We ordered a slab for our kitchen island, and this company cut it incorrectly twice, delayed delivery, and repeatedly gave us excuses. After two failed attempts, we went to another supplier down the street, who delivered exactly what we needed the first time. Despite these mistakes being entirely their responsibility, the manager told us he would refund our money only if he could sell the slab. That is unacceptable. We should not have to wait for them to resolve a problem they created to receive our money back. We still have not received the promised refund. Their lack of accountability and failure to resolve this issue have been extremely disappointing.

Update 6/10/24 The magic of a bad review. Right after my initial review Manuel contacted me and completed the installation. Love the slab but the service was bad Will change from a 1 star to a three star. Previously: From the time we chose our stone slab to the time it was installed the price changed three times! Then getting the installers to come, took begging and threats. The slab was finally installed and the Installer Manuel said he would be back to seal it and to install a small piece they had to remove during installation. It's been six months and no amount of pleading or begging has succeeded. It is now June 1st 2024. If anything changes I will update.

I spent several weeks shopping for just the right slab for my clients new retail space. And it only took about 15 minutes for me to find exactly what I was looking for when I stop I here. Additionally, Mohammed was incredibly accommodating to me from the moment I arrived and did all he could to meet my needs regarding our construction schedule and installation. Finally, and probably most importantly, the end result is absolutely beautiful and precisely what I wanted, needed, and expect. I’ll be back for the next project.

We had been looking everywhere for a countertop for our home. We were hoping for something modern, and sleek that was still affordable. Most places only offered quartz or low end quartzite in our budget and were not easy to navigate. Some didn't even offer installation. We feel so fortunate to have found Stoneware Enterprises. They had an amazing and large selection of beautiful countertops. We thought it may be out of our budget, but the owner, Nishar helped us find the perfect piece. He advised us on how to get the most from what we were able to spend and had the staff to complete the installation. We are so pleased with the service and the end product. If you need countertops, this is the place to go! I wish we walked in here before replacing our tiles, their tile selection is beautiful too!

Stoneware Enterprises was very helpful and professional, their selection is large, and their work is beautiful. Pricing is upfront and didn't change and there was no upselling or pressure at all. They completed the job in the promised timeframe and we're very happy with the result. We visited their showroom several times before making a decision. Their sales staff patiently answered all of our questions. They cut their stone on site and they were able to show us some of their work in progress, which was beautiful. They embed steel bars in the granite to support overhangs invisibly. After Manuel came out to our house to get precise measurements, they called us to come in and lay out our kitchen. Since our granite has a lot of variation, it matters which piece is where. They advised us on what was possible and helped us minimize seams while making the most of the parts we liked best. In less than 2 weeks Manuel's team came out to remove our old counters and install the new granite countertops. They promised us a couple of extras: the piece that was cut out for the sink to use as a cutting board, and a piece cut to put on our window sill to make it even with the backsplash. Both were part of the square footage we paid for, but they didn't deliver them. We've made five attempts to follow up on the window sill piece with no success.

I went in with a general idea of the look I wanted and they helped me every step of the way, from picking out the stone, laying everything out so it flows nicely, even staying late to finish the install. They went above and beyond and made me a shelf for my arch window AND put a back to it so things wouldn’t slide back anymore. I love the veining on the island and the huge backsplash behind the cooktop. Definitely recommend checking them out.

We love our counters we purchased here, they are our most favorite thing in our home now. If I move I want to take them with me! While that’s not possible, we cannot be more happy with the choice. The fabrication with them had some chipping on one 10” infinity edge that was never mentioned, they did the best to mend but would have been nice to let us know. Our all, would go back and they are fairly priced. They did a great job and no funny business. If your debating on the edge.... get the waterfall edge. So worth it. With the extra stone, we had them make a long bar top and we used it for an indoor bench for kids toys.

We got the Quartzite countertop for our kitchen upgrade. It is amazing after installation. The slab is exquisite and such design was not available anywhere in CA. They also recommended good way to install 3cm slab. Professional installation work.

Providing an update regarding my situation with the Dishonest business. The owner agreed to a payment plan that was set up by an attorney to satisfy a OC Superior court small claims judgement. The owner made only three payments and then they stopped. He claimed that he had no sales coming in and unable to make a payment. That was a year ago, and I'm still waiting for him to finish the payment schedule. Beware of this DISHONEST business!!! If this business won't honor a Court Ordered Judgment, you are taking a huge risk having this company do any work at your home!

Update: the edge on our granite completely separated and several pieces fell off. Jose, the granite fabricator have used before and should have used this time, fixed it. Jose said Stoneware used the wrong epoxy to save money. The epoxy needed for outdoor BBQs is very expensive, and Stoneware cut corners to maximize their profit by using cheaper materials. Stoneware is a ripoff and a fraud. They should be indicted for grand theft.

You will find exceptional , caring people, and an amazing array of the most beautiful pieces. Truly, dealing with Mohammad was a pleasure and a Godsend. He guided us with ease, expertise and made us feel ,truly , as if he is a warm member of our family. What a delight! You can tell when someone is honorable, skilled and takes pride in their business as he surely is! iIn this day and age, unfortunately, it is what is often missing. We, of course, had several options from businesses to choose from. But upon meeting Mohammad and falling in love with his obvious capable , expert qualifications . And his BEAUTIFUL stones ( oh my) we are so glad we went with this established business. For our family it is a bit of a splurge, however we consider it a wise investment for what will long be a quality piece ( practically an art piece) in the center ( heart) of our home. That said, the prices were reasonable for such luxury,.They were accommodating , professional and quick in their responses to work with our schedule. I absolutely love my new desk! I have been searching high and low for weeks for a stone top to place on an iron base I purchased and refinished from W&S. Stoneware Enterprise has an incredible selection, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Nishar and Omar were wonderful to work with. They were both patient, attentive, and friendly. It's a family run business and their knowledge and service were outstanding! You will be amazed when you walk thru their showroom of beautiful slabs.
