It was easy to talk to customer service at StoneTrends to find out my delivery date once the counters were measured/ordered. I highly recommend Stone Trends! Great communication from the start. There was a hiccup with my cabinets, which delayed the installation of my countertops. Jo & Dee Dee were so accommodating when my project finally got back on track and scheduled me quickly. Mike & Sam were the amazing installation team. They were kind, polite, professional, & efficient. I've never seen two installers work so flawlessly together with great communication. Mike even borrowed a broom to clean up any mess made from the window sill install. So impressed! I am EXTREMELY pleased with my countertops & window sill! Beautiful! Now, I just can't wait for my contractor to get back in my kitchen and complete the backsplash!

We are thrilled with the quality of our new countertops! Eric almost magically made the 3 pieces look like a single slab and made sure everything was leveled perfectly. The group carefully brought in, placed, and manipulated each section. They also trimmed a piece that was just a bit too long so it fit perfectly. They shared how to care for the Quartz. If you are looking for a perfect job, we whole heartedly recommend them!

I shopped around to a few places to find the perfect countertop for myself. I was so happy I found Stone Trends because I was able to get my kitchen island in one piece, no seems. The pricing was better too. They had the equipment and manpower to install the huge slab without compromising safety. Kevin, Brian, Sam and Carson along with a few more people installed it quickly and without incident. I highly recommend Stone Trends.

We have purchased countertops from Stone Trends at least 3 times,. This time we had a bit of an issue but even amidst this hiccup, I’m very impressed with Stone Trends overall and John Herbert specifically. I’ve always felt a company’s integrity and professionalism are far more determined by how well they respond to a problem versus how well they function when all goes well. From the moment the hiccup was discovered, I was met with a true apology and a genuine desire for a quick and suitable resolution. There were no excuses, no shifting blame. I could tell my satisfaction was paramount in all communications. In the end, the resolution was 100% to my satisfaction. Our quartz bar tops are beautiful, exactly what I wanted. In today’s fast paced world, it’s refreshing to deal with a company that values integrity and customer satisfaction.

When my husband and I decided to get out stone countertops our neighbor highly recommended StoneTrends. It was the first and the only place that we will ever shop for beautiful quartz counters. The day we went to their showroom, we met Tara. Tara walked with us as we viewed the many different designs and colors. She gave us much information about the install process and care for the different products made of quartz and granite. As we spend several hours with Tara, we were led through the process, and Tara proceeded to take note of all of our concerns, design and needs. We were able to take samples home to make a decision on which style and colors we wanted. First appt came for measurements. Sam, one of the stonetrends technicians came with his equipment to take precise measurements then Finally, install day came, and we could not be happier. Brandon and John installed our counters with precision and skill. All of the StoneTrend team were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They did not hesitate to answer any questions we had! Shelli Whitaker at Stonetrends and really everyone at Stonetrends just WOW'ed my fiance and me beyond belief! First, EVERYONE at Stonetrends is really nice. They are patient and understanding even AFTER we wished to change the Cambria pattern chosen AFTER they had templated. Really, nice and kind about it, no problems whatsoever, they just said they wanted us to be happy. The guy who came to template was nice, polite and respectful of our home. The installers were polite, professional, quick and respected our home and didn't get it any dirtier than was neccessary. The install was painless. The seam is the tightest seam I have ever seen on any stone or Quartz countertop, the edges are beautiful, we chose Ogee, and a little complicated shape and edge for our island, all perfect, exactly as requested. They fitted our sink perfectly, the Cambria fits against every wall so tight it looks like it grew there. The billing was easy. Their design advice was spot-on. There was not a single hitch in the process. Really, truly, perfectly happy in every respect and at every step. I can't say enough about how impressed we both were. Thank you Stonetrends! No one should ever hesitate about trusting them with one of the most expensive decisions in any kitchen.

Today Jake and Chris installed our granite powder room vanity top and sink. They were both extremely pleasant and helpful with all of the information we could possibly want. In addition, they were very quick and left the room as clean as it was when they arrived. We have also purchased Cambria for our master bathroom remodel and hope they will be our installers again. Thanks fellows!! A shout out to Matt, our sales representative. He has been kind, responsive and patient with us throughout this process. We have our countertops in 3-24-2021 after a few days of working with Rebecca at Stone Trends. There was some initial miscommunication between Hoods, Stone Trends and us, however Stone Trends did work with us to meet an expected install date. The installation went so well and the fellows that did it were so nice. We are so happy with the results. Recommendation: Confirm the information you are sold with the Company you are actually getting the product from before committing to a sale. Thank You Stone Trends for working with us.

Rebecca helped us out when we came in looking for a kitchen counter. Didn't take long to find the right Cambria slab. They came out and measured within a couple of days. Tim came out and installed the counter less than two weeks from when they measured. I finally got the backsplash installed and now I can see my beautiful countertop again.

Upgrading the earlier review of these guys now that the kitchen is finished. If I could give them more stars I certainly would. Their scope of work included removal/storage/re-installation of the granite on our butterfly island, fabrication/installation of all counter surfaces with Cambria and fabrication/installation of another granite surface in the powder room. All in all, about 50 linear feet of surfaces. Their guy who did the templating showed up as expected and used a laser-based system to map out every nook & cranny of each area. He spent several hours doing his job and it paid off when the installation went flawlessly. They were able to install on schedule and we haven't had to call them back for any issues. Based on the length of a couple of runs it was inevitable that we would have a couple of seams but they are nearly invisible, both to the eye and the touch. Everything looks gorgeous and we recommend their work without hesitation. It is worth noting that our parallel project in the master bathroom was subbed to someone who had a more favorable pricing structure with the granite provider. What a nightmare that has been. Their job looked like it was done by a bunch of amateurs when compared to the work StoneTrends did in the kitchen. We have had them back numerous times to fix their errors and they completely destroyed our timeline for the project. Consequently, I threw them off our job and all of their work has been ripped out by our GC. StoneTrends will be installing Cambria in there as well...about another 30 lineal feet.

I ordered my quartz countertops here after my contractor recommended them. I dealt with Shelli and she was great. I did research several places and got similar quotes but in the end stone trends had the best price. They came out and measured and I had my countertop in about 3 wks. I love them.

Very helpful in picking out our countertop. The Cambria quartz line is very nice with a wide color selection. Ask for Linda. She took us in the back where we compared our cabinet door and tile against a large slab of quartz. They miss-measured our countertop causing delays but sent us a quartz cheese tray as a gift. Nice place!

Like everyone they are impacted by COVID. My original installation was delayed due to the cabinet contractor dropping the ball. Stone Trend did step up and expedite so perhaps this seems like a harsh review. When the counters arrived the backsplash piece of stone was wrong. Stuff happens and I am not reviewing them poorly for that. What is maddening is they are delaying the project by 10 days to redo a very small straight piece of stone for the backsplash. So I am placed in the queue. I expected this to be turned around in a day. Two at the most. 10 days! When I called and asked for a better date I was told that is the best they can do. I am very dissatisfied. I would give one star but the quality has been good and some of the people there are great.

Although my needs were pretty simple (install of a straight bathroom counter top), I don't think the handling of my order was done well. Product is great, love the look, installers were both personable and professional and seemed to be skilled at what they were doing. However, counter top and backsplash were installed 6 days apart, making this a 2-step mess. The only explanation given was that measurement needed to be confirmed after counter top was in. However, they still had to cut the backsplash to fit when it was finally installed. There was apparently a project manager, Chris, who I talked to twice and didn't seem to get it. I don't think I'll go back to Stone Trends for my kitchen remodel.

Not Happy. February 2025 my countertops are installed, but some minor damage to my cabinets. the quartz installers were absolutely reassuring me that Stone Trends has people who will repair the damage to my satisfaction. A subcontractor came out a month later, March 25, 2025 and measured. I've called Stone Trends and the subcontractor who keeps saying "I promise I'm going to get to you" I think two months later he could have squeezed me in for a small job that happened 3 months ago. Stone Trends needs to keep their word to me, its too late to keep patient.

We used to have Cambria countertops in our previous house and loved it, so decided to not only replace the countertops in our new house with Cambria, but also upgrade to their luxury and more expensive line as well. The disappointing part is that StoneTrends didn't deliver what they promised. They sent out the nesting diagram (the pattern of the veining) and we agreed upon their design. However, when they installed the countertops, the pattern didn't match the agreed upon design and the veining pattern is jarring and doesn't flow between the slabs. We tried so hard to have them own their mistake and fix the issue, but nope, they blamed it on the cut, the milling, and everything else, but being 2 inches off isn't due the cut. I'll post the picture I took to show the difference between the design and how the countertops look, you be the judge! We just expected more from Cambria and their "luxury" line.

Just had Cambria kitchen countertops put in by StoneTrends. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. The miscommunication, lack of communication and poor customer service we experienced from StoneTrends was atrocious. Steer clear of this company. If you want Cambria, find a different company to work with. We love the Cambria in our kitchen and highly recommend it. StoneTrends, however is a different story.

This place is maddening. While they have interesting slabs available, they refused to give us a price per square foot... We were unable to make a decision because they refused to give us the information we needed. They demanded to know how much we were going to buy before they would tell us the cost per square foot... We were at the very beginning of planning the renovation so we did not have measurements on hand. Obviously, the less you buy the more they are going to charge you. What's more, despite having 3 people standing up front when you walk in, only 1 of them seemed to have any semblance of a clue as I what they were doing. Out of curiosity, I asked how long they had been open. I was shocked to hear they had been open for many years. The place operates like they just got into the solid surface market a few months ago and are still getting the kinks worked out. If you're interested in getting frustrated and taken advantage of, this place is probably for you. If that doesn't sound like a good time, there are a ton of reputable companies around the St. Louis area ready and willing to help you quickly, efficiently, and to deal with you fairly and transparently. My advice is to steer far and clear of this business.
