly!

We were very satisfied with the Quartz selection and installation by Stoneworks. Our project was on a very tight timeline. From the sales team and schedulers to onsite project installation, Stoneworks ensured we had a timely installation. There were a few glitches along the way, but instead of delays, Stoneworks delivered and installed AHEAD of schedule. We were very impressed with the quality of work and care taken during installation and even more pleased with their pricing. We found it to be fair, coming in lower than direct competition. We're just about to call them for another project ... would highly recommend!

No one treats the customer as well as the owner of the business, and at Stone Works, this statement is profoundly accurate.
After speaking with the CEO, I came to find out that Stone Works is a family-owned and operated company where each family member, from the CEO to the admin staff and the artisans, significantly contributes. They brought this dedicated and meticulous approach to not only our kitchen but also our bathroom and laundry renovations.
The installation team, led by Antonio, treated our home with the same respect and care as if it were their grandmother's, attentively handling every detail. Their commitment to quality and craftsmanship is clearly visible throughout our beautifully transformed spaces.
Being one of the lager investments of our updates, we felt it was imperative to work with people who truly care. We are so happy with the whole experience, I fully recommend them to people who are looking for a truly high quality experience.

We recently purchased a quick move-in home in Sun City, and our laundry room was unfinished. Our construction manager mentioned that the cabinets were from Olivers and the countertops were done by Stoneworks. After adding cabinets through Olivers, I reached out to Stoneworks, and Rhonda Schwartz got back to me very quickly. Using our address, she was able to pull up all the materials used in our home and found a remnant slab of the same quartz used in our kitchen. Within minutes, she provided a quote for the countertop and a stainless steel sink.
A few weeks later, someone came to create the template for the countertop, which only took about 10 minutes. The following week, two very professional installers arrived to secure the sink, add the backsplash and sidesplash, and install the countertop—all within 15 minutes. The final result was a beautifully cohesive design that seamlessly matched the rest of our home, and the price was very reasonable. Huge thanks to Rhonda and the Stoneworks team for making the process easy and the results perfect!

I found Stoneworks by seeing one of their branded vehicles leaving Lowe’s. I did a kitchen renovation and was in need of count tops as the cabinets and were custom built but the cabinetmaker only did Formica tops. Lowes had told me 4-8 weeks for countertops. I called Stoneworks, was able to go into the facility that same day, had a quote the next day, paid the deposit and after measurement I had a beautiful countertop within 3 days. Total project length was approximately 2 1/2 weeks. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Kudos to Dee-borah who worked with me on the sales side. I would recommend Stoneworks to anyone looking for countertops. Also, purchased the 60/40 sink from them also. Although they installed the sink they don’t connect. I had to get my plumber for that, I should have gotten clarification on that. Still would recommend though.

We love Stone Works for our beautiful Quartz countertops and how they've transformed our small kitchen from bland to fabulous. Working with Stone Works was easy, stress-free and Sydney, our sales rep was amazing. Sydney worked with us in the showroom to select the best option for our small space and then came to our villa for the initial estimate with her prepared kitchen layout, in hand. We love that level of preparedness. During that initial visit, she answered all of our questions. Stone Works is veteran-owned and Sydney arranged for our veteran's discount. We didn't need to look further after that. Sydney explained the next steps and timeline, and Sandra from scheduling kept us on track. The removal/install team arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Wes, the template pro answered all of our questions and we enjoyed our visit with him, too. Even the CAD layout team answered our questions and were friendly. We also love that we didn't have to shop around for a new sink to fit... Stone Works has a nice selection in their showroom.. how convenient. Thank you to Sydney and the entire Stone Works team.

We purchased our granite counter top through Home Depot and they contracted the installation through Stoneworks. Prior to them coming out to install, I looked up the reviews and was quite dismayed! We actually considered requesting our money back from Home Depot to purchase elsewhere, but we were so close to the finish line that we pushed on with Stoneworks, fingers crossed...
Honestly, the customer service we received was outstanding! The measurements were scheduled, and the guy who came out was friendly and thorough. He told us 2-3 weeks for the granite to be cut, followed by the appointment for the installation. At exactly 2 weeks, I called to see where they were in the process and they told me that I was scheduled to receive a call later that afternoon to set up our installation appointment. The following Monday, the installers showed up ON TIME, with a call first (as requested).
The installers were careful & mindful of the new drywall & cabinets. The only issue was the seam wasn't cut properly, so to accommodate for the seam they had to shim up the section by the sink quite a bit. Really not noticeable, unless your on your hands and knees looking right at it. This is the only reason they didn't get the full five stars.
They left no mess behind, even asking us for a broom to sweep up the little bit of dust that came off the stone. They were in and out in no time. Whole installation took less than an hour.
We now have a beautiful granite countertop & no regrets!
Thank you Stoneworks!

Very disappointed, was given a quote and assured of an install date, was told brad would come to measure and did not show 4 times. Then they changed the bid from 2000 to 3000 with one week left before rental season started( they knew the timeline) Very shady business practice.

THEIR MISTAKES ARE YOUR PROBLEM. The sales person we worked with was excellent. But when it came to servicing, it went downhill. The job was for quartz countertops in a condo we don't live in - so we had to travel 4 hours to meet them for each step. We were informed 15 minutes before our install appt that the installer was sick and couldn't come. We had to extend the stay so they could come the next day, only to find the backsplash piece was cracked. This meant another install to be scheduled - two weeks later. On that day, the broken piece was a bit too big. Rather than send it back and schedule a 3rd install day, we had to jam it into place using our own tools and helping the installers. We asked for some money back, due to the inconvenience and issues we had to help solve, and was offered $200 (on a $5000 job). Not only was this insulting (given the extra costs we incurred due to add'l travel and lost work days), we were sent an incredibly rude email, and later found out they had filed some sort of complaint with the local court because they thought we weren't paying the final $500, which we had already paid. Had we cancelled/rescheduled our install appointment, we would have been charged $250. We weren't given the same courtesy when they did this to us. And then they accused us of not intending to pay. They are obviously one of the few companies in this area, given their customer service approach. I will look to someone else for the next job we do, and suggest you do the same.

Horrible business practices. They charge thousands of dollars more but went with them because my contractor "preferred to work with them". After I got the quote and signed off and was ready to cut a check for deposit instructed in contract they then informed me the bill would be sent to my contractor. I said that would mean the contractor would add that to his total bill which he charges 20 percent on top of the quote. So now they want me to pay thousands more plus 20 percent? They tried to explain that my contractor got a discount and passed it on to us. Are you kidding me. Very Angry with the lack of transparency amongst other things. Long story short, because they did not honor price I signed off on and all parties agreed upon, I cancelled and they added insult to injury by charging me a restocking fee of 30 percent. Since then I've gotten a quote of a bit over of $10,000 for my materials and fabrication. Stone Works estimate was over $19,000.

Very helpful immediately and we got remnants for our job. Don't go the StoneWorks

I wish I had read reviews of Stoneworks before using them. The reviews listed here are CORRECT! I went on word of mouth recommendations -- and was extremely disappointed. Stoneworks has premium turnkey pricing but they offer a Lowes DIY experience.
First, they were two hours late for a first thing in the morning install. No call. ZERO apology. But in retrospect, that is where they were most professional.
Second, on a simple bathroom vanity install. They cut it wrong -- TWICE -- even though they templated and I was without water in my bathrooms for two weeks. Never again. Oh and I won't even go into the "blame the client" dance they did at the end. Ridiculous.
Finally -- they wasted hours upon hours of my time -- because as they fixed all their problems it was me who was stuck in my place supervising or running to their store.
I demanded to talk to the owner before I paid -- he didn't really care. Honestly -- horrible experience -- I told him I would never recommend them. Maybe they get enough business from old word of mouth that it doesn't matter -- but this business has definitely declined versus the word of mouth I have heard.
I would never use them again. Buyer beware.

My countertops stained the same day they were installed from a little bit of water. The salesperson said they would dry out but the stain remained. Over the next few months the entire counter darkened beyond recognition. After several sales people were perplexed by the darkening and after I called them for several months they finally had the owner came out. Even though his workers noticed the darkening he refused to acknowledge the problem and admit any fault. He was quite rude to me. I would say the customer service was great when I was purchasing from them and horrible insulation. I have since heard several bad reports about Stoneworks. I wish I had never even switched out my counters.

We have used StoneWorks for many years for several remodeling projects on our house, however, the last remodel was unfortunately disaster because of StoneWorks. We worked with the same salesperson whom we have used in the past and had a great relation with. We selected all of our marble for our master bath remodeling. The floor marble was selected from samples that we're available in the store. When the marble tile arrived the sales person didn't check the lot. The contractor was not aware of the tile selected. The tile was picked up by the tile person and was installed. When the contractor saw it he realized that it was a mistake because it was the ugliest marble one can imagine. He sent photos to us and we agreed that it was terrible. We both contacted StoneWorks and the sales person apologized for the error taking responsibility. The owner, however Mr Blazegar stated that his company bore no responsibility and that we were "childish" if we thought so. It is hard to believe that an owner with that attitude can garner business. I doubt that he will have ours in the future. He does not stand behind his company's errors and even takes the offensive.

Worst customer service in my 60 years of décor. Karen balled up her eyes as if to say she hates her job selling the stone. I should have left then. I was then quoted a price of $980.00 for a remnant 17x70". I pointed out they were charging me for three edges and I only needed one because the first two were already done. With hate in her face, she admitted I was right and lowered it to $600.00. They said they would call when the one piece was cut. No call, then a week later I called. With total rudeness, they said it would be ready next week. When I got there, Shannon was prancing directly in front of our vehicle smoking her cigarette and refusing to move her elongated frame with her high heels except to come over when we finally parked to ask what our business was there.( again very hateful). She then went into an office, we followed and was rudely tossed out. We went into the next room, what appeared to be a showroom. Karen told us, we had to go to the vehicle, stand outside the vehicle and look for them to bring our piece.(46 degrees out with strong wind). I got inside the truck, my 66 year old husband abided by their command and waited another 20 minutes. Two men brought the piece out and leaned it against the side of our truck bed. They kept saying it was going to break in transit but refused to tell us what we needed to do or get for safe transit 1 hour away. I said no one told us what to bring, we assumed it would lay flat in our bed. They took no interest in helping us and spoke only to each other. They left without saying anything to us. My husband tied a small rope around it and we fortunately made it home. I wish I could report all of them, but realize they are family owned and run and until a customer focused stone company comes to Hilton Head, it will always be this way. Take you business to Savannah or elsewhere it you need to be treated like a human. If I had not already paid early in the sale, I would have told them to take the money and where to stick it.

This business is horrific. They have both tremendous shortcomings in their service and operation sections. Our countertop backsplash was miss-cut and they replaced it with a scrap piece from their yard waste/remnant. They were suppose to install at 3:00 pm but they arrived very late and started the install after 7 pm and left our home after 11:30 pm. After three weeks we finally got them to acknowledge that they had not completed the job. When they sent out the replacement backsplash, it was the wrong color. Finally, they found a remnant piece that was close in color.
Before they ever started the work, StoneWork recommended and coordinated for a sub contractor to come and remove our old countertop. Unfortunately, sub contractor wasn't licensed for our area and said their wasn't enough money in it to come. We should have known then that StoneWork was not a company to do business with.
When we brought all of the shortcomings and failures to the owner, he simply made excuses.
Buyers / users beware. This is not a highly polished and professional business as StoneWork tries to present themselves.
All I can say, is, just don't do it --- you may be very sorry! If 1/2 a star were available, based on our horrific experience, that about their level of execution and product delivery StoneWorks Inc. earned.

Our analyst contacted the company as a mystery shopper, but unfortunately, we were unable to obtain a clear answer — the calls and messages either went unanswered or did not provide the necessary information.
The absence of confirmed data about fabrication should not be seen as a negative sign. In our experience, it is not uncommon for companies to miss some incoming inquiries or choose not to disclose such details during initial contact.

Yes, based on the results of our research, StoneWorks offers discounts for veterans — this information was confirmed by a company representative during a conversation with our mystery shopper. We believe this isn’t the only discount available: like most participants in our rating, the company may offer personalized terms — especially during national holidays, seasonal promotions, or for large-scale projects.
We recommend confirming the details directly: submit a request, call, or message the company through our website — and don’t forget to ask about current discounts. In many cases, contractors are open to discussing individual terms.

However, they were either unable to reach anyone by phone, or never received the promised estimate after the initial conversation.

Does StoneWorks offer cutouts for sinks, cooktops, or other elements?
Yes, like most professional contractors in the market, StoneWorks performs cutouts and countertop preparation for various components — both standard and modern. According to our findings, these services are typically included in the overall project estimate. The standard scope usually covers cutouts for sinks (undermount, drop-in, or farmhouse) and holes for faucets or other plumbing fixtures. Additional cutouts — such as for cooktops, hidden or pop-up outlets, built-in wireless chargers, or other accessories — are discussed individually at the project planning and estimating stage.
It’s important to note that while the cutouts and countertop preparation are usually performed by the company, the installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures (such as faucets, outlets, or appliances) may not be included in their scope of work and could require licensed professionals. We recommend clarifying this point when placing your order.
To avoid misunderstandings, ask for a detailed estimate with a breakdown of all services: cutout pricing, installation, and any add-on options. This will ensure project transparency and help you clearly understand what you're paying for.
What guarantees does StoneWorks provide for its work?
According to our information and industry practice, StoneWorks, like most participants in the ranking, provides a workmanship warranty valid for 1 year from the date of countertop installation. This period is usually specified in the contract. We do not rule out that the company may have extended warranty terms (2 years or more), however, during our research, we did not receive confirmed data from the contractor regarding the duration and scope of its warranty.
The contractor’s warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation, such as uneven or separating seams, leveling and fastening issues, detachment or sagging of an undermount sink, flaws in edge finishing and cutouts, premature failure of seam materials, and cutouts that do not match the approved design. Warranty coverage does not include damage from use (thermal shock/burn marks from hot cookware, chips or cracks caused by impacts), stains and acid etching (for marble), wear due to insufficient maintenance or lack of sealing, natural characteristics of stone (veins, micro-pores, variations in shade/pattern within tolerances), shifts caused by base deformation, or any modifications performed by third parties.
The material warranty is provided by the manufacturer or the official stone supplier. Engineered quartz brands often offer a limited “lifetime” warranty for residential properties (subject to registration and compliance with care guidelines). For sintered surfaces, typical warranty periods range from 10 to 25 years. Natural stone usually does not come with a factory warranty — its quality of fabrication and installation is covered by the contractor’s warranty. The term and scope of the warranty depend on the project and materials — contact StoneWorks in any convenient way on this page to get the current terms.
